Le Parc Bistro
Great French food. They will tell you the portions are American!
Lovely meal! Only complaint is that my husband's medium rare steak was a bit over cooked. My meal was perfection start to finish and everything else was great!
My husband took me here for my birthday. Overall, I was not disappointed. He had the veggie risotto which he says was excellent. We shared the crab beignets - outstanding. The shrimp bisque was good though the puff pastry with which it was topped was underdone on the bottom. I had the cassoulet of which the best part was the duck leg - excellent. The rest of the dish was ok but not outstanding. Next time I'd definitely get the duck entree. Dessert was chocolate mousse with what appeared to be real whipped cream - the best mousse I ever had. I'd go back just for beignets and the mousse! And the coffee was great, and actually served hot!
Great food with French nuance, Excellent service, quiet and intimate venue. Portion size satisfy American taste.
One of the best gems in Frederick! Never disappoints! Great menu, and great specials. Casual.
They have built a very good Ftench-themed restaurant. Good food and good atmosphere
LeParc is one of our favorites. It’s just a lovely atmosphere. The food is simple , elegant and prepared to order. Entrees come with a soup or salad. The specials are always excellent, and glasses of wine are $5.00 until 7 pm in the whole restaurant.
Le Parc is a bit off the prime tourist intersection of Market and Patrick but the few extra blocks will reward residents and visitors with an authentic French bistro— menu and ambience. There is a lovely two-sided fireplace and piano offerings on the weekend. The service is knowledgeable and attentive (and there is a generous happy hour!Le Parc is a French dining gem in Frederick!
I've been to Le Parc Bistro five times or so and will continue to return until I've tried everything on the menu. Excellent food, service and atmosphere!
Wonderful food and very large portions for the price. A bit quieter and cozier than similar restaurants downtown, especially nice for a cold day.
Delightful from start to finish!
We were greeted by a gracious, cheerful hostess and led an out-of-the-way table, perfect for catching up. Service was friendly and efficient with a well balanced level of attention. The meal was well-paced, food perfectly cooked and delivered hot.
Thanks to everyone, both our front and behind the scenes, for a lovely experience! See you again soon -
The dining experience at Le Parc Bistro is always very enjoyable. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is always delicious, generous and enjoyable. Each time we dine here, it takes us back to our visits to France.
Was for my daughter’s birthday. We had an excellent dinner, service was great and very attentive.
We had a terrific meal with great service. Went on half-priced bottle night (Monday) which made the experience even better. One of the best restaurants in Frederick.
Fantastic restaurant with stellar service, delicious cuisine and ambiance for any occasion. Enjoyed our engagement anniversary there recently and we are looking forward to being back soon.
We’ve been to this restaurant many times and keep coming back for the great food, service, and ambiance. Last time was unfortunately not their best. I had the ahi tuna special and it was very salty and dry. My wife’s dinner was awesome though and we will be back. Sometimes even the best places stub their toes.
Absolutely an amazing meal.
The service and the food are first rate.
The service was warm and friendly. The Caesar salad was perfectly dressed. Braised short ribs were quite good, but slightly too much sauce for my liking.
Food and service were perfect. Dinner was in "celebration of my 80th birthday," so it had to be filet mignon with béarnaise sauce. Had same dinner there before and was good enough then to repeat. Thanks.
Our favorite restaurant in Frederick. Flood is amazing, and service is the best. Will be back soon.
Amazing food. Amazing service from our waitress Alex. We have already planned to return
This is the second time my husband and I have dined at Le Parc Bistro. Both times, the food and service were excellent. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we took our time deciding on wine for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion - you can never go wrong.
Food is great. French style though chef frequently adds a twist. Short ribs were amazing, crab dip was great, salad was tasty and fun. Waiter was nice. One drawback, food took over an hour to arrive. Otherwise a great Frederick restaurant.
Food and service are always great at Le Parc. My go to restaurant in Frederick, never disappointed.
Appetizers were delicious, however they were way to big. A French Restaurant should understand proportions better. The Coq au Vin was over-cooked. The vegetables were mushy and the chicken dry. Furthermore, half a chicken was once again to large a portion. The crab dip was delicious as well as the escargot. Overall this is not a restaurant I would recommend.
My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Le Parc. It was our first visit and we enjoyed the entire experience including the ambiance and service. The delicious entrees were served piping hot. Short ribs were especially terrific.
Wonderful food and ambiance. The owner never fails to have unique and taste specials.
Wonderful food, service and ambiance as usual. This time the dinner specials included an utterly delicious Bouillabaisse as well as a stellar Scallop Special, both of which we tried. The Crab Poutine appetizer can be a rich, tasty and satisfying meal all by itself. With live piano music, and friendly, dutiful staff; find yourself transported for a while.
Le Parc is just a few blocks from downtown Frederick, but easy to find. There was plenty of on-street parking.
The menu is quite diverse. Service was excellent. Compliments to their chef as our dinners were amazing.
First visit coming from Potomac, MD. A bit off the busier commercial track but well worth the visit. Ambiance, service, food all terrific. Very French bistro with a few creative touches from the chef. Also live piano on a Sat night -- perfect. Definitely a come back for us.
Excellent lunch with outstanding service. We started with French onion soup. My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich with pomme frites, and I had the Parisienne crepes with a green side salad. We split a piece of chocolate cake. All were delicious. Half the sandwich, pomme frites, and salad plus one crepe made a great lunch at home the following day.
Food is delicious,
ambiance is quaint
Staff is helpful
One of our favorites, great soups, salads, mussels, fish, and steaks.
They changed salads recently, so not as amazing but still great.
Best ribeye I’ve eaten
Great food. Great service from Alex and the guys at the door and bar. Love the staff. We had a lovely evening and will be back.
While a little pricey, the food was amazing and therefore worth it. Waiter was fabulous, beautiful interior, perfect for a date night or a night out with friends.
Great food and service
Had an early dinner reservation. Food uneven. Some dishes very good. Flounder was terrific. Salads fresh and tasty. Bread was warm and good. Calamari too salty with mediocre aioli. Seafood Cobb full of shrimp and lobster, but dressed blandly. Service uneven as well. Maitre D' greeted us pleasantly and gave us our choice of tables. Yet, waiter disappeared for long periods of time which was odd since there was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant and he wasn't covering it. Might give this restaurant a try during a normal lunch or dinner hour, but it did not show at its best on this outing.
The food was very good - not sonpleased withbthe settings and service
