Llama Inn London brings a fresh and contemporary take on Peruvian cuisine to Shoreditch, with a vibrant Greenhouse Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace. Inspired by its Brooklyn origins, the restaurant blends Peru’s rich culinary heritage with a lively New York perspective, creating an experience that feels both elevated and effortlessly fun. Born from the energy and spirit that made the original Llama Inn a cult favourite, the London outpost carries that same bold and joyful approach.

Upstairs, the space opens onto a light-filled rooftop where food, drinks, and atmosphere come together. The menu celebrates the full spectrum of Peruvian cooking, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, while the bar focuses on Pisco and Latin American spirits. A carefully curated wine list showcases small, low-intervention producers from South America to southern Europe.

Open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and drinks, just look for the yellow door and head up.

    Built for long, easy lunches and a table that fills quickly, the Llama Lunch Platter brings together a selection of bold, vibrant bites in one generous spread. From smoky chicken anticuchos and blistered padrón peppers to crisp tempura shrimp, each element plays on contrast, flavour and texture. Fried yuca and sweet potato fries round it out, adding warmth and comfort to the mix. It’s a laid-back way to explore the menu, to share a little of everything, and let lunch stretch just a bit longer than planned. Simple, satisfying, and made to be enjoyed together. Daily, 12pm - 5pm.

    El lugar es acogedor, con mucha luz natural, con delicada decoración y atención por parte del personal muy buena. Degustamos unas ostras y un ceviche excelentes. Muy buena experiencia en Londres

    The hostess was a gem, incredibly helpful and made sure our requests were considered and did her best to meet them. Food was great, took more than 40 minutes to arrive to table once we ordered. The drinks were very disappointing. Very light, mostly ice, and just not tasteful.

    The food here is amazing especially the seabass ceviche. The service provided by Pedro was exceptional, in fact him and the food are the main reasons I went there 2 days in a row.

    Had lunch in a Monday in the Llama Inn. It was a vert enjoyable experience. Fresh oysters were great value at £1 each. The sharing platter was good and sea bass cerviche was excellent. Lovely sky line views and a relaxed setting.

    My friends and I had a fantastic dinner here. I booked a table in advance and everything was seamless - the service was friendly and attentive, and we had a really comfortable table. We went for the sharing menus for both the starters and mains, and there was so much delicious food that we got to try a bit of everything. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, making it a great place for a long catch-up with friends. Would definitely recommend!

    This was my first visit to Llama and it proved to be an unexpected joy. Recommended by a work colleague, its location is the first element to impress. A rare thing in this area, a rooftop setting which was spacious enough to be able to reserve a table easily. The service was attentive without being overly encroaching and the food - a selection of tapas style Peruvian-inspired dishes - was beautifully presented and delicious. The sauce on the sea bass ceviche was a revelation. It made a Tuesday lunchtime quite special.

    Decent enough food but not that flavourful - I’ve been to Peru and Bolivia and the food I’ve had there was full of flavour. Your sweet potato’s at the very least could do with better seasoning. The turnip thing was okay but wouldn’t come again for it.
