   This place is very friendly, clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed as soon as we opened the doors. The food is pricey, but excellent; worth every penny. Our server was outstanding. Just an overall great experience.

    I always have a good time at Lucille's. The service was timely and the food was delicious. I never felt rushed. My friends and I use this as a go-to spot. I had an emergency occur at Lucille’s and the staff was so considerate and compassionate through out it. They have since followed up demonstrating amazing costumer service. Lucille’s contributes so much more than just food to the Madison community.

    This was our second visit to Lucille and was just as good as the first time! We had one of the specials for lunch (bruschetta pizza) and the chopped salad. The pizza arrived at our table quickly. Lila was very attentive and checked on us often. We will definitely come back.

    Overall, the groups consensus was “fine”. The food wasn’t (unfortunately) anything special which was disappointing as we had all been told this was one of the best restaurants in Madison. The service was ok. Oh and our food came out at different times which was a bit of a bummer. So yeah overall, it was fine.

    Went for brunch, the brunch menu was not really "brunch food". If you go, be prepared to get pizza.

    As always, Lucille was a great family dinner with our Badger! This time we tried The Queen and Umami Pie pizzas. Umami Pie was our wildcard pick and boy were we happy we ordered it! We had a new waitress, Cecilie. She and our Hostess were both so polite and nice :-) Overall, great night!

    One of the cocktail menus in Madison. Clear ice is so precious in Madison and they do serve that in some drinks (e.g. Run Old Fashioned).

    Pretty excellent spot! Food is great and, aside from drinks being pricy, fairly reasonable. The spot and atmosphere are awesome. It’s not fancy, but it’s also not no frills. The only drawback has been the service. It’s a little harder to write that with all the labor shortages, but a couple of the waitstaff and missed orders/dishes the last couple visits have been unfortunate.

    Really incredible atmosphere. With plants and lights hanging around, it creates a quaint, almost outdoor, al fresco dining experience indoors. We had yummy salads and pizzas and the craft cocktails were beautiful. Our server could have been more attentive - we were have spent more on drinks for sure!

    Starting with our server Jill, the evening kicked off great. The cheese curds and the chips and salsa were to die for! When you think chips and salsa you can always kind of think blah. Not here! The pizza we had was shared between four, we did the wood fire and it was breathtaking! Only negative was that the pepperoni was extremely salty, but other than that wonderful food and wonderful place! We will definitely be back!

    Came with a group of 7 for my birthday. They were extremely busy but we had a reservation so we did not have to wait to be sat. Our server felt bad that our first round of drinks took over 15 minutes that she gave them to us “on the house” which was very nice of her. Overall our reservation was at 6:30 and we did not leave until about 8:30 due to how busy they were and how long everything took. LOVE THE PIZZA!!

    I had been a regular customer pre-Covid. The drink prices have become a deterrent to visiting again. $13-17 for a cocktail. The food is always good, the service is spotty, the location and ambiance is great. More food and drink specials, longer happy hour... I might be able to afford coming back.

    Wednesday date night deal is worth it. But make reservations early - our only options were 445pm or like 845pm. Pizza is REALLY good.
