   Incredible dining experience. The raclette fries, french onion soup, scallops, and bananas foster were the perfect elevated take on the classics.

   Our server, Z was so warm and friendly. She made the evening memorable. The baguette was Paris perfection.

   Disappointed in the service. My reservation was booked 3 weeks prior to our visit for 6:00. We my party arrived we were put outside on a chilly April evening, with the table in a cross wind. When I requested to be moved inside our server told us no seats were available. She then offered blankets, came back moments later and told us the blankets were put up for winter. Then asked if we wanted a heater. She then came back and told us the heaters had been sold because it is cheaper to buy new. The manager did find a floor heater and installed it a the end of the table. Finally when we ordered one of the guests asked for a substitute for French fries and was told by the server “no” substitutions were not allowed. The food was very good. But the server ruined the evening. I have not suggested the restaurant to others that have asked.

   Service and ambiance were impeccable. I ordered the Belleville as my cocktail. It was juicy and well balanced. We ordered the Jasper Hill app to go with the bread service. Excellent. Two of us got the burger and frites. We both thought the burger and frites were under seasoned. Although, you could tell the meat was very high quality. Our friend ordered the scallops and enjoyed them. All in all, I want to come to try other menu items.

   The servers have no flow. Either they're all over you with meaningless communication, or go missing for long stretches. They don't seem to know what they are doing but want to be the center of attention. Orders are brought to the table in bits and pieces and late. I ordered a martini before dinner that arrived long after my friend's drink and was room temperature. My friend received her entree first and had to wait more than 5 minutes for mine to arrive. The food was good, but all the sauces are too rich. The layout of dining room is cramped and the place is dark. All that aside, what I found most irritating was although the reservation was made in my (clearly female) name, the server brought the check to my male friend. This is not a fine dining experience, but more a neighborhood joint trying to pose as fine dining. Overall OK, but once is enough.

   The food and wine options were terrific, and the service (both the hosts and the waiter) and the ambiance were superb. I was on a friendly business dinner that was boring as heck, but everything about the restaurant led me to having a wonderful night!

   Great meal with friends, everything was exceptional! Especially love how staff interact and are more laid back/inviting than some other “fancy” restaurants- we want a nice meal, but it doesn’t have to be a stuffy/serious event- and I always feel at ease here.
