Delicious 80th birthday dinner celebration for Mom!
We got to the restaurant a little early and was told we had to wait until our reservation time. The server was trying to be attentive but she was obviously overwhelmed as the restaurant was full. The food was on point as it typically is. The service was slow and not at the personal level we are accustomed to. The problem is when you go to a restaurant of this caliber you expect to get a level of service commensurate with the hundred of dollars you pay. We could have gotten better service at much cheaper establishments. I’m not blaming the server I’m blaming Morton’s for this.
Waiter was fantastic, food was tremendous, had a wonderful evening.
Mothers Day- We were rushed out the door- food was poor- service was worse...
We enjoyed our experience at Morton, service was great Food was good. as for prices I thought $42.00 dollars for 12 half shell oyster was a little expensive . Other than that great time.
We visited on Mothers Day and it was very busy but everything went smoothly and the food was delicious !

That black waiter refused to write down on a peice of paper because of the mask that I am totally DEAF. He walked away and brought the salad that he assumed it. I told him it was wrong one. He was really very COLD!! I told the manager that the food was COLD due to that cold room. I was very disappointed!!! It was my very first time that I had to face that horrible experience!!!!
Terrible-So disappointing I guess they don’t have a personnel back yet to get good service but it’s just shouldn’t open if they can’t get good service Morton’s is known for their service and this was terrible
I took my mom there for Mother’s Day dinner. We had a great time! The power failed at the town center but our food was not affected. I’ll definitely be back. Our waitress was also outstanding. She gave us all the attention the table needed.

Service was less than good. Had to ask for more beverage every time. At one point water and sofa was empty. Asked for to go boxes and check and waited too long. Ended up asking a manager for check and again another manager to take payment.
Also, where we were seated servers often standing right behind us talking. Distracting and with Covid (and them not distanced) we did not care for our seating. Would not return to the restaurant unless we could get a booth against the wall or sit in one of the side rooms.
The woman manager was very rude and dismissive. She talked down, stated simple things (such as spiliting a check) couldn't be done and she was just not a good representative of the Morton's experience used to.
I brought a bottle of wine. The waiter tried to open it, but used the wine key improperly. A $50.00 corkage fee should include expertise in wine service.

We had an excellent experience! Our server was wonderful. It started to rain and we were eating outside but they moved us under an awning and it was perfect. The food was delicious and we got a great deal with the two can dine for $99!
The food was perfect and so was the service. We’ll be coming back soon!
Menu is a bit different, I love their onion rings but not on menu. Or else my meal will be perfect.

This was a "let's see how it works" visit because of a special Morton's was running. So glad we tried it! Had excellent service, but more importantly, after having too many visits where steaks were not cooked to the proper temperature, our recent visit served us two of the best steaks we've ever had at Morton's. Though the lobster tail was a bit overdone and chewy, it had a good flavor as did the scallops.
Morton's specials are excellent values. The food was great and plenty of it.
It was a nice meal. One comment I would make is that I noted on the reservation that my wife and I were there for my birthday, and the waiter made REPEATED references to that, to the point that it became a little annoying. If you're over 21 and under 80 birthdays aren't THAT big a deal.
A little disappointed in what should be the most reliable upper-tier restaurant in the area. We have dined at Morton's Reston nearly monthly prior to COVID and so I picked this restaurant specifically to ensure a great experience for our 25th anniversary. Sadly we were let down on a number of fronts and especially subpar service.
After initial seating and greeting, cocktails were extremely slow to arrive and came after our salad course. We did not receive the yummy bread service until asking for it approx. the same time our main course arrived. At this time we also requested another round of drinks which did not arrive until we had finished our main course. So in 90 minutes, had two offers for drinks and minimum 15 mins to arrive each time.
Finally, being our anniversary and scheduled 10 days in advance, I had thought we would receive some type of desert offering, but apparently our server was confused because we inquired about the 7-layer chocolate cake, she said that had been discontinued, but didn't offer anything else. I can forgive an off night when it is a business meeting, but you only get your 25th anniversary one time, and this was a major miss.
The server was excellent on point with everything. The manager Sam was awesome as well.
In town for a weekend getaway. Made reservations for our first evening’s dinner at Morton’s. We were NOT disappointed - the service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were just as we like, and we could not have asked for anything to be more perfect ..... so much so that we returned the very next night for dinner as well!! And again - from start to finish everything was simply perfect.
Food was not cooked properly (too rare), bread was stale, the waiter was inattentive. We mentioned the problems with the food and he jus shrugged it off.
We had a great time at the Reston Morton's. Our waitress was great. She took a personal interest in having a good time. Took photos and gave good advice on portions. The room is nice and quiet. Thanks!
The waiter was extremely rude, other than that the experience would have been better.
The prime burger was a good hit with me as well as the martinis that the bartender made. Overall great dining experience with good food, good drinks and great company!

Worst waitress I’ve ever had at Morton’s. An amateur ... got our order wrong ; not dining at Bob Evans. I expect so much more !!!
We were celebrating our 43rd Anniversary. Everything was perfect and special.
All of the staff were wonderful!!! Best place to eat for a special occasion!
I am sad to have to say this but this was our first time at Morton’s and we were not pleased with our experience there. We waited at our table for 15 to 20 minutes until a waiter came and took our order..when we got our food the quality was not what we thought to be. Hoping for a better experience in the future
