We were there a month or so ago and it was very good. This time we were seated for two very close to another table and were not offered a table outside or with a view. We made the reservation on the internet. The food this time was mediocre, not great. My glass of Proseco was $10.00, which is think is too much.
We enjoyed several appetizers and split a main dish. Excellent presentation and very tasty overall. Would recommend for date night and group dinners.
Have dined here numerous times! Always great food and service. Will be back.
Amazing food and service!
Food was not good. Waitress was not attentive , had to ask for things more than once, made smart comment on my husband drinking all his martini before the rest of us, we wanted to move to out doors to have dessert and coffee and she acted like she got mad about it , then when we got outside it took forever for someone to acknowledge we were even out there
This was our second visit to Level 10 to celebrate our anniversary. As expected, we were delighted with our table, service (Diana was very attentive to our table ) and the food was excellent. Diana answered every question and helped us pair up some foods that turned out to be an excellent choice. We love the ambiance and will be back but hopefully will not wait so long next time.
Love going to the Level 10. Food and service is great. The views of Spartanburg are the best in town.
The restaurant was just overwhelmed by a large party. They ran out of some dishes, and the peaches in the peach salad weren’t ripe. That said, our server was great, as was the management. They comped our drinks and my entree. Still is fun place to go with good food. Love the pork shank!
Dropping off my son to Wofford for his Jr year.
Overall our dining experience was wonderful. We had a great meal and the service was really good as well. The views are really amazing from the restaurant. This was our second time eating here and both times have been terrific. We recommend the grilled oysters. Thanks so much to Level 10!
I am a fan of all the Rick Erwin establishments, but I am sorry to report, i was very disappointed this visit . Oyster app was 4 tiny tasteless oysters. Halibut special was very overcooked. Cheese board was good, but that did not require cooking. Presentation as always was very nice .
I was in Spartanburg for work and ate by myself in Level 10. I was barely noticed by the waitstaff and the cocktail I ordered prior to receiving my appetizer remained empty throughout my entire meal and was never replaced. The salad was way over dressed and the skirt steak was over done and tough.
Because my servers only came to my table once (meals delivered by someone else), it left me very self conscious for eating alone. I am in Spartanburg quite often for business, but I will not be eating here again. Sorry!
Great meal, great service, great atmosphere. Our favorite spot in Spartanburg!
Delicious food and service was great! So many favorites can’t chose one!
Was a great experience! Loved the atmosphere, not too noisy, or busy. Amazing service all around. Would recommend!! A++
WE WENT TO LEVEL 10 FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND PORTION SIZE WAS PERFECT. OUR SERVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH RECCOMENDATIONS. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!
Davia was wonderful!!!! She was attentive and courteous. Very good service!!
This was the first time at Level 10 for us. Date night. They've changed the menu to include entrees opposed to all Tapas dishes. We still ordered an appetizer (Hummus & Pita dish...was delish). Husband had "Shrimp & Grits" (his favorite...he was very pleased) I ordered the "Seared Salmon" and it was cooked to perfection (not over cooked). Dessert, he had the "Tiramisu" (great desserts). We had wine with dinner (good choice). Over all it was "pricy" but, with the view, atmosphere and a wonderful dinner we were glad that we tried it. A splurge.
Ben was wonderful!!
One of the best dining experiences we have had in Spartanburg. Got to our reservation early and it was not super busy so they brought us to our table immediately. It was our anniversary so we were greeted by the general manager, his name was Chris I believe. He approached us with a complimentary champagne toast and congratulated us! It was a wonderful touch. We chatted for a few minutes. I ordered the crab cakes, we are from Maryland and I tell you these resemble and taste just like home! The chef and sous chef actually brought our food to the table and once again congratulated us. We were treated so special and it made our day amazing. The wait staff dropped by and said happy anniversary and all had signed a card for us. This is going to become our regular spot! Thank you Level 10 team for a wonderful evening!
Food and drinks were good. The ceiling fan was inoperable due to a short. Would have made the warm evening better.
Quiet classy setting. Great service with knowledgeable staff. Excellent tasting food, but very small portions. We paid $80 (on food only) just for 2 people and we left semi-hungry. Outside view from rooftop was great. Cool experience other than such small portions.
Food was excellent. Appreciated waitress’ recommendations. She stated that wait staff was able to try new entrees so we replied on her judgment and they were excellent choices. We were provided free champagne since it was our anniversary. We ordered dessert, but because our ticket was put behind that of a large party we waited an excessive amount of time on 2 desserts. But they were delicious and management ended up providing to us at no charge. Will definitely return. But it won’t be as enjoyable because we had a gift card to pay for majority of this visit. Lol
We ordered lot of small plates to share for a party of 3. Lobster Gnocchi, Veal Meatballs, Grilled Oysters (AMAZING), Brussels Sprouts, and the Crab Beignets which was honestly one of the best things i've ever eaten in my life. Prices are steep, especially on drinks, so don't go there unless you plan to drop some cash. But I think it is the perfect special occasion spot or an excellent date night idea. The views from the outside tables are lovely and our service was great as well. Will definitely be going back!
My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the views from the rooftop! You can get an amazingly unique view of Spartanburg from the rooftop. Our food was very flavorful and well seasoned.
I hesitated to give this place 5 stars due to the poor and slow service. Our waiter sis not make our table a priority and rarely came by to refill our drinks. We also think he put our order in late because it took 30 minutes to get to us, though the place was not packed. Overall a great experience and we would come back next time we’re in town.
Great food and view from an outside patio ! Poor, inattentive service.
over cooked / dry crab
No butterscotch desert (1vs2)
Luke warm coffee
Server nice but lack of experience evident with all issues above
The food is fantastic! We tried the seared tuna, scallops, crab beneigt, and a halibut dish. We will be back!
Celebrated a birthday!!
Service and atmosphere primo!! Only tiny complaint chicken & waffle dish not so great.
Chicken was raw.
Chrissy was a wonderful compliment to our meal. We will definitely return utilizing the easy open table reservation app without a doubt.
Excellent experience as I introduced four friends from out of town to Spartanburg. They left impressed. THANK YOU!!!
Servers were not well trained for the quality of the restaurant. For instance, they wouldn't hold the door for the customer. Also, they would check on you every 10 minutes or so; which delayed ordering and drinking
Fabulous evening with friends, delicious food and excellent service!
The service was great, we enjoyed the restaurant itself. However the food was pretty bland from start to finish. The scallops were very undercooked. The crab appetizer was just fried dough with no seasoning.
The shrimp and grits were very good. I would definitely recommend that. Other than that, everything was very bland and under seasoned.
Overall great experience for my business dinner. The serve staff was super friendly and did a great job of explaining the small portions and helping us pick how many to order. Loved the variety and will definitely be back!
Celebrated mother in law 95th birthday - very engaging staff. A little long in clearing plates.
Food was inconsistent. Two of the same dishes had two very different flavors. Scallops were undercooked and veal meatballs came out luke warm. Our third time eating here and likely our last.
We went there for our 20th anniversary and I have to say it was sublime. The service and the food were fantastic. Everything was delicious. Portion sizes are on the smaller side of things (a good thing) so think of it as more of tapas. Order many things from a across the menus and you will have a uniquely wonderful experience.
Always a favorite place for us to go experience artfully designed recipes, bursting with flavor, and the presentation is always exciting. The tapas type menu is an excellent opportunity to try a variety of dishes....weather permitting, the outside seating makes for an even more exciting experience.....After several visits so far, Level 10 is consistent in service and quality!
