Manning’s, located on Fulton Street across from Caesars New Orleans, pays homage to the area's unique architecture and reflects the city's "Laissez les bons temps rouler" attitude. It’s a great sports atmosphere and very comfortable VIP seating. We arrived at 3:30 for our 3:00 reservation and they were fine with our tardiness because we pre-paid for the stadium seating. Super friendly staff all around, just a little confusion about who was waiting on which chairs in the VIP section. We ordered a pitcher of Corona which initially got rung in as a glass and subsequently updated to a pitcher although we never got the extra glass, just charged $8.99 for it. Also had a $22.00 ‘food charge’ on our final bill which we didn’t know what that was for as all other food items we ordered were clearly marked and charged for on the final bill.

What’s the point of making a reservation if it isn’t honored? We came in on Sunday to watch football and had a reservation for 5 p.m. The hostess asked us to sit and wait, but it seemed we were forgotten. My husband eventually had to find someone to get us seated. Service improved somewhat after that, and the food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the service.

I made a reservation through Open Table and they did not honor it as they stated that they are NOT affiliated with you! We had to wait for a table. Embarrassing situation. They stated that Open Table has been asked to remove them from their platform.

Was told they do not take reservations. Food was poor quality and not hot. Service was slow and unresponsive. Very loud, which isn't inherently bad, but just as information.

Booked the VIP seats online for a Sunday football day. The place opened 15 minutes late. Staff didn’t know how to deal with our reservation so ignored it until the end. They tried to bill us a second time for our seats.Took 30 mins and 3 different receipts before they got it right and we had to tell them. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t pre reserve, they weren’t busy enough and really it wasn’t worth the money or the hassle.

Viewing experience was great. Service was not. We had a group of 10 here for a World Cup game and we had to wait for over an hour for our food with ZERO check in from our waitress in between.
