   Sushi is very good and the DJ created a great vibe - However the fireworks are not as close as what I was expecting based on what is promoted. Definitely could not hear them and seeing them was a bit difficult

   Music was super loud, impossible to talk, only 2 other tables but service slow, food tasteful but nothing extraordinary for the price point, would not come back or recommend.

   Overall the food was good but for the price we have had much better. We went because it said it was an experience and Akira Back the Chef, was there doing a meet and greet. We are really into following the Michelin star scene and were excited to meet him. There was no meet and greet taking place and if there was he didn’t make his rounds. The staff was super nice but it was very slow. Our dinner was over $300 and we are more than willing to pay that if the service, atmosphere and food live up to that price. Unfortunately this did not.

   This restaurant came highly recommended by the ette Hotel staff and it did not disappoint. Excellent venue, superb food, gorgeous presentation and a view that you cannot get anywhere else in Kissimmee.

   Loved this place so much! Since I stepped out of the elevator, I loved the decoration and how modern this place is. The music was fantastic and the environment in general too. And most importantly, the food was AMAZING!!!! Every single plate was delicious! 10/10. Bravo

   Very disappointing got a call confirming and told about their dress code. While there though they let in groups with tee shirts and jeans. There was a terrible loud techno disco music so you couldn’t converse. Turn it down so people can talk. The food was ok. I’ve had better sushi from local stores. Our food wait was long and the waiter when he showed up just kept giving lame excuses. Water glasses randomly filled or should I say mostly empty. Although trying to be a hip place if the service is lacking and the food mediocre it’s a fail. We ordered sushi rolls and hibachi so for example the beef and shrimp were there were told the chicken being sliced? The mocktails were interesting but rather gimmicky.

    Great selection of rolls and nigiri and skewers. Bring your own airline bottles of alcohol to mix in the mocktails they will support it. Amazing ambience.

    LIPA is a newly opened rooftop restaurant located on top of Ette hotel in Kissimmee. The menu and decor is renaissance/Asian themed and inspired. I enjoyed the food, hand crafted drinks, and rooftop vibes. Perfect for date night. Very intimate setting. The only thing I would change would be the spacing in between other tables/guests. There isn’t much space between each table (felt like a few inches) or much room to maneuver around and the music, although appropriate for the vibe, was very very loud (I think this is due to the spacing of tables/speakers/Dj)

    We’ve been to Salt and Cellar 5 or 6 times so we wanted to try out the new concept. At first it seemed to me that they were understaffed as no one came to greet us at our table for about 7 or 8 mins and we didn’t get water until about 10 mins after being sat down as it was one waitress working all the tables… much different experience than Salt and Cellar. Once we were greeted the service was good as another waitress came to help our waitress. The food was great and had great flavors within each item. Sushi only with the exception of some skewers which were great we got beef. The king crab roll was great! The mixologist was the best part of our night we brought a bottle of tequila and he was very personable. As far as the value I think you get more value for your meal at Salt and Cellar when comparing to Lipa. Our tab is usually about $200-250 at S&C and it was $175 at Lipa… although I liked the vibe at Lipa I’d probably continue visiting S&C downstairs.

    The food and service was amazing. Special thanks to Davide the GM and Gabriel our server, you made our evening so enjoyable, we went back the next day. If you cannot get a table at Lipa because it’s full I highky recommend the Sand and the Cellar at the ette hotel as well.

    This place was amazing. I highly recommend it. The decor is beautiful and they had a DJ. We could see the Disney fireworks. The sushi was outstanding! I will 100% be back soon!
