Food was solid and tasty. Service was good but food took a little longer. Overall good meal. Will return. Liked the changing menu.
Amazing menu and food is incredible!
Food menu wine was great ...but took almost 40mins just for server to take our order and equally long to get our food.

Brunch was lovely, live music was great. Waiter very attentive and pleasant. My only issue really is that at almost $30 pp, getting charged another $3.50 for a cup of coffee is ridiculous.

Extremely friendly, service was terrific and food is delicious! We had the gravlax, grilled artichokes and calamari which is the best recipe I’ve ever had. Not the usual deep fried run of the mill which I’m not interested in eating! Our server, Christina was impeccable.
When we heard there was this Sunday brunch buffet here, I had to try it out and we were not disappointed.
So much food to choose from, even for people with picky taste buds.
Seafood, made to order omelettes, Fresh fruit, and a small sliders. All were so amazing.
Being born and raised in California, the food reminded me of the great diners I’ve had while driving the PCH in Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Santa Monica.

Food and service were great. I added salmon to my salad ant the portion was huge! The atmosphere is cozy and elegant. They only negative comment I have is that it’s expensive but I will go back for special occasion.

We tried their new Sunday Brunch and could not have been more impressed. The buffet is massive and the food was extremely delicious. The cherry on top was the musician they had. He was sooo good!

I was so excited to check out M&V’s new brunch offering and it did not disappoint! Such a delicious variety of food, beautifully displayed. Everything is so fresh and looks and tastes amazing! I’m still dreaming about the French toast! This is a top-notch brunch folks. If you like to brunch, put this on your list immediately!

Back for visit #2, so we can confirm that our first impression was accurate & 5 stars was not overly generous - gorgeous room, stellar food & service, great staff, & spacious seating. The crudo was truly the best we've ever had, with fabulous taste and a texture I can only call al dente (perfectly placed between soft & firm). Roasted artichokes were fabulous, & the delicious calamari came with with potato, capers & bagna cauda (a dipping sauce of garlic, anchovies & olive oil). My wife loved her scallops with couscous & prosciutto, and I celebrated the art of pizza making with a lamb sausage arrabiata because I was really in the mood for it. We splurged on a bottle of good pinot noir because it was my birthday dinner, although the wine list had much to offer from bottom to top. All in all, it was a hard meal to top and a great evening all around.
This was the third time we have eaten here. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food this time. All four of our dishes were overly seasoned. My friend’s spinach was so salty it was inedible. Will not be going back as frequently
Food was ok. Not great. One entree, swordfish went back as over cooked. The piece that came back was a little better. Winter and mangers were good and apologetic. A bit loud inside.

Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic attentive service, and outstanding food with a good selection of wines by the glass. The burger was the best I have ever had...and I’m a big burger lover.

Table just ok..... Not sure if that was because of open table reservation. Experience shows restaurants seem to give unfavorable tables to open table reservations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening while visiting from California! The plates offer a creative range of choices. Close proximity to Villanova and relative ease of scheduling a reservation made this a win for parents visiting their Villanovan. The wait staff was very attentive--possibly just a little too eager for our preference, having lived in Europe and coming to enjoy a quiet table. I think most will be very happy, however. Prices were incredibly reasonable for the high quality.
We waited for over an hour for our appetizer to come out! It wasn't until I asked about our food that the manager came out to apologize. She indicated they got extra busy with the nearby school move in day. She also indicated she had some special surprises for us to make it up. At this point, we asked to get some bread for the table. We didn't realize bread is not brought to the table unless you order it and pay for it. She said she would take care of the bread, which she did. The food finally arrived and it was all delicious! My husband had the Sunday Gravy pasta, it was a healthy portion and very tasty. Our daughter had the Bucatini Pasta, it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very nice and delicious. I had the Royal Tide Salmon, it was cooked beautifully and the herb yogurt was a great compliment to the fish. We did not order dessert, since it got to be so late and we had to return to campus to finish unpacking. We had our dinner, paid the bill, and never saw the manager or the surprise she had for us!
I had a lovely lunch with my daughter. The manager checked in with us several times ( she also helped serve). Our server was friendly and attentive and described our dishes perfectly. The food was delicious. I love that the menu changes seasonally although I missed the amazing beet hummus I had there months ago!

Cocktails are delicious, as are the sourdough bread and melon & tomato salad. Portions were very small for the price, and the flatbreads were not very flavorful.

We had a nice quiet relaxing meal, we were trying out some new things on the menu. We met the owner, and he was a super nice guy! Everything was very good and unique and fresh... still, the most delicious part, was a strawberry, beet, spinach salad, with shaved fennel! So fresh and delicious! The second most delicious favorite, was the lemon cheesecake tart, with blueberries!
We still remember the favorite special, of a maitaki mushroom pizza, with truffle oil! The owner said, it’s coming back in the fall! Very excited to hear that! We also tried the blueberry soda mocktail. The first time we have ever had blueberry soda! Very interesting! But it is very sweet. Tasted much better watered down a little bit. Also very noteworthy, was the fresh sourdough with ricotta and olives, the sweet potato hummus, with chickpeas... and the sweet bread, with honey and delicious figs! Thank you for a wonderful time!
