We found the staff very friendly and inviting upon arrival.
The food was lovely, very tasty I would have liked it to be a little hotter.

We had an absolutely amazing experience in the Westin last Friday 11th September.

Dinner in the Morelands was excellent as was the staff and service. The Maitre D was so nice and pleasant.

We will definitely be returning for a repeat experience and I will be telling all my family and friends that they need to book.

A perfect place to eat during the current resytrictions. It was quiet with good social distancing, good table service and overall a pleasant dining experience.

We had a gorgeous meal in the restaurant celebrating my sisters 40th. The staff were extremely attentive and marked my sisters birthday with several treats throughout the night.
The food was delicious, fab portions and great choice on the menu.
Tables were also spaced out really well in line with regulations.
It was quieter then expected, but due to current climate, hotels are quieter in general.
Will definitely be returning and would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable restaurant with great food and service in Dublin City centre.

Everything was outstanding, the food, wine and the service. This was an absolutely outstanding fine dining experience.

Our meal was superb, the steaks were cooked to perfection and the triple cooked chips delicious. The waiting staff were attentive without being in your face. Very knowledgeable about the wine list. The recommendation paired with our meal beautifully.
My only criticism is this, the windows look out onto a very busy street with traffic constantly moving, there were blinds there that perhaps should’ve been closed.

Brought my girlfriend here for a Valentines treat. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Very good quality of food served. We opted for the wine pairing per course. All the wines were very palatable. Girlfriend felt thoroughly spoiled.

Food, decorations were amazing! I had the salmon and I enjoyed it very well. Friends all ordered the steak and they said they were delicious.

However, the service was surprisingly very poor or should I say non-existent. We didn’t order wine and starters, went straight for the mains but they gave us bread, which was nice. When the mains were served, they didn’t pick up any cutleries, plates, wine glasses and any plates for the starters. So the table was packed with all those things.

We also waited for almost 15 minutes to get our bill. If we didn’t ask them for it for the second time, they wouldn’t have remembered it.

Place was great and so was the food but the service needs to be improve. We’ve booked this also for corporate team event, and was very disappointed with the service.

Had the 2 course early bird, which is really good value. Paid a supplement for the steak but it was well worth it. Lovely and tender. Beautiful surroundings and ambience.

Restaurant was cold - diner on next table to us had her coat on all night.

We were a party of 4 - the restaurant was not busy, we ordered starters x 4 - however only 2 were served - 20 mins later we brought this omission to our waiter- 20 mins after that we called him to tell him to cancel the said starters only to be told they were ‘over there’ and he then served them!!!

Our main courses mostly steaks were fine and the veg were delicious.

We then ordered deserts- which were particularly poor and bizarre. The pommel aux tartes was undercooked and the Eaton mess was a large pasta bowl full of shop bought meringue nests crumbled with little marshmallows sprinkled over the dry meringue - bizarre effort from a 4 star hotel charging €9 per desert.

The hotel duty manager and the young Maitre D were helpful and charming.

On reflection, I think that this hotel is probably more suited to the business lunch market.
