I had an anxiety attack due to the pressure from the terrible service.
I went to celebrate my birthday with some friends, and upon arrival, I was immediately informed that another reservation was waiting for the table after ours. Once we were seated, various servers approached us—repeatedly, every 10 minutes—to remind me that I had to vacate the table by a certain time. Throughout the entire duration of my reservation, I felt constant pressure to leave.
On top of that, they kept asking me to message the guests who had yet to arrive, urging them to place their orders in advance—all while I was still well within my allotted reservation time. Beyond the constant reminders about the time, the staff would also make comments to one another regarding our table.
This triggered an anxiety attack, and I even ended up crying at the restaurant. I couldn't eat properly; what was supposed to be a lovely occasion turned into a high-pressure experience, leaving me feeling completely unwelcome—and all this on my birthday, a day when I simply wanted to enjoy some peace.
To make matters worse, we still paid the service charge—essentially paying for an anxiety attack. It’s absolutely absurd!

We are sorry to hear that you experienced anxiety during your birthday celebration and regret that you felt this way.
Your table was booked for 13 guests for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, more than half the party arrived approximately one hour late, significantly reducing the time available to serve everyone. Main courses were also ordered individually, affecting kitchen coordination and potentially increasing waiting times.
We kindly ask guests to arrive at their reserved time so we can allow sufficient time to serve all requested food and drinks and honour subsequent bookings. Our team’s reminders were intended to manage the schedule, not cause distress. We apologise that our communication contributed to your experience.
Kind regards,
Little Pyg Management
