Love this place food is amazing and staff always sound !

The food was alright, nothing outstanding unfortunately. Chips and the halloumi fries were undercooked. The service was quite poor.. the waitress was lovely however we were ignored during our visit. Took ages to pick up our order, got a beer what I didn’t order, needed to ask for a bill twice when we told the first time we are in a hurry.

We always go here to indulge and pig out a bit. It Never dissapoints. American style comfort food that leaves you in a food coma for hours!! So good!

Really enjoyed my meal here. Ordering was easy using an app. The food was amazing and arrived in very good time. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Godly chicken tenders and fries as usual, alcohol a little expensive but no surprise there

Would have preferred a little bit more sauce in the burrito as it was slightly dry. Otherwise, delicious!

Great food and services. Not sure if there was an issue with being seated (split between the two floors/different serving staff) but overall a great place. Socially distant, but didnt feel uncomfortable.

dined here many time’s always enjoyed it , but this time was disappointed as the menu is limited and couldn’t order my favourite dish .
I understand why there’s limited menu but it would be helpful to know at time of booking .

Bit underwhelmed at presentation as was pretty much what I would expect from fast food takeaway. Would have been good to add extras beyond those available although understand limited menu due to covid. Sweet potato fries were normal fries bar about 5 of them. Draft San Miguel was flat.

Pretty disappointing, first time in eating here during covid. The food was okay, there was 3 kinds of fries but no real difference. Service was decent but theres only so much that can be done with the restrictions imposed on them.

We had a table booked for 7pm however we arrived early. We spoke to the gentleman on the desk and he said it was fine to sit down half an hour earlier which was a bonus as the weather was horrendous outside. Everything was explained to us as to how we order our food and drinks and this was very easy and quick to follow. On the app it states "burritos/burgers" and wasn't really clear as to what our meal would look like with regard to it being wrapped or placed on a bun. However, all our food came out in a burrito, and it was AMAZING! The taste of all the different flavours was just something else! Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience and will 100% be returning. If anything, this is my favourite place in the Northern Quarter. Thank you for 10/10 service!

The food was unbelievable, service is very good however just for a 6’4 guy was a little cramped up and a candle on the table would look miles better it would go with the decor

Amazing food, we loved the burritos and would definitely go back for that. However, personally im not a fan of the lagerita drink, it has lime bits in it which really puts me off drinking it. Next time im just go for the normal larger.

Food is amazing and at a great price considering the portion sizes.
Even though the restaurant is operating with a reduced menu they still manage to cater for all.
Highly recommend the sunny San Diego and the butter mixed fries.
100% will be going again 5*

Absolutely AMAZING! Best burrito I've ever had. Definitely recommend all the snacks and the fries with the butter. The Animale burrito was different class.

Lovely meal - food was amazing. Covid secure and using the app was simple. Wish the app would save your bank details as entering card details every time was a bit annoying!

Food was good but just did not feel the same as other pre covid visits which its no faults of the restaurant ! The fact there were no physical menus and you had to use your phone made the experience strange and not a great social experience ! The limited menu was frustrating to as the mrs was dying for halloumi fries haha ! Great food as usual just the new norm is not for us
