they were out of rice, out of beans and my medium rare steak was overdone. Not our best visit there
I got the steak feature and a Caesar to drink and boy they didn’t disappoint! There is definitely a difference in taste when sitting in versus ordering take out. Thanks Montana’s for the delish meal.
Chicken & Ribs excellent! Pot roast soup is delicious!

We had a great time at Montana’s in Stratford. They accommodated us quickly and the service was great! Would definitely recommend visited and getting a bite to eat. Their cuisine is delicious!
Restaurant was was sold out of what we wanted to order would of been nice if told before being seated what they could not offer on the menu
Steph was a great waitress and handled a busy night and full section with ease.
Order 1 7 oz and 1 10 oz AAA Medium well steaks come no cut check done. Was not our waitress that brought steaks!! Husband starts to cut his quite pink second cut raw..Not impressed. This was our 3rd time here. And Only bad experience.. cut check would of discovered the raw steak...Need to further emphasize cut check..
The food was so bland ... everything tasted the same. The spinach dip was way over cooked and the waitress didn’t see anything wrong with it.
We’ve eaten at a number of Montana’s restaurants over the last several years. On this night we made a reservation at our local Montana’s. The hostess had the reservation and seated us immediately. Unfortunately, our table (booth) was situated so that one of us had to look directly into the kitchen/preparation area (with a view of the fridges, etc). Not a very nice “view”. On this visit we found that the service was slower than usual despite the restaurant not being all that busy. Despite the wait for our food it looked as though its preparation had been “rushed”. We also found that the portion size of the sides (mashed potatoes, onion straws) was smaller than in the past. We had the 7 oz. steak, which tasted very good but is on the expensive side - especially when the “sides” portions are so small. Overall, not one of our better Montana’s dining experiences. As to our recommendation of this restaurant to a friend, it would be with a caveat as to our most recent experience. Hopefully our next visit (which will be our fifth to this location) will be better.

We all had lovely time...food was good....waitress was very very good....treated us royally Sarah credit to your restaurant....we will be back again....thanks we did have lovely evening
i ordered a bison burger and a garden salad. The salad was wilted and was warm! The burger came with a bun and a patty, that's it. There was no condiments of any type. I had to ask for mustard, relish etc but no lettuce tomato onion etc. I declined bacon and cheese so I guess that means nothing. The burger was also not hot. The restaurant was busy so it was difficult to get the waitresses attention. we will not go back.
Food was wrong . Potatoes were cold and had to be sent back. Slow service .
Wont be going back. It was not busy at all so now I understand why. Everyone makes mistakes but pretty sad service seeing as it was so slow. Food prep should be top notch

Our waitress was good. But our reservation was for 530 and we didnt get our food till 645 .... and the manager made a poor excuse .. .. not happy at all. Would not reccomend this place if it takes over an hour and 1/2 to get your food...
Always love going to Montanas with my family. The food and service is great .
Party of 6 and we all enjoyed our food. Excellent service by our server. Only concern was that the food could have been hotter, ie plates heated to keep food warm. Will return to try more items that looked good on menu!
2 out of 3 orders wrong. Food and especially fries cold, even after returning to kitchen. One would have expected corrected dishes to be near perfect, but unfortunately, not.
Our waitress was very friendly, but neglected to ask if we wanted tea/coffee or dessert. She brought our bill before we were done dining. So she had to re-do our bill 3 times, we ordered dessert and she forgot our |C|A|A and then our gift card discounts.
We will be back, enjoyed our steak dinner!
We had excellent service and we were well accommodated even though I had to change the reservation from 6 to 8 people. One of the steaks wasn't cooked correctly but this was corrected and we were not charged. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed their meals.
Well food was good. Slow service. 15 min just to get drinks. And then food came but was wrong side.
We were in the restaurant 2 hours total. Took approximately 45 minutes to get our appetizers. And another half an hour to get our meals. However the restaurant was busy and we weren’t in a hurry, but I can understand how others would be less patient. Our drinks arrived promptly but no one came back to offer refills and no one came back to ask how our meal was half way through.
The server was very pleasant and our meal was good. We will still come back.
Went there for a business lunch. First time at this restaurant as it only opened about a month prior. Food was served quickly and all four of us were very happy with our meals. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back again.
Good food good service with good friends
We made a reservation on line, with a birthday as an occasion. The waitress did not know anything about it. She told us they never tell them!
When I went to the washroom there was no door into the kitchen so a view of how dirty and untidy it was - disgusting. I told the waitress that should be addressed. She said she would let the management know. We were seating in a very drafty section and were told we could not move, as they were to busy, yet there were empty tables over by the bar.
Very slow service, took us about 15 minutes to get Scene points then the waitress finally came back and gave us our bill to pay.
Ordered drinks and our appetizers came 5 minutes before the drinks. Kind of looked odd when your manager was delivering the food and noticed no drinks in front of us.
There were constantly people in the waiting area and at the table we were sitting at there were at all times at least 3 tables empty, some for over an hour, so not sure why people had to wait for 45 minutes for a table.
In total we spent about 2 hours there.
Service was ok , food was ok , we waited an hour before our food arrived , side orders were missing , had to ask for again , the uniforms were cute !
It was amazing the food the service the staff.I would recommend this to anyone
