Amazing food, service and the Chef was outstanding will definitely be back for tje empanadas and duck

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have lunch, since I had the day off. How did we not know about this place? It was fantastic! The host/manager told us about background of the chef. We decided to sit at the bar, and the service was excellent. The bartender made me a delicious cosmo with Japanese vodka. I had the clam chowder and crab cakes. My husband had the gumbo and the swordfish sandwich. Everything was delicious!

Amazing service very focused on the "experience" and it shows; perfect timing from start to finish; they make everyone feel like a Vip; Terrell & Andres made our experience truly extraordinary!

The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They gave us the option of using their private dining area and even set up a separate table for gifts. The owners wife handcrafts the the flower arrangements:table decor and it is stunning. The food was delicious and fresh, nice presentation. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the high end feel of the restaurant. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

Our dining experience tonight was one of the best experiences we have had in Greenville. It was overall outstanding. We ordered the special tomahawk ribeye with a king crab leg and two sides--spinach and risotto. The food was top-notch. Our appetizers, the escargot and oysters Rockefeller, were the perfect start to our meal. The service was equivalent to the finest restaurants in Atlanta, NY, or Chicago. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our dog enjoyed his bone...

Perfect! Staff outstanding, food fabulous.

This was our first dinner at Maestros and we truly enjoyed the experience. Our server Kevin was excellent-made good recommendations and fun to talk with during our meal. There was live music which helped ambiance. Will definitely return to try steaks. We had duck breast, she crab soup, salad, beef carpaccio, and empanadas. The empanadas were especially good.

It is not easy to find it but, please, persist, food is divine, service is superior and there are choices for everyone and everybody. We will be back, especially now when we know how to get there (it’s in the TD bank building)

The service was great as well as the creme brûlée. I would recommend better descriptions of the food items either on the menu or in person. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and I received a piece of grilled tuna on one piece of bread. It just not what I was expecting although the piece of tuna did have a good flavor.

I can not recommend Maestro's higher! We attended for my wife's birthday and they were overly accommodating, extremely responsive, very kind and easily some of the best service we have experienced. I had the Pasta Rustica and my wife had the trout, the servings were large and the tasted incredible!

If you are in the Greenville area as a local or just stopping in town for a brief period, definitely make sure you go to Maestros, you will not regret it!!

Food and wait staff were excellent! Bar service seemed a bit slow. Live music was a nice touch, as it wasn’t so loud you couldn’t hear your table. It was cool watching the chef inspect each dish before going out. (Open kitchen with window)

This dining experience always seems to be phenomenal. Every single time I have come to this restaurant it has literally been the best experience!

The food was amazing! We had the empanadas for an appetizer, then my husband had the pheasant and I had the seabass. I have to agree with previous reviews that the lights should be dimmed a tad to create a better ambiance but it wasnt super bright in there like I'd feared. Be advised, the bar does find ways to upcharge you as one reviewer noted. My husband had a $3 charge for having his bourbon "neat". We were a little surprised to see it, as we've been to many other expensive restaurants and never had an upcharge for that. Our server (Ryan) was awesome. He gave me a complimentary "mocktail" when he found out I was pregnant and when we were making conversation with him about the bar's upcharge, he insisted on having it removed despite us telling him not to worry about it.

Food was overpriced and cold after waiting 1 hour. Waiter was inexperienced.

The worst service we’ve ever had in a Greenville restaurant. Was excited to bring my nephew and his new wife to one of our favorite places in Greenville on Christmas Eve but it took 45 minutes just to get a drink order and another hour to get food. Even after asking several staff to help us get service the tables around us (who were seated after us) continued to get service while we continued to wait. The food was wonderful as it always is, but the night was ruined by our waiter. And unlike the other poster who was offered a dessert tray by management to make up for their slow service we received nothing, not even a comped drink. I was a waitress for 20 years and can be very forgiving, but this was total unacceptable. We will not be back and will no longer recommend this restaurant to others.

Christmas Eve Dinner with family of eight, including a 2.5 year old and 4 month old. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was very busy so food was a little slow to come out. Everything was delicious. Variety of entrees at the table- Halibut, Pheasant, Scallops, lamb chops, veal - all outstanding. Appetizers and salads very good as well. Management treated us to a dessert tray because they felt their service was slow. Great gesture. Overall great experience. Thanks.

The food was excellent and our server was very attentive to our needs. He even took our pic by the Christmas tree afterwards! I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

A group of high school friends and I normally have our annual Christmas dinner at The Galley in Anderson but due to COVID, it was closed. maestro’s has a private dining that they don’t even charge for or require a minimum spent. That was right up our alley because everyone pays for their meal separately and everyone cannot always commit to a large amount to spend, especially during the pandemic. Ryan was our server and he was absolutely AMAZING!!! The whole staff was friendly and responsive, even the manager when we found that some of the lamb sauce spilled on one of our coats. He readily fixed that issue! You won some repeat customers that might and we. Can’t wait to dine with you again! Happy holidays.

We had a group of friends that got together at Maestros. We had the oysters, the empanadas and the she crab soup for the appetizers. The oysters were outstanding along with the flaky and savory empanadas. The she crab soup was some of the best. Our server Valentino was attentive to our dining experience and took care of us with exceptional service. The entrees were cooked to perfection. The duck , the steaks and the halibut were all excellent. Would definitely recommend maestros to everyone!.

The best food in Greenville ! Best chef in the southeast! Great service and good food! A must go if visiting Greenville !

You can tell that they appreciate the customers. The food is outstanding especially the foie gras app. This will be our new go to place for special occasions!

We were disappointed in our dinner experience. The service was lacking. Didn't ask if I wanted more tea when I finished the first cup nor if we wanted coffee for dessert. We also waited way too long between courses. We were shocked to be charged $3 for a small ice cube for my husband's drink. That was insulting. He could have taken one from the water glass we had and saved the money. I had the lamb and my husband had the scallops. We both felt the meals were good, however the mouse pie was awesome. We knew the prices would be higher and we were willing to pay that expecting a great evening and a new place to go to. Unfortunately, this is not it.

The sea bass was absorbed divine. The server recommended it and he absolutely right.

We have been twice and the service has been excellent both times. The food is very good - the first time we had an issue with the crab bisque- it was very thick almost paste like. I had the chicken Marsala which was very good but the chicken was a bit overdone and it would have been better with shrimp- especially since this is a higher end restaurant. This time I got the sea bass, it was excellent and my husband got a steak which was also excellent. It was our anniversary and the manager presented us with a glass of champagne and brought us a dessert on the house which was very impressive and thoughtful. The management and the servers were probably some of the very best we’ve come across in a long time. Thank you for making our evening special and we will be back, and we will bring guests !

We really enjoyed our visit to Maestros. We brought our 10-month-old daughter with us. Upon our arrival, we were given the choice of table and the staff accommodated our needs at every chance. Our daughter was given a beautifully crafted fruit cup to keep her occupied while my husband and I could enjoy our wine. Outstanding service at an impeccable restaurant. We cannot wait to go back!

Amazing! Food and service were Excellent and the Live Music was Great!

Interesting menu, good wine list, live music, great service. We really enjoyed the chicken Marsala, chicken picatta and pasta rustica. Portions were large, so we didn’t have room for dessert. We have some really good restaurants in Greenville, and I would rank Maestro in the top tier.

Excellent cuisine and great service. A gem of a restaurant in the heart of downtown Greenville. A must try!!

The food and service were great as always!

We celebrated a friends birthday at Maestro's and it was outstanding. Service and food was excellent. It is on the higher end of the price line but it was well worth it. It's a wonderful place for a special dinner.

We took our son and a couple of his friends to Maestro for a celebration dinner. Our son wanted a good steak and Maestro did not disappoint! There were 5 of us and we all got something different and everyone raved about their food. The service was excellent.

They’re still figuring things out. I think last night was their busiest night ever. Bartender was also our waiter which was hard for him. Food ok. Was better last time we went.

We had a terrific late lunch at Maestro's Bistro. The food is terrific - I especially enjoyed the shrimp and pasta entree. You have to look a little bit to find the restaurant since it's not right on Main Street, but is inside the bank building just past the lobby. But it's definitely a great find - we'll go back when we're in Greenville again!
