Morton's Grille - Niagara Falls
Our food was amazing! And the view was beautiful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they took a phot of us, printed it and gave it to him in a card! Would definitely recommend
Our waiter Mike was Great!!!!! We made a mistake ordering our food and he fixed it right away!!! And he kept us laughing the whole time.
It’s always extremely overpriced - but we really enjoy staying at the Marriott and not having to travel outdoors to go out for dinner. Delicious food and fantastic ambiance - however this past weekend we did wait over 1.45 hours for our meal to arrive
Requested a window seat due to a birthday celebration on my reservation, which they obliged with custom menus. Service was wonderful. There was a very very long wait for dinner, but the delicious loaf of onion bread helped tide us over. My husbands filet Mignon was the best he’s ever had. My steak came out cooked well done instead of mid-rare, so they refired one and had it to me in minutes. Additionally, we left with birthday desserts to go, a testament to how great our server was (Thanks Anna)!
It was horrible. The worst. It took 1.5 hours to have ice cold meals. The Morton’s brand is definitely damaged with this location. Go anywhere else in town rather than this place.
Booked for a trip with a couple buddies ... straight to point pretty much took 1hour 20 mins to get food after order was took restaurant over booked for staff... manager their gave us a decent discount and a couple drinks on house which was a good compensation but still leave a bit of a bad day experience. Waitress Deserea was excellent !
It was our anniversary dinner. When we arrived and first seated we were made to feel quite special for our occasion. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. We arrived at 6:50 for a 7pm reservation and were seated right away. It took awhile to get our first round of drinks, we learned that would be the fastest service of the night. Our drink ran out twice, and long before it was noticed. The bar took forever to refill them. After being there well over an hour we still didn’t have our steaks. My wife got the manager involved but all he could do was apologize. In all we were there for almost 2 1/2 hours and had 3 drinks each. Taking 20% off the bill it was still over $300. I do not fault the sever, she had way too many tables. I believe the place is extremely short staffed and can’t keep up even the the place wasn’t even near capacity. A memorable experience that tainted our entire weekend here.
Good food, great service but extremely expensive. That’s Niagara Falls I guess.
For supper-Noisy restaurant with limited options for food allergies. Wait staff were MIA most of the time. morning buffet was extremely over priced, few options for allergies and low quality. wait staff never offered a menu and expected an 18% tip for doing little to no work.
Fabulous dinning experience! Our waitress was outstanding, she was very attentive yet not annoying
A very enjoyable experience with a nice night time view of the Falls
Horrible service from the time we walked in to we got out. We basically had to beg them to seat us, place the order, then get it. Did not expect this from a Morton’s. Felt like I was at applebees.
Window seats have a view of the falls.
It was bamboo placemats not white table cloth.
Service was very good like you would expect from a nice place.
Atmosphere is more like an Applebee’s than high end steakhouse.
This place is missing the “fine dining” feel of other Morton’s.
Very good service from Mike and Christine. They both went above and beyond
We celebrated our anniversary and the staff was very Good with Great service and food. They made the evening special with extra care and recognition of our special date. That you for a great time. We will definitely return.
Fantastic food and service. BEST steak ever!! Great experience overall for our 30th Anniversary celebration. Will definitely go back.
The fish with jalapeño sauce was amazing. My husband had the early bird special that he really enjoyed. He ordered the drink, ‘Old Fashioned’ but it wasn’t what he was used to. It lacked a bit of sweetness and citrus taste.
if this is what Morton's has become, I wont go to a Morton's again. I've eaten at Morton's all over the U.S. and never had a bad experience. I was always white linen tablecloths, extensive wines, lists professional courteous service and, of course, the highest quality beef served to perfection. But this was something akin to a Ponderosa restaurant from the .70's. I hope they were trying to appease the rather low class crowd they drew. I don't know if this was the fault of Morton's or the Marriott it is located in but somebody dropped the ball here. I won't be back.
The waitress was excellent in attention and service but both our dishes had to go back to be heated up. As did one dish from the next table over. On return they were hot but very hard and chewy. Not a good experience, not for the prices on that menu. Won't go back. There is too much in Niagara that is amazing to waste the time.
My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Morton's Niagara Falls. We had a great view of the falls, our waiter was very attentive, and our food was delicious. My filet was cooked perfectly and my husband loved the Cajun pork chop. I do think it's a little pricey but you're definitely paying for the experience, service, and great food!
Fantastic service and ambiance, but the key is the beef. Had the bone-in prime Ribeye medium rare Pittsburgh, and it was spot on. Highly recommend Morton's.
Was the worst steak meal my husband and I had ever had. We there their with friends of ours for birthdays requested a window but didn’t get that either. I ordered steak rare and it was well done same as my husbands and the server didn’t even seem concerned as to why only a few bites had been taken. All she asked was would you like to take that home. Our meal was not worth the money for sure and will not be going back.
Had to send potatoes back because they were cold. Other empty tables-was seated next to a bussing station.
Wine list could have been stronger.
Been to Morton’s before. Felt like the restaurant has Lott’s some of its class .
Was disappointed that we weren't able to use our $30 vouchers on autumn special...we spent alot and feel it should have been included.
It was my first time at Morton's. I made a special request, which they fulfilled nicely. The service was great and the food was too. It was expensive, but i understood i was paying for the view of the Falls. We had a great time!
Our waiter was amazing. Food was delicious. We were celebrating our Anniversary and they made it special by printing off a special menu, taking our photo, and treating us to bread pudding. Wonderful first night at Niagara Falls.
Very tasty food- but really much more casual than we expected. Thought it would be more like a Morton’s from the city. Still good.
Great food with a nice window table. Service was prompt and attentive and helpful answering a couple questions we had. Was our 30th anniversary dinner so they gave us a delicious dessert to share and a menu rolled up that they printed specially for our anniversary as a keepsake. Very nice touch!
Not a good overall first experience at Mortons. Our waitress was pleasant but the overall experience was very satisfactory. Took 2 hours to get our mains which were hardly warm, and dry but after waiting so long to send them back wasn’t worth it at that point. When you go to a restaurant that charges this amount for food, you would expect a half decent experience. From the food, to the wait time, to the management- everything was horrible.
Overall it was fine. But the wait for the food was unreasonable. It took 45 minutes to get a dessert that was on the special. We were not in a rush but it took an exceptional amount of time to get our food but the drinks were there in a minute.
The salmon was amazing. The steak was mouthwatering. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The view was beautiful.
A very good meal but not great. A very good view but not great either as trees block 70% of your window side seating view of the falls. Morton’s pricing and market shoulders against Ruth’s and smith and Wo’s but this place didn’t produce any wow factor unlike when we’ve dined there. Everything was very good. But nothing impressed. For a $300 plus price for two we felt like it should have delivered more.
The cost of the sides are way to expensive. A baked potato is not worth the ten dollars plus.
Amazing view. Great service. We enjoyed our meal. Would return for another dinner.
Pretty good but suffered compared to stand alone Morton’s by being in the hotel I think. Confused as to whether high end restaurant or hotel dining.
It was a beautiful view and great recommendations from our waiter. An excellent evening!
Recomendado!
Birthday dinner with family, food was excellent, servers were great and very attentive and quick.
Great service and food - nice view of the falls. Ambience was nice. Enjoyed the fact that it was a casual setting as well.
