Masters Lounge - Westin Bear Mountain Resort

The steak and potatoes were excellent at $30. However we had to order veggies and mushrooms as a side. The charges were absolutely rediculous considering that you probably got about a tablespoons worth for $10 dollars, which probably cost less than a dollar. Really!?!

This will be our go to restaurant in Victoria Area, we like it the same as I’lTerazzo, Keg, Pegs,Union Club, give it a try, impressive.

Bella is a nice setting with good found and service. We are well treated there and go regularly. You won’t go too far wrong at this restaurant

The nicoise salad was outstanding. The Cornish hen was too salty for my palate, and I am a person who likes salt. Great lemon tart for desert. A killer wine list. If one is not staying at the hotel, the main reason to drive up to here is the view of the surrounding forested hills out the large windows, which would be at its best during daylight hours. The seasonal terrace would make a return visit a definite must on a long summer evening.

The meal was delicious. I enjoyed the wine pairing with the Roast Beef. My partner had the meatballs and they were delicious as well.

We really enjoyed the evening, but the corkage rate is too high.

Was staying at the Bear Mountain Westin and thought we would try the Bella out with no expectations. Was absolutely blown away with the food - caprese salad was fresh and flavourful, my Hen 2 ways that is a feature for Dine Around was delicious! The service was on point and the wine recommendation was perfect. Will definitely be back!

I had to cancel dinner on January 15th due to the snow so I booked brunch instead for my birthday. Caitlin did an amazing job! My husband and I and our two daughters loved the food and ambience and my mom who started chemo, found the food very tasty and the noise was low so we were able to take nice photos and have great conversation! We will definitely be back. Definitely a gem!

Great evening. Lola was an amazing server. Food was excellent overall. Seafood chowder was the best I’ve ever tasted.

We have recommended Bella many times and your Christmas dinner (a few of your 16h30 guests were sent by us!).
Only one little negative comments from one vegetarian and one vegan in our group; Not enough for vegan, vegetarian (other than side dish and pasta).
Not enough plant based dish.
This was our second year and I think it will be our new tradition!

No I would not recommend your brunches. The hot food was crunchy ex. Eggs Benedict. The hot items also tasted very bland no flavour at all. No salt and pepper on tables. No butter for the crab. The desserts were not original. For the price and the fact that you add 25$ for a gratuity is ridiculous. People expect to leave a gratuity but to add to the bill without mentioning it is pretty snicky.

Not worth the money. Tax charged is wrong, FORCED gratuity is way too much for a buffet dinner.

Great experience. Gorgeous location. Would recommend the venue to light up the golf course a little while dining. Regardless great time.

Lovely evening for a birthday celebration

The service was outstanding! The only reason I rated the noise level as high was there were three large Christmas parties dining at the same time as us. I’m sure on a regular evening it would have been fine.
The food was outstanding, despite the large parties.

We felt rushed to leave. Staff kept looking at us, and then we realized our table was needed. We took the hint and left although It would have been nice to stay longer.

Absolutely excellent chateaubriand. We were going for the Roast special we had previously had but our meal was just as good.

It was a very good meal, only downside was the big group sat next to us when there were many open tables.

The option of half orders was an ice choice. Food was hot and nicely seasoned. Some different options for breakfast that appealed to everyone in our party.

My Dinning experience at Bella was outstanding. 5 Star service/food followed by reasonably priced portions. Fantastic!

I dined in the restaurant on a Friday, so I decided to partake in the Prime Rib special and I’m SO GLAD that I did. I ordered it medium, instead of the traditional med-rare. It was perfect!! I also ordered a aide of the Brussels sprouts, knowing there were vegetables already with the entree. There was a bit too much to eat for one, but it was delicious!!

I have never been to the Westin bear mountain. A girlfriend suggested we go there for breakfast. The view was amazing and the food was delicious! I’ve already booked my birthday dinner there in January!

The cod dish and the prime rib were both amazing! Ceaser salad too. Good portions, good value.

I was there for dinner with my family friends twice. I’ve never been uncomfortable or unhappy with food and their service. I highly recommend Bella to anyone for any occasion.

As always the standard of the food was excellent. Unfortunately we were sat next to a table with a number of unruly, noisy children that somewhat spoiled the occasion.

The only thing I would comment on are your Spicy Moroccan Meat Balls. They are not spicy at all. They are very plain without any spice. Serve them in different souce what has hot spices in them. Drop the tomatoes. All other dishes were very good.
Breakfast the next morning was excellent.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the music in the background, the food was exceptional . The overall service from staff was impeccable. I will definitly be coming back.

Great wine selection, enjoyed the pairing with very nice prime rib dinner. Should include small dessert and coffee. We found very pricey comparable to similar restaurants in Westshore and Victoria.

A lovely venue and we enjoyed a super dinner. However, attendance at the table (unobtrusive) throughout the meal needs work.

Service was very poor. Didn't even keep our water full. Ceasar salad had no flavour, no garlic, no anchovy, just sweet and no lemon in sight. Very bland. Steak was ordered medium rare and it came well done but no one checked until the other person in the party was almost finished. We had to actually flag someone down to tell them. Our server was non-existent except to take the order and take our money. Someone else served it, but no one came around with water or even asked if we wanted another glass of wine, nor did a quality check. The steak was also sous vide so the texture was odd and not appetizing even if it were cooked the way it was ordered. The fish dish was over salted and there was "risotto" that was full of sour cream or something. It was a big gloppy mess. Overall we hardly touched our meals. This was not chef inspired or made. It tasted like it all came off a delivery truck, poured out of bag and heated. I would not return.

I booked a table for 4 with good friends/clients of ours, and specifically asked for it to be outside. When we arrived we were told outside is first come first serve and were put inside instead. We were not pleased but took the table anyway. The food was good and our waitress was kind and efficient, however did make a joke about us not wanting dessert...
