Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, and Trio Jazz Club in 2024, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and immigrated to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. Together with their team, the Tarabelsi's bring the best parts of hospitality to life for both their staff and guests. Executive Chef: Adam Schumacher, General Manager: Garrison Haatvedt.

    Food was good. Service was great. Don’t like that. They don’t have hand stuffed blue cheese olives anymore for their dirty martinis unfortunately that is a deciding factor in where we eat sometimes

    The calamari was unseasoned and the sauces bland. The arancini was gummy. The Sicilian version is much better. The pollo milanese was again, unseasoned and bland. If it wasn't for the whipped feta the dish would have been a total wash. Cooks (I would not call them chefs) you need to season when something comes out of the fryer! The building is nice and our server was good even though we did 3 courses in less than 40 minutes. It was very rushed. Where on earth does an Italian restaurant, not automatically have bread on the table. This is not upscale Italian and nor worth the price. R Wine Bar owner by the same people is much better.

    Excellent service and great food and wine. Shannon is an excellent server and Lucas stopped by to introduce us to the Wine bar.

    We celebrated our anniversary. The meal was as usual outstanding. Olivia did a fantastic job with our wine explaining some of the unusual things about the wine we ordered. She presented the wine properly and offered to decant before we asked. One of our favorite restaurants for sure.

    Maribella is a fine Italian restaurant as good as any found in major cities. The ambiance is great but a bit loud…but that is what you find in many restaurants these days. What my wife and I appreciate is how knowledgeable the staff are in recommending wine with the various entrees.

    Staff is educated with information on gluten free items. I had a beet salad and grilled chicken without any issues. I would highly recommend to anyone with celiac.

    Food was excellent. Waiter Grahm was pleasant and very helpful. They were very busy, which I would expect, since the food is great. My only issue was the delay between putting our order in for drinks and getting them. My wife’s comment was they would have at least made $$$ off two more glasses of wine for her, but by the time she finished the first one her meal was eaten. We will go back again since there are other dishes we wish to try. Hopefully next time there won’t be such a delay on the drinks. Would highly recommend.

    Fantastic experience all the way around. Gluten free food like we have never had before. Our waitress was world class. Great iced tea and my mixed drink was even above board!!
