We have never had a bad meal at this Milestone location. Very good.

Get in while you can within the next 48 hours before lockdown. The food was fantastic and the service was was top notch.

Seated right away even though we were early.
Waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as usual. Had the Seafood linguine and it was excellent. The white chocolate cheesecake is the best I've ever had. Restaurant has just the right ambience and the noise level is not too high.

We really appreciated that the music was not blaring so loud we could not have a conversation as it has been at times in the past. So our experience this time was fantastic.

Great service. Servers were very knowledgeable, personable and professional.
I felt safe with all the Covid measures taken to provide spacing and sanitizers etc.
Food was delicious and well presented. Big thank you to the cooking staff.

We tried to go to our usual spot the keg for a family birthday dinner but they were full and decided to try milestones instead. I am sorry to say that the food was not the best. My daughter and I both ordered the club and chicken sandwich and had a half of each and were not impressed at all. I’m not sure if there was something wrong with the chicken but we both ended up with cramps at home in the washroom. My son ordered the steak and found it to be bland and tasteless and my husband ordered the $25 meatloaf and found it to be average. I’m sorry to say that it did not leave a good taste in our mouths. Off night?-not sure The Entire meal was not impressive at all nor memorable in a favourable way.

Even when we had reservations we watched people without them get seated inside the restaurant while we had to be seated out in the patio in the mall hallway. Ruined the whole ambiance and feel of a nice restaurant honestly. Wont be returning to that location.

Great place to grab a bite to eat while shopping in the mall. We shared two appitizers (Spinach dip and Thai chicken bites -- both were excellent.

Excellent food, awkward and uncomfortable service.

I made a reservation so I didn't have to wait and they had all of my info for COVID ahead of time.

We didn't wait long for our server ans she was very informative.

Food came quickly ans was hot and fresh.

Atmosphere was quiet which was unexpected since it was 530 Saturday night.

Wine was out of an older bottle and tasted sour - our waiter remedied it with a fresh glass - you could really taste the difference. Excellent service!

Was a bit overpriced, I had a kale noodle bowl and apparently that did not count as a vegan or vegetarian “meal” so I couldn’t not even get 3$ off for the Thursday special which was really ridiculous... had to be one of the main meals?? The service was not great and we were seated right at the entrance which was a bit annoying. Chicken and prawn noodle dish was not very flavourful

Very nice for a date night. The food was solid but not amazing but overall good experience.

Overall, the experience was good.

Only thing was we ordered drinks before dinner and mentioned we would have wine with our dinner - by the time our server checked on us, we ordered wine, and got the wine when we were 3/4 done the meal.

They also hand out the dessert menu at the beginning, so we didn’t have a dessert menu to order from.

And even that wasn’t make or break (though I recognize it could be for some), the food was great, the server was great, the ambiance was great.

We’ll go back.

I am a fan of Milestone restaurant food, hence in comparison with the previous visit, the price has gone up twice of its original :(

Bit nervous about dining out during covid on September 17 but very very pleased about the measures Milestones made to make both the diners and staff safe. Our petite waitress Julie was very attentive and friendly and took the time to explain the extra safety precautions being taken behind the scenes in the kitchen. She is a definite assest to her employer in so many regards! Bravo to the management for all of their efforts during covid 19.

Extremely polite and friendly wait staff. There was an explicit focus on safety while eating indoors. Food was excellent with great value.

Milestones is coping very well with the Covid restrictions. Tables well spaced so felt safe throughout. Only criticism is the noise level from the music but that is probably because as seniors we did not particularly like the kind of music played. Had you been playing classical or operatic music that would have been fine with us but probably not others. It is impossible to please everyone with your choice of music. Perhaps the best solution is to lower the volume of whatever you play and allow for conversation to occur.

Perfect ambience, great food and exceptional service.

The outside patio is quite close to the parking lot and mall entrance, but it is a great option for those who do not feel comfortable eating inside. Our server was absolutely delightful and so helpful. Our food came promptly and was delicious.

We always enjoy our meals here. Tables are well spaced, service is fast and friendly, the ambiance is excellent and the menu is well varied.

After seeing the change in the wine menu we left before ordering. We do not enjoy Ontario wine and are disappointed that Milestones has changed their menu to a majority of these wines. We won’t be dining in anytime soon.

We keep on coming back because the food is delicious!!!
