MEET in Paris

Overall, service was decent but my water cup was only refilled once during the 3.5 hours we were there! We decided to go on the all-you-can-eat mussels night. Out of the seven different flavours I've tried, there were no standouts - fairly mild in flavour which is disappointing though the seafood was fresh! Tables and chairs are extremely small and uncomfortable.

The dessert crêpe was from a pre-package crêpe and not made on the premise...quite shocking for a French restaurant. This is probably the reason why I only go to this restaurant once every other year - most restaurants in Culver City (like Pasadena) are typically trendy restaurants that cater to the general public with mediocre taste. Unfortunately, mediocrity has become a standard for most restaurants. Why be great when there's no demand for it???

This place is one of our favorite places in LA. So cozy, tiny, romantic. Food is delicious and the eat al fresco is perfect. Such a shame they will have to close outdoor dining for 3 more weeks 😫

I really feel for all the restaurants right now doing their best just to stay open. I asked for a table next to a heater on the reservation and we were sat about 10 feet away. after the table right under the heater left I asked if we could move and they were very accommodating because I was literally freezing. We ordered an assault salad to begin and then two orders of mussels for our entrees. for some reason all the food came at the same time and there wasn't even room on the table for it. It's too bad the timing of the kitchen was so off and they took the salad back and removed it from the check without any hassle. Unfortunately my mussels were extremely overcooked and the marinieres sauce was very sweet. The dijonnaise sauce was better. I was really hoping this would be a new find that I could frequent it was really sad that it messed on almost every mark except for the service which was exceptional and kind and understanding.

We were so disappointed! We normally LOVE this place, but since the outdoor service has expanded the tables, the service has disappeared! We sat a tiny, tiny, table, waited way too long and asked too many people to open the wine, take our order, and then ALL the food arrived at once, not fitting on the table!
The sad part is that they are doing MORE business but with less service!
We won't be back for a LONG time.

The food and prices were great. My only suggestion is that our waiter wear gloves. He wore a face mask and shield but I was a little nervous that he wan't wearing gloves.

We had a lovely table outdoors that was large enough to contact business in a quiet atmosphere, service was wonderful and food delicious!

Nice outdoor area with heat lamps and a screen with an old black and white movie playing. Our waitress was great! Everything she recommended was spot on.

Love Meet in Paris! The food is consistently delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. I love the various types of mussels but there goat cheese and beet salad is why I always return.

My first time back since COVID-19 and the outdoor setting and the service was impeccable. The food quality and taste was great as ever.

The perfect place to dine during a pandemic. Well spaced tables in a safe outdoor setting. Excellent food as always.

Like many other restaurants in Culver City, this one has expanded into the street, under a lovely twinkly light covering. Meet in Paris has reliably solid French bistro food, from mussels to beef bourguignon. The one unfortunate item of the night, which happened to be my birthday, was the Chicken Dijon, a sauce that is so overwhelmingly Dijon mustard with no subtlety, it proved impossible to eat. Overall, though, I highly recommend the affordable and charming Meet in Paris.

Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes just for a server and then was treated with disrespect!

There were three of us dining and when we requested an additional baguette we were brought sliced white bread. I asked the waitress why this happened and she said lunch service was really busy and that there were only enough baguettes for one serving per table. While I’m glad that you had a busy Saturday lunch service I’m still a bit surprised that there weren’t enough baguettes to get seconds at dinner. Indulging in your baguettes is the one time I let myself “carbo load“ because the baguettes are so incredibly fantastic. Hopefully it won’t happen again. As usual, our waitress was wonderful. She was Dressed as a doctor and had a scrub top on. She thought that along with the mask certainly would appear as a doctor and she was right! It was fun to see all the waiters in costumes. I especially enjoyed the roaming storm troopers that were walking around all the restaurants that evening. The sunset was pretty nice too along with the great family from Ghostbusters.

Delicious mussels. Profiterole dessert was excellent and perfect for 3 people to share!! Waitress could have been a little more attentive.

Food was good. As a 6 person group we were seated in a corner by a loud speaker - didn’t like that- had I known I would have called to have them arrange a different table. The mushroom sauce mussels were outstanding. The profiteroles were nothing like in Europe. Service was awesome

They've really gone out of their way to create a pleasant and inviting outdoor dining experience and the addition of music on Thursdays really makes it a fantastic evening. The mussels are addictive, but their entire menu is wonderful and they have happy hour and weekly specials for added value. My favorite Downtown Culver City dinner spot.

Meet in Paris has adjusted amazingly well to the LA County pandemic restrictions. We had a great dinner experience.

The charcuterie and fromage board was perfect to share. I had the steak tartare Fracos made with a crepe instead of a tortilla and they were delicious.

The food was bland and unseasoned. I had a breakfast crepe and will not be having that again. The breakfast potatoes were undercooked as well.

My food was so tasty - delicious mussels in a savory Dijon broth, served at just the right temperature. Though the restaurant was bustling, the server was attentive. And my meal was reasonably priced. On my favorites list!
