We asked to be seated outside and the weather was great.
Our server was "Rose", and she was wonderful.
Yummy food, great environment, kids love it.
It is a must do when visiting Duluth
Waitress Morgan had a major attitude problem, slammed food down on our table, threw chips/queso down on the table across from us. Attempted to over charge on beverages, I stated whatever cup size comes with kids meals for my children is what they could have. She decided to give them adult cups and try to charge for it. Was not timely with bringing our food, another waitress brought it. Morgan and several other waitresses sat and gossiped about other coworkers, tables, etc around us trying to eat.
The food was cold, way over priced, and over cooked. $17 for tortilla chips caked with shredded cheese, a scoop of sour cream and a pinch of raw onions. Portions are beyond small. $4/glass of pop, $7/coors light on tap. Will not be returning.
Food was a little disappointing-small portions and the marinade they used was really vinegary. Fajitas were barely warm. Server was super nice and the place was busy, so service was a plus!
Visiting Duluth for the air show.
We reserved a table outside. Lives not having to wait. Great good and great service. We will be back!!
Food was mediocre and chicken in my chimichangas tasted like it came from a can.
Taco shell was burnt, there were 6 small pieces of steak for the fajita, the burrito was...blah and all I could hear was employees out at a table talking crap about people in general.
So grateful this restaurant uses Open Table. We were able to walk right in and jump the wait list. Server was great. Everyone at our table was very happy with meal choices; burrito, chimichangs, seafood enchiladas. Silver margarita delicious.
Delicious foods and great service
The food was very good with nice size servings. The service was good, but not great. Noise level was fine except for a fussy baby, but that is understood.
Margo our waitress amazing!!!!!!
The bean burrito was extreme bland -some plain tomato sauce on top (no spices) and came with a very undone side of supposedly grilled zucchini. My table mate liked the steak and cheese burrito...
A great meal with good service. Good with a 2 year old.
What a great spot to sit outside and people watch! Excellent margaritas, and our server, Jordyn, went above and beyond. We will be back to continue our journey through the margarita list.
It’s always a treat to visit Angie’s when we are in Duluth. Food is amazing and the Purple Rain margarita is the best! The staff is fun and friendly. Highly recommend!!
great Mexican restaurant! food is wonderful. atmosphere is fun . it is located in canal park with stores and sites all around.
It’s a “must-stop-at” place when we’re in Duluth.
We thought the food was just mediocre and high priced. The hamburger was good, though. I have been there many times in the past, but was disappointed.
Absolutely loved Angie’s! Our server, Jaycee, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Duluth!
We had an amazing experience. Food was fantastic! A lot to write here, but there was actually a lot of helpful and fully experienced staff here at Little Angies that made sure our time at their restaurant ran smoothly and efficiently. Our server/manager Gunnar, together with the amazing Manager on duty Chase, handled everything perfectly, treated us like VIPs, as well as made our experience at Little Angies one to remember. Amazing, amazing, amazing experience. There’s a young and energetic staff here, but don’t let that fool you, the staff handles everything maturely and on a professional level that exceeds expectations!
Great server and as always fantastic food
We had an awful experience. Food is fine. Too much to write here, but the evening we were there immature children were running the place and proved to be incapable of taking care of problem tables which were lewd and loud. In the end our server/manager, Gunnar, together with claimed manager Chase deliberately treated us rudely, dismissing our concerns. I'm sure they have a side to their story, but it is wrong. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Maybe make sure a manager is on duty who is mature enough to have a discussion as well as the ability to take care of a problem table of people their own age.
Great service and delicious food. The server and trainee were both very personable with my very inquisitive 4 year old.
Great food and very reasonably priced! Would recommend!
Friendly service - no waiting for table.
Awesome meal and wonderful Margaritas!
Visit Angie's Cantina everytime we visit Duluth.
The food wasn't very hot. Service was fair. Seemed like waitress was real busy with other tables or not too interested in working very hard.
My gal and I had a late St. Patrick's Day lunch at Little Angie's during Covid and were pleasantly surprised at how relaxed and cheerful the place was. We both would recommend.
Excellent Food and Margarita Choices. It was strange to come into a Tex-Mex restaurant to find heavy metal music playing. I do think the music changed throughout the evening and you could still easily have a conversation.
Very bad service. Waiter did not stop by table for 25 minutes after we sat down, took another 20 minutes to get drinks and order food. Finally got food after over an hour of being there. Never got the drink I asked for - waiter kept forgetting. Did not get appetizer till after food was delivered. expensive for not great quality. Would not go back
All was amazing. Maya was the best.I hope I tipped her well enough
To start with, the pepper in the fajita had the store sticker on it yet, do I need to say more? Also the vegetables were in huge chunks. The burrito was pretty lifeless without cheese or any sour cream or extras at all. The shredded lettuce had a chemical component smell to it. The entire meal was really nondescript and overpriced for what it contained as we were eating vegetarian. Would you
The service we had was good, but the prices here were outrageous! Duluth has definitely capitalized on its tourism. Nobody should pay $20 each for fajitas! It’s Mexican food people. Also, no mention/acknowledgement of my husbands bday by staff. ?
Service was great. Bartenders are very friendly and quick. Food was ok for the price. Limited menu. Not a bad place to go.
It was wonderful and our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of gluten free options that were available.
The good value was the BOGO on fajitas! You did have to get 2 drinks which our first server wasn’t aware of at first. The shrimp was very good, steak a little tough, and they combined our toppings which was fine but seemed like maybe not as much. I was also surprised they charge for chips and salsa-most Mexican restaurants I’ve been to offer this for free. But over all, we liked it and would recommend or go back if back in the area!
Tropical tacos were so delicious! Would appreciate seeing tofu or tempeh on the menu.
The food was great, the Margaritas were fabulous. The salsa is amazing.
