Montana's BBQ & Bar - Dixie

Great meal. Outdoor dining on a chilly October night was great. Covered area with propane heaters. As a person with celiac disease I was so happy to get a safe delicious meal with the ribs, shrimp skewers and mashed potatoes. My first time at Montana's was the previous weekend and I was so happy with the outdoor dining and great food I returned again.

my friend and i were seated right away, place was clean and designated tables for physical distancing. Mondays is half price wings! Wings were cooked perfectly, I had fish and Chips which was ok too much batter not enough fish and waitress did not serve vinegar I had to ask halfway thru my meal as she waz busy. I'll be back again with family one day perhaps at another location

My experience was awesome, the waiter was nice from start to finish.

Had the all you can eat ribs special. Our server was Angie she was amazing!

The wait was very long to get our food. The waitress spilled a whole Pepsi down a friends back into her purse, on the two people sitting on either side of her. Came back to clean it up with only napkins. Never really apologized to any one that got splashed. I had to ask for a discount for my friend but her bill should have been comped. She was also rude when we were paying. Would never go there or recommend again.

It was amazing. I got the beef ribs and my family some got steak and some got beef ribs and it was all delicious. The seating was very convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing. The waiter was nice. The food was so good, I just hoped it was little hotter. It was all perfect. I enjoyed it.

Steak was a bit chewy but other than that great experience! Had Vid - great service.

Service was terrible. Make a reservation, no table on arrival. Sit for 30 minutes before a waitress shows up. We insist on ordering food with our drinks. Order came some time later but items missing. Finally waitress comes back to ask if all is okay and then disappears to get the missing items. Finish dinner and wait an eternity to be asked if we want coffee. Three coffees and one hot chocolate arrive as 4 coffees. No offer of desert. Had to chase down another waitress to get the bill. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Excellent BBQ, served on a custom-crafted plate! Specialty cocktails that made it hard to choose - I had three Spiked Lemonades

Enjoyed a family get together for a meal. Food was good, service was great and the atmosphere was super.

Stopped in for supper before heading to the airport. Service was great. Food was delicious and atmosphere was very good.

We chose the Dixie Rd location because of its proximity to Pearson airport. Our guests had an overnight layover, staying close to the restaurant. We had a separate table for our party of nine, including three children. The children's menu was very good. We all had delicious meals that were served quickly, and hot.
The only negative to our experience was the background music was louder than we like and interfered with conversation.
We will select this location again if we are meeting travelling friends who are needing to stay near the airport.

Food was delicious! I should come more often.

Being that we ate at 5:00 and had reservations, we did not have to wait to be seated. I would say the food was average. Most people in our party of six said their meal was good. My brisket sandwich was a little too greasy for me, but still edible. There was a mixup on one meal, but it was remedied immediately. Our server, Vid, was very good.

We had a wonderful meal with co-workers. we all ordered something different and other than the kitchen misreading the order, everything was delicious.

I’ve never been to this location but I’m really happy I chose to go to Montana’s for my mother’s birthday. My whole family was extremely satisfied with the food, ambiance, and our server ! everything was perfect ! I’m still dreaming about the steak I ordered lol. I’m definitely coming back ! And not just for other birthdays but date nights with my fiancée

We had booked our table over a week in advance so they knew a large party was coming in of 11 and yet the service was extremely slow, we had four children in our party and it took almost an hour to get our food and at that point they were so hungry they were actually crying and saying they wanted to go and then when the bill came the the server had added on an extra drink price which should not have been there then it took about 15 minutes for her just to correct the bill , then she brought the debit machine although I said I was paying cash and she never came back to retrieve the cash payment and I waited another 30 minutes and finally went to another server and paid them because I didn't want cash sitting out on the table since it was a large amount of cash for the bill, honestly one of the longest Waits I've ever had at a restaurant for food and bill payment it was very ridiculous and the other adults in the party were complaining we aren't impressed and I am scheduled to come back to that area in March from Ottawa however I will not be eating at that restaurant at that time because of the poor service

Montana's is consistent. Good is good all the time.

I went to this Montana's expecting that they would honour the open table app, and I was rudely ignored and when I finally got the hostess' attention, I was told they did not even see my reservation, even though I had it on my phone. I was then told that I would have to wait an hour for my food, because there were problems in the kitchen. I was even told to go to the Moxie's across the way instead. If Montana's does not honour Open Table reservations, then what is the point of being listed as a restaurant.

We visit Montana’s often in the Thornhill area and we always love it. Always great food and amazing service. We were very disappointed with the service last night at this Montana’s. We were first seated in a booth that was set for four even though there were five of us. We asked to move which wasn’t an issue. The issue was that is took tremendously long for a server to take our orders. It then took very long for our food to be served. We also waited a long time for our son to be sung happy birthday. Last straw, two payment machines were broken so we had to pay cash when really needed to pay with VISA.

Food was not brought to the table until approx. 1 hour after the order was taken. Business lunch for very busy people. This did not go over well.

It was my Birthday dinner and i wanted Montana’s apple butter ribs. I finished off the whole plate it was awesome! Excellent service

I booked a table for myself and 9 other employees from my company for a team lunch. I booked it online at the Aerowood Location in Mississauga. When we arrived, the location was under renovation and not open. I don't know why I was able to book this if it was closed. We tried to go to another restaurant across the street but our reservation was too big for the time.

I was not told it was closed, and obviously doing this during works hours did not have the opportunity to call in. But there should be a block from being able to book a reservation at a closed store. As well, we were not able to open the menu on the web site so our one vegetarian member could review the menu.

Very disappointed. Usually a good place though.

Ribs were good. Ate outside which was nice, with exception of the noise from the planes taking off overhead

Out with friends. Great venue and our server Andrew was awesome!
