   Overpriced, bland, inedible food. Overpriced drinks for mid-shelf liquors. Left full plates on table without server asking how good was in order to learn it was disgusting, oily and overcooked. First visit, last visit. Very disappointing. Also had a broken chair, held together with painters tape and a napkin....

   Have been here many times always been great brunch spot. Each year for the past 3 years I've taken my mom for mothers day. The service was horrible. Our drink orders were taken about 5 minutes after being seated and then took our food order. About 15 minutes later we see our waiter making drinks (he was the bar tender so thought we should have awesome drink service). We see 3 drinks sitting at the end of the bar and about 5 minutes after they at there be brought them over and 2 or the 3 were right and we only ordered flavored mimosa's. Our food came out about 5 minutes later since it took at least 20 minutes after we ordered. Food was great and delicious, thank goodness because waiter never came to check and make sure everything was ok. After no drinks for at least 5-10 minutes I walk up to the bar and order 2 more for us. Again they were both wrong he went to fix and they say at the bar so I walked up and asked if I could grab them. I understand people are busy but we got drinks wrong on both rounds had to go find waiter when we are literally in the bar and he can see we are out of drinks. On top of everything something that has never happened was there was already a 20% gratuity so no wonder he didn't care... He was making a good tip. Food is expensive (but it's good so don't mind) BUT when service is horrible it's ridiculous.

   The server wasn’t great. He left our plates on the table what seemed like forever. Also the fried green tomatoes were really bad. It was more batter than tomatoes. They tried to redo them but they just were not good.

    food was great, service was terrible - Kitchen was backed up; bartender didn't know how to make drinks; and servers were unhelpful and not friendly. Will never ever go there again.

    We sat in the bar and they had sent food runners home. Our appetizer, salad, entrees all came out at the same time- after a long wait. The staff was apologetic and gave us a free dessert which was very kind. The margaritas were fantastic and all the food was prepared perfectly. It was delicious and we hope to give Louvino another try in the future.

    When we arrived for brunch, the restaurant was not very busy. The waiter asked us almost immediately after we were seated if we were ready to order. We had not had enough time to even look at the menu, but went ahead and ordered mimosas. It took quite a while for the waiter to come back to take our food order. We waited a while longer. He came back again and asked us what we had ordered, so we told him again. A lot more time passed before our food order came. It was much longer then we would have expected for the number of people there when we arrived and for the simplicity of the order. When the food arrived, it was beautifully prepared and tasted great. However, when it was time for the bill, we had to ask for that after another long wait. The noise level near the bar did make it challenging to have a conversation also as the restaurant crowd grew.

    Easter Brunch. Food decent. Mimosas huge and good. My chair had been repaired with electric tape-as has several others, I noticed. Not super crowded. Bill was almost $100. For two. Tip was included/added in advance-20%. Also had to give a card number to make the reservation.

    For 16 year we lived on Hilton Head Island with fantastic chefs and tremendous Restaurants, Bistros, & Cafe's. Then we moved to Indy and didn't find that fantastic level of food. So we asked our friend the names of their favorite "joints." Now we have a "TOP FIVE." We found an unbelievable "JOINT" that shot into our top five. Then after the fourth dinner at this restaurant we now have a NEW NUMBER ONE INDY JOINT. WE PROUDLY CROWN LouVinos on 116th un Fishers. The oysters are exceptional, the scallops on fried green tomatoes was so good we almost got a second. But the Knock it out of the Park. was STEAK ON PASTA. The steak could be cut with a fork and the pasta equaled the best of Italy. The chef cut the boil at the exactly the perfect second!!! Not hard, Not soggy - Yes Goldie Locks. IT WAS PERFECT You must try our NO. 1 - LouVinos in Fishers!!! Dr.Rick Weymuth, Carmel

    I had the shrimp and grits and the person I was with had the scallops. Both were amazing. This a nice little chill spot. The cocktails weren't great but everything else was amazing.

    The ladies night menu was a pretty good bang for your buck. I got the brussels sprout salad and the scallops, and both were quite delicious. The chocolate chip beignets at the end of the meal were an indulgent delight.

    We came in for Ladies' Night. Server, female in the bar, didn't tell us her name and couldn't have cared less to be polite or serve us in the slightest. We didn't get our champagne, which was made right by a different server who was amazing (bald guy, maybe the manager?) He actually gave us notes on the Champagne versus just throwing it and running off. I got a flight of wine with my meal, she just popped it on the table and said " start from the left" and that was it. Rude is the best way I can describe her. Food was decent. Duck fat fries were delish, Brussels sprouts salad was great, my shrimp and grits were cold and the grits were soupy. Swing and a miss. I've been to LouVino a few times and never had an issue like this. I know good help is hard to find right now especially.

    The servers were great. The potato "tots" were fabulous. The brussels sprouts were also very good--but I would kick it up a notch with some shaved almonds and a wisp of balsamic on top. The wine flights are well thought out and reasonable in price. I will go back.

    The fried oyster appetizer was great. They weren’t too crispy that you couldn’t taste the oyster. We had the warm Brussel spout salad with a nice portion of salmon added and the pasta and steak. The sauce on the steak and pasta was amazing. They could bottle it and sell it!!! 😁. Our servers were perfect. 1/2 price bottle of wine night is a terrific deal.

    Nothing special brunch. Ordered biscuit app w/mimosa flight. Was delayed & when arrived biscuits overdone & cold. Mgmt comped them afterwards. Ordered Brussels sprout salad w/grilled chicken. Not a salad- roasted sprouts, nicely seasoned, but not completely cooked. Difficult to cut & eat.

    It was ladies night so there was a special and it was great! We order martini’s and the chafed us $4.00 each extra for the stuffed blue cheese olives! I thought that was ridiculous! But the food was wonderful!

    Staff incredibly rude, especially the bar tender. Appetizer came out with meal, bread was overbaked to a hard crunchy shell. They were offended it was sent back. New menu is not eclectic, its just weird - period. You can't make a meal trying to put several items together. Food was average at best. Really disappointing as I liked the Louvinos on Mass Ave. Place was an absolute mess. Walking to the bathroom, I saw 5 tables that were empty but with dirty dishes which looked to have sat there for an hour. Walking past the kitchen I was aghast. It was an absolute pigsty. I mean real dirt, not just messy. It was disgusting. I will never go back

    Last night was our 1yr wedding anniversary so we wanted to celebrate at one of our favorite places! From the start, it was such an amazing experience. The service to quality of the food was on point the entire evening. Especially with our server doing an excellent job to make sure everything was taken care of and answered all our questions. He even did a few things to make our night special, which we were not expecting. It was such an wonderful way to celebrate and we will definitely be back!

    I took my mom, sister and nieces from out of town. I understand they were swamped in a Sunday during brunch, which is why I gave lots of grace. But 1. Server didn’t come for almost 10 minutes once seated. 2. He couldn’t answer questions regarding the menu. 3. Knocked over drinks while putting dishes down. 4. Never came to check on us. 5. I had to flag him down to get the bill. I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant. But this was not a welcoming experience.

    Visited for a Daou wine pairing event! Every course was lovely and it was a great educational experience about the winery. Definitely recommend LouVino to all wine lovers.
