Restaurant , Service and Food all good..... it a little noisy but otherwise a pleasant experience

Matchbox has really proven to a be a staple at One Loudoun. The food is always prepared well and delicious. The staff work in unison to bring your food out quickly and are very attentive. Great price for a fantastic meal. One of the best in One Loudoun.

We had pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Will be back to try some other items.

This was our first visit here. The wait staff was pushy and rushing our ability to look at the menu. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The menu stated one price for a glass of wine, but was $7 more on our check. It's definitely a loud place, or at least our seating area was.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner, especially the artichoke dip, crabcakes, fries, and donuts. Everything was delicious, and we plan to return soon.

The servers and hostess were especially attentive! Great job

Great Food, great environment, and we tried a new dessert, brownie espresso ... omg yummy ... we always share a pizza and one other item. We had the ribs for first time, very tender and sweet and the corn bread was great. We met one of the managers Curtis, he was very good, and service was great as usual!!! Distancing is normal pretty good with Covid !!! Great meal !!! You should go if you haven’t been.. the salad with grilled salmon is my wife’s favorite, we always get the pepperoni pizza.. if you like spicy, the fire and smoke pizza is great ... and if you have a sweet tooth the donuts are always great !!!

Walked in and was seated immediately. Food was good. Definitely would come back.

It was good food. I had the chicken sandwich and it was nice a crispy with a good portion of coleslaw on it and some flavorful pickles. I got it “Nashville Hot”. Nice kick, but not hot enough to make someone cry for their mom.

My husband and I frequent this location and typically have a great experience. This time we went on a Sunday and many menu items weren’t available which was a huge frustration for my husband who normally orders the pound cake French toast and they weren’t available. Other than having to change what we normally get because of items being out of stock, we had a pleasant experience which is what we normally expect when going to matchbox. Thanks for continued amazing service even during a pandemic. Also side note, it’s always REALLY clean and people are consistently wiping down surfaces when we go.

The staff was pleasant. The waiter gave me plenty of time and space since he knew I was waiting for a friend. I tried the steak frites. It was over cooked and had zero flavor. It also had the taste of meat that had been frozen and thawed out. As much as I like Matchbox, the quality isn’t the same and not sure I’ll be returning.

The food was fantastic ; the waitress was kind and responsive to our needs; the covid prevention practices made me feel safe.

Their food and service are amazing all the time. The Host and the server are so friendly and attentive. I had lunch with my friends and order some take out for dinner.

Our waitress was great very attentive! Excellent food, took my friend from out of town and he thought it was some of the best pizza he’s had!

Matchbox is always good. We always get a pizza or two and sliders to share with the table. It never disappoints.

We visit Matchbox multiple times a month for brunch, dinner, or lunch. Usually the service is good, not great. However, yesterday the service was terrible. We got our food from someone else and didn't see our server for 25 mins. after. We were all the way at the end and had our 1 month old so we couldn't exactly get up to find someone. There were a few things we wanted but our server didn't show up until we were completely finished.

Met friends for an early dinner. Ambiance was good, service standards were great. Our server Roberto was amazing offered recommendations and was very attentive. Food was good.

Service was prompt and efficient. The food was very tasty and displayed attractively.

I love Matchbox Rockville- but One Loudoun fell short. Bathroom was dirty, had to send dirty plates back and then the server didn’t bring new plates and had to remind her to bring the clean plates and silverware. Then only saw her again after the meal- she brought a refill after we were finished our meal. I told the manager and she just said- who was it- after I pointed out she just said thanks. It was not too busy that this should have happened. We will not return to this location.

We all enjoyed our meals, a little pricey for what it was but seems thats par for many of restaurants in area

The service was superb but the food was lack luster.

My wife and I shared the Fire and Smoke pizza. It was uniquely delicious, different from any pizza I’ve ever had, worth the price. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I really like the look and layout of the place, spacious, modern, and open. It’s centrally located in One Loudoun, right in the heart of it all. We’ll definitely be back.

We went for the outside seating. Great place to enjoy tasty pizza safely.

Nice outdoor space that made us comfortable even with other guest. Food is always excellent and our server was responsive, friendly and made some great suggestions.

Day date with the hubby and our 7 month old. We are outside. Felt comfortable and safe. Everything was amazing as usual!

We frequently dine in and carry out from this location . This was by far the worst dine in experience we've ever had at this location. It might be awhile before we go back.
