It was awesome kids had a good time. The place was clean nice every one was enjoying theirselves birthday parties were happening. Just a good time

Making the reservation was a waste of time. When I arrived to check into my “table” I was greeted with an attitude and “Yes??” I told the worker I had a reservation for 12 at 1. She said “just go get a table and sit down” So my family went and pushed the tables together ourselves! No one came over for at least 30 mins. Finally the ONE server for the ENTIRE building came over. We asked to order drinks but she said it would be faster to go to the bar so we did. While bowling I asked for a server to order water and I was told again to go to the bar. I had to carry six cups of water to the bowling alley because they “didn’t have” any pitchers. When we were ready to order food I had to ask someone that was cleaning or call for the server on the walk-in talkie. Don’t get me wrong. Our server was fabulous, but way over worked. We ordered and when the food came out it was missing half of what was in the menu. No cheese bread, no Brussel sprouts, etc. The server was gracious and had the kitchen make up for it but if not for her we would have been jipped! Overall, the kids had fun, I spent way too much money at a terrible establishment. I probably won’t be back.
