I am a big fan of David Chang but the food is average and ridiculously over priced.

Seem like a good mix of different Asian cuisine at this time. Food came out quickly and staff were very nice.

Considering the necessary adjustments due to the pandemic, it wasn’t bad. I think most people would be forgiving of the decreased ambiance, etc. the pork belly had a burnt flavor, the broth too salty you’re a credit to the food service industry!

Momofuku (Las Vegas) is an Asian fusion restaurant in The Cosmopolitan (level 2). It's full-service but has a counter-serve vibe.

I had the oysters, shishito peppers, steamed king salmon. Oysters: standard but good. Shishito peppers: seasoned well even though they look like they might be over-seasoned. Like most shishito peppers, one out of every 5-10 will be hotter than the rest. Salmon: simple concept but cooked well.

They have more or less the safety precautions other restaurants do, except that they have paper menus. Most restaurants on the Strip use QR codes instead.

It’s an excellent restaurant.
The food and service is impeccable.
My only issue is it is fairly pricey and some of the servings are small.
We ordered the fries, the pork buns, the asparagus, and some black truffle noodles.
We also had the walnut how do you lobster.which is out this world!
They only thing that’s negative is they’re not doing desserts because apparently they can’t do things between restaurants and desserts come from milk bar.

The evening was a bit awkward due to Covid restrictions. Our party was one person too large so we had to split up. Not the fault of the establishment but it affected the overall experience. The food was good but not phenomenal, especially for the price point. Cocktails were amazing. And finally, our server was fabulous. He made the experience delightful.

Enjoyed the shrimp buns and the truffle ramen. Lots of shaved truffles in the broth and on the noodles. I added pork belly for some additional protein. Definitely recommend.

This was our second experience at Momofuku LV and we will keep coming back. Our first visit, we sat at the bar and had the best bartender who really invested in our first experience. He made cocktails that were off-menu, tailored to our preferences, and helped us curate a menu that met our wants and needs. We did not order the lamb ribs because I'm not that adventurous, but he sent them out for us because he "needed us to try them". This time around, we weren't sure if that experience was a fluke or not, but sure enough we sat at the bar and asked the manager about a drink we saw go out. He then engaged us in a conversation of our likes/dislikes and helped us order. He said it was all about the experience and wanted to be sure we loved everything! We ate SO MUCH FOOD, and I was very uncomfortable/full at the end. The bartender overheard and brought us an Amaro that aides in digestion. We will always come back!

I never regret a meal at Momofuku. Mags was an incredible steward of our evening - we trusted him to make nearly every decision and he didn't disappoint. I don't travel to Vegas without stopping at Momofuku, one of my favorite restaurants on Earth.

Expensive, but well worth the experience. I've been in search of ramen that best replicates Japan, searched all over including failure in Japantown, finally found it at this spot. Got to try even if it costs the $$$

Normally our go to place in Vegas. Tables well spread out but probably not surprisingly ambience suffers as a result. Server was reserved & didn't really invest in conversation about the menu and / or drinks options. Tried the Chicken tonkatsu which was new to the menu - Chicken crispy & huge so is easily shareable, but not too sure about the mushroom gravy

Momofuku beautifully walks the line between upscale and casual. The food pricing at first seems expensive but once you taste the food, you understand. They’re also a family friendly restaurant, which is wonderful. This is definitely one of our favorite spots on the strip.

Las Vegas had just opened back up one week prior to my dinner. Perhaps, the restaurant needed to work out the kinks of how to be open and be safe at the same time. My experience was strangely impersonal and cold-- but the food was pretty good

We were very excited to get a reservation here last minute. The ambiance was nice and while we don’t mind paying steeper prices for quality dining, we didn’t think it was worth it. I’m not sure if it’s because we came in so close to closing time, but even though we were the only table there, our orders came out wrong. The server recommended the same cocktail to 4 of our 8 guests, and all 4 guests did not like it or feel it was worth the price. One person’s food order was forgotten entirely and she had to watch the rest of us eat while they rushed to prepare her pork belly buns (those were the best part of the meal - delicious). To top it all off, two people ended up sick the next morning. I had high hopes since the restaurant was well rated, but I definitely won’t ever be returning.

We had a super time! 8 of us from South Carolina on a Catering expo trip. Hospitality couldn’t have been better. Our server was fun and funny and really seemed to enjoy his job. We let him choose our food for the table according to our budget and it was spectacular! Top items were the beet salad, the fried lobster and shrimp, the Kobe bavette, and the duck!

We had a wonderful meal here with family. I absolutely loved my truffle ramen...it is a must try! The pork buns were spot on as usual and they have thee best fried Brussel sprouts around. Always finish our meal next door at the Milk Bar with some amazing Milk bar pie and soft serve 😋
