Ledges at White Mountain Hotel

The food was just ok. We had prime rib which was tough and difficult to cut and chew. The service was inattentive; the waiter was curt and rushed. I think the mediocre service is partly due to being understaffed during a slow week. The facility is very nice and well appointed. At the White Mountain Resort, I would go to the Tullemore Tavern instead of Ledges as Al and Beth provide friendly and personable service and you can order from the pub and Ledges menus.

Food was amazing as well as the service will be coming back !

Very good experience, food delicious, and beautifully decorated.

First time staying at the White mtn hotel . We had the white horse king suite with jacuzzi tub. Huge room, cleaned to COVID standards.
Staff were all exceptional, pleasant and courteous.
We ate both breakfast s and 2 dinners at the Ledges. Pick from menu for breakfast and all meals we both had were perfect cooked. Service at the bar, shout out to Eric and Samantha. Drinks were made well and attention to detail.
Hotel was decorated for Christmas adding to the ambiance.
We will return again for sure.

Perfect location for a Christmas dinner. Warm & cozy atmosphere, well decorated for the holidays. Food was excellent, as well as the service.

Absolutely fell in love with the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing. My first Christmas away from home and this certainly helped me forget that in a different place. The staff is incredible. The food was quite amazing!

Wonderful Christmas Eve pre fix menu. Service and food were very nice. Salad a little on the uncrisp side - the only negative.

great food at the ledges. my wife and I absolutely love WMH and the food is great be it breakfast, Tullamore Tavern or Ledges. Everything is as fresh as can be and they have some killer entrees! I will be back for the food and the accommodations, which are superb. the people are incredibly nice

I haven't been to this place for about 12 years. it hasn't changed much but that's not a bad thing. Given the covid guidelines they follow, they continue to demonstrate their commitment to a great experience for their guests. They do this while keeping customers safe, really safe, with lots a space. The restaurant has always been good to excellent, a great value. Shopping, skiing and outdoor activities are all at your beckoning. Bring your mask and go now! They are ready for you.

Always enjoy eating here! Food is great as well as the service . Enjoyed the holiday decorations while still practicing covid restrictions! My favorite place to dine in the area!

Whole experience was superb. Classy ambiance reminiscent of the era of the Grand Hotels. Delicious cocktails and tasty entrees prepared expertly. Due to pandemic and that it was a Monday night there were very few patrons so it was a quiet romantic experience.

Ate here during covid, after Thanksgiving. It was quiet and clean. Service was excellent. Food was good, but not the best we had that same week in the area.

Super love the food i stayed in the hotel my hubby for 2 nights and their food is absolutely amazing

Fantastic evening with really excellent food and service. The seasonal cocktails were really good and prices were about what you would expect. The dinner encouraged my girlfriend and I to return soon and stay at the hotel.

Great atmosphere but for the ambiance, and price, the food was just OK. Menu was short which is expected at a nicer restaurant but choices lacked variety. May be due to COVID so that part is understood.

Had to send the filet back twice for being overcooked and then undercooked. Asked for medium. Our spouses were already done with their meals when we finally got ours

We had a very nice dinner. Waiter and service was very good. Food was excellent.

Anniversary weekend

Service was very slow. We were sat later then our reservations and we ended up there for two hours. I also never got any vegetables with the Orange ginger scallop entre. Disappointed to say the least.

We enjoyed our meal at Ledges. The prices were a little higher, the food and view were worth it. Martina was an excellent waiter. Her co-workers were all friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the french fries

Everything was delicious! Drinks, apps, entres and dessert.

Didn’t like the potato pancake @ dinner. Server offered mashed potato’s that were the best I’ve ever had. Drinks were spectacular. Breakfast service was phenomenal. Sausage wasn’t that good & was cold.

Omg!!! The mussels are to die for! The seafood chowder amazing and the steak tips superb!

This is a very elegant restaurant in the White Mountain Hotel and Resort. Reservations are required and proper business casual dress is also required. The wait staff are well trained and provide helpful information about the daily specials.

Food is fantastic. The tips and chicken are really something special. A great value and we will be back.

We dined at The Ledges twice while staying at the hotel ( which is lovely!!). We had steak on our first night, and the meat was not good quality. Steak tips were not tasty at all and my husband didn't finish them. I had a filet that was not as it should've been, altho it was cooked as I requested. It was the quality of the meat that was not good.. The second night I had pork tenderloin, while my husband had nachos with chicken. There were 2 pieces of pork, less than 5 ounces, for $31. Definitely should have been more. The pieces were 3x2. The nachos were awesome, but we were charged $6 for 1/2 cup of chicken bits. We asked for more and got them. but they were teeny bits. Not right. Our waitresses were awesome. I just feel like they were either cutting corners to save $, or were out of good stock. It is a pandemic. I get it.
