The service is Mediterra is always attentive and professional. The cuisine was fresh and flavor was balanced well in each dish we had ordered.

The food is outstanding and the service is even better. I couldn’t recommend this more. It’s in a great location with indoor and outdoor seating. Great for lunch, dinner, and a great stop on the weekend while shopping or walking around downtown.

The service was outstanding. The most delectable items we had were the salmon tartare, paella, and butterscotch budino.

This is a favorite restaurant of ours when visiting Princeton. Although we are in a Pandemic and all of the guidelines were in place, you would not know anything was different. The food was delicious and the wait staff was as professional and in abundance as pre-Covid times.

I hope people continue to support the restaurant industry in anyway they can. We make memories when we eat at restaurants. Most likely we have our first dates there, we gather with long-time friends we don’t see often enough, business is conducted in private rooms and sometimes the big question is popped while looking across a table with magnificent food and wine. We need to keep these places going so we can return to them in the soon-to-be future.

Comfortable atmosphere on the terrace with heat lamps. Hot lunch was delicious. Two year old was fine outside in her highchair even though it was just 50*. We were all happy, fully taken care of.

Normally we love coming here - it's one of our favorite places. However, since we're only willing to dine outdoors, the ambiance wasn't as nice, it was a bit cold, and service was much slower than usual, despite there being less people. (e.g., they forgot to bring silverware and napkins at first.) Nonetheless, food was good, and we'd still go back since we're giving all restaurants the benefit of doubt during this pandemic!

My husband and I have visited Mediterra several times in the last several months. We enjoy the food, as well as the ambiance. The restaurant’s outside dining option is conducive to the current COVID climate. Safe. For those of us who wish to avoid the sun, the awning is a nice bonus. The table and chairs are cleaned after patrons leave, making it safe for those seated afterwards. We will be back.

Very good food in a pretty setting in Palmer Square. The outdoor patio is partly enclosed with heaters that kept us warm on a cold night.

The food was outstanding but the service was not what we expected. When the waiter came to the table to take the order he could have cared less. Not even an attempt at an apology.

Heaters not properly working not enough of them and wait staff unaware of how to work or assist in making customers more comfortable.

Restaurant should invest in more heaters and educate the staff on usage

I used to go to Mediterra pre-covid and recently went back for the first time this past weekend with my friend. I rarely go out to eat at restaurants these days so this was a very rare moment. When we got there, they asked us indoor or outdoor, and it was cold outside, so we chose indoor seeing there weren’t many people inside. We reserved for 5:30pm to beat any crowds. It was nice and quiet, with limited people while we had our appetizers, but an hour later at 6:30pm, the restaurant started packing more people than we expected. It was far more than the 25% indoor dining capacity rules. A larger group was seated uncomfortably close to us during the 6:30 rush. We asked for the check as soon as we got our entrées. We quickly ate our entrées in silence after seeing an increase of people, and I even decided to pack the rest of my food so we could leave ASAP. I wish I could’ve had a more comfortable experience, had they not packed the place and, rather, abided to Covid state guidelines.

First time dining here and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. We had appetizers, entree, dessert and cocktails...everything that entered our mouths was delectable! Nice and relaxing meal accompanied by attentive and impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit.

Mediterra has a great location and ambience.....we go there for that. Their food is another story. Please change up, redo your menu. Most people don't like mushrooms..and yet they are in almost every choice. Not one item is memorable or desirable to come back for. sorry peeps...

It’s so difficult in today’s pandemic to maintain feel of a restaurant and Mediterra is trying hard. They are very compliant with spacing and reduced reservations. They have added white tents to the front patio area, which is understandable. The menu continues to innovate and is anything but common. We made a mistake in our wine order (receiving a blush we thought was red) and it was replaced (simply as a result of asking if we ordered wrong). That is guest centered business. Very difficult to not enjoy the menu items both in taste and presentation. We will support Mediterra as it needs to remain part of our dining experience.
