Food excellent and staff fabulous

My boyfriend and I love coming here. The food is always great and the owner is very welcoming. It's one of my favorite restaurants to recommend in Richmond.

The food was tasty but didn't seem freshly cooked and the portions were small for the price. The ambience is basically non-existent, the restaurant needs updating as feels a bit tatty and old fashioned. Different lighting would help. I don't think they have any music playing and it's not cosy and warm. The staff were lovely when you spoke to them, but they weren't overly attentive. I wouldn't go back or recommend, sorry.

Quite a casual dinning restaurant. My wife and I were overdressed for our 'date night'. The food was cooked well and good quality. If anything, the desert's let it down a touch.

We were looked after well so no complaints with service. A couple nice bottles of wine on the menu which is kept simple.

Because it's quite a narrow restaurant the atmosphere was lively and made it feel more comfortable to loose yourself in your conversation rather than worry if you're being overheard.

Great lunch venue or casual dining restaurant. Nothing fancy but a solid choice.

This is a lovely, intimate and entirely authentic little Italian gem in the heart of Richmond.

A small but very tasty menu, they are not over stretching themselves and sticking to what they clearly do extremely well. Everything tastes 'made from scratch' and they have a good selection of interesting wines.

Service was friendly and intimate, the whole place has a family feel to it.

Three course dinner including prosecco and wine came to just under £60.00 a head. I'd be very happy to go again!

Great service in a small cosy casual restaurant.
Food is good. I enjoyed all 3 dishes I had. Don’t expect a massive menu.
Interior probably needs an update but it is quaint.
Would definitely recommend as great service and good value.

A new favourite!

Beautiful, small restaurant with cracking food. Really enjoyed our visit although the steep stairs to the loo became slightly more challenging after a couple of drinks!

Felt safe without Covid measures being so obvious that they spoilt the evening.

It was our first visit but we'll make this one of our staples from now on. Loved it.

Booked because nowhere we knew and liked in Richmond had a table for 4 at the time we wanted on a Saturday night - Our good fortune because we've discovered a great friendly relaxed restaurant - 2 small rooms, one above the other - Upstairs is particularly pretty - Really nice service and very good and reasonably priced Italian food - We will definitely be back

Food was disappointing , quite salty, maybe off day for the chef. Was expecting better from the reviews . However the service was good !

Great food good value. Sloping floor upstairs adds character either that or I had drunk too much.
