Ambiance was pretty lacking considering how much you’re paying for the experience. We ordered the short rib special, tempura green beans, 1 lb Singapore chili crab legs, lobster pasta for 4 people and had plenty of food. Shoutout to our server for giving us the happy hour cocktail even though we weren’t sitting in the lounge.

The food is delicious! Service stellar and overall a great dining experience. The presentation of the meal made it even more enjoyable. Awesome for a nice intimate meal or a group.

I have eaten at David Chang restaurants before. In fact, Momofuku is one of my favorites. However, this one isn't and I may not go back. I had the smoked prime rib dinner and it was "OK". Better than the "bargain" prime rib dinners, but not good enough to justify what I paid. My friend had the pan roast, and it was "OK" as well. I almost didn't recognize his as a pan roast because it did not have the "cream sauce" that I was used to seeing. I'm sure that there are other menu items that would be more to my liking, but not at these prices.

We had a very nice time. Very helpful staff explained the menu great. Always insured we had everything did wait long for the food. Would definitely like to go back.

Service was above and beyond. Our meal was delicious and that doughnut dessert was the icing on the cake!

The restaurant was comfortable and did a great job of socially distancing their guests. The staff did a great job at helping my table of 4 decide what to order. The cocktails and appetizers were delicious but the Beef Short Rib Meal was amazing!

My previous dining experience last February was one of the best meals i've ever had so my expectations in general are fairly high. Since i've been in vegas my whole life, sometimes its hard to be impressed. But on New Year's Eve, it was a landslide of disappointments. First off all, the gangster rap seemed a little much. I wasn't looking for romance music, but gangster rap doesn't qualify as high energy, especially since other tables had children seated.

It took an exceptionally long time to even receive menus but at least someone filled our water cups every time they walked by. Eventually we ordered drinks. At least 10 mins later our drinks were brought out and another 5 mins after that our waiter asked us if we had any questions. From seating to ordering, I think 25 minutes is excessive. I casually mentioned that the menu had changed quite a bit since our last visit and asked about new items. We then placed our orders and the wait began.

We get our appetizers awhile later. At this point, no one filled our drinks or ever asked if we needed anything else. Alcohol being a profitable product, i at least expected someone to ask if we wanted another round of drinks. So finally, maybe an hour after we had sat down the filet and prime rib we ordered shows up, COLD. Not even room temperature, its straight up cold. The sides are cold. It becomes clear to us that the excessive wait is because someone literally forgot to bring our food out.

At this point we order another round of drinks, i continue to pour my own water which isn't a big deal, but if you start off my dining experience one way there's a reasonable expectation you remain consistent. Our second round of drinks NEVER shows up. We finish our meal without interruption. No one ever says "can i get you something else?" I never even had the chance to say something. Fast forward, our reservation was for 9:15, we walked out at around 11:15. Two hours for a shrimp cocktail, 2 steaks, and 2 drinks. Not OK.

We were celebrating our engagement and it was perfect. Erick was an amazing server and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The food was very sub par for the pricey fine dining experience it promises. Our server was kind enough to replace the steak and the chef threw in a side dish. But it took away from the experience because my steak arrived long after everyone had finished.

A little over priced for the quality

Really enjoy David Changs style of cooking and quality you get at Momofuku for example, but this new Majordomo steakhouse one just isn’t up to snuff in the same way. The food was quite average yet very expensive. King crab wasn’t flavorful and you can get much better at a street vendor. The prime rib was also very average/solid but also would not reorder this. The service was the best part - the staff are wonderful and attentive and even moved our seat when it was too loud in the front. The drinks were also solid albeit expensive. Skip Majordomo this and double down on Momofuku when in Vegas — at least for now. Hopefully it’s just because it’s a new restaurant but we’ll see!

Extremely overpriced. My sister got a New York Strip and the first thing she said to me was that it had no flavor. We had bread that was $8.00. We were planning to have the shortribs but when we saw the price of $195.00 for 1 person we decided to pass. They offer 8 oz prime rib. Have they ever been to Lawry’s? This restaurant was a huge disappointment.

Asked for, and obtained, bar seats. Server was quick and knowledgeable. The happy hour is GREAT value and the regular priced menu is expensive, but well worth it. The food was absolutely wonderful, entertained my eyes and taste buds in equal measure. But then, its par for the course with celebrity chef David Chang ! Don't miss the happy hour bings. Excellent wine list, which was 30% off on bottles on the day we went. Noise level was low.

GREAT place! everyone was very hospitable and the food was outstanding. The Sommelier sold us on a Sancerre Rouge and it was extremely economical, but more importantly, delicious!

After reading all the recommendations from yelp and the Venetian website I was really looking forward to a nice different meal. Actually nothing about the meal was special and two of the dishes were actually disappointing that was the prime rib dinner Way overpriced
And, the pork belly tasted like liquid smoke not impressive

Amazing service from the hostess helping me change my reservation time same day. And the bartenders who served my food and drinks. Food was wonderful and the drinks spectacular. Will be back the next time I am in town.

I would pass on the shortrib because for the price it was too rich and fatty to be enjoyable. The fried rice was also quite greasy. The service was very good. Would also pass on the mashed potatoes as they has too much butter. The fried lobster was great and is a good value at $98 comparably to the other pricepoints. The oysters were also good.

Food was excellent especially for the price. $98 for a whole two pound lobster lightly battered then sautéed with amazing sauce?!!! Yess please!!!
Ambiance was very nice and quiet. A little too dark for me though. I’d like to see what I’m eating. Spicy margarita is a must try! Service was excellent as well. We came highly recommended!

Wow.. where to begin... the crispy rice with crab was insane. Sooo delicious,not to mention the bronzino was perfect. 10 out 10. I would go back hands down!!

Celebrated my birthday-everything was great-ribs are a must -my 14 yr old daughter said - (when she tasted the fried rice they make from the ribs)-
“I taste a million flavors!” And I loved the Majordōmo sours!!! We are locals and will definitely go back -wishing them luck through COVID!

So much potential with great staff... Both the skirt steak and NY were cook prefect to order but with very little flavor. The king crab was served partially frozen. The marinated mushrooms were the bomb! Great cocktails! At this price point for food, we expected much better quality in preparation. Must have been an off day for the chef cause the food was there; just chocked on execution.

From the very first contact they were attentive uninformative which enlightened my experience.

The Short Ribs are worth every penny.

The food was definitely different and delicious. The mushroom sauce was a bit salty and the rice had no flavor, but the combination tasted great together. The should consider improving the decor with a bit more color
