Both bartenders were excellent esp given the circumstances with the virus.
Food was perfect and Marcus was professional and accommodating.
This was the worse dining experience ever!! Overcooked food, slow service and a management team that didn't care. This was our anniversary and first time dinning there. Absolutely horrible!!
This is a favorite place for my wife and I. They changed their menu since our last visit and now have wagyu beef. Our server explained it to my wife and upon the server’s suggestion, ordered it. My wife was very pleased with both the wagyu beef and the server’s knowledge/recommendation. Overall, the place is nice and quiet, great ambiance lighting, and attentive but not annoying staff. The manager made sure to stop by and check on us. We have only ever had great experiences here!
the hostess seated next to a very large party maybe 50 people loud.. there were other table available... they did not take that into consideration

We've have been patrons of Mortons for last 2 decades. It seems like the quality of food and the service has gone down hill in the past 5 years. Capital Grill at Summerset Mall will be our go to in the future.
Last minute decision to grab dinner at Morton's and it was a good one. Hadn't been there in two years. Service by Mara was outstanding and the chef hit it all perfectly. Steak was cooked exactly as called and delicious. Will definitely be returning more often.
The food was cooked perfectly as ordered and was delicious. The service was excellent. The music, however, was too loud and not appropriate for the ambience. This is a high scale restaurant and the music should be the same. Not Chicago and James Brown at top volume please.

Steak was ordered medium, came out medium-rare. General manager accosted us as we were leaving and gave us a tacky hard sell on a loyalty card. We're gonna stick with Clawson Steakhouse.
The food was outstanding. The filet was fork tender and cooked to perfection. The wedge salad was crisp and delicious. The creme brulee was fantastic. The service and management were on top of things with prompt and gracious service. It was an outstanding meal and dining experience in an awesome steakhouse.
There isn't much privacy for such a high end restaurant, but the food is excellent.
As alway's the staff at Morton's was on top of their game! Steaks were spot on and service was amazing!
Becca our waitress was very attentive as was the other staff members who stopped by to pick-up our plates and clean our table. The only disappoint was that oysters were not available.

We have enjoyed our visits to this Morton's restaurant for many years but have never been there for a holiday meal. This year, we went on Valentine's Day which was, to us, a mistake. Many people who never go to Morton's attended, behaving in a loud manner which we found objectionable. I think we will return but not on a holiday when the crowds will be overwhelming, at least to us.
Valentines Day dinner was good.
Made a reservation via OpenTable and was offered seating in the bar area. No problem. Steak and shrimp on my mixed grill came out undercooked. They did not give me a new plate of food, just put my same food, which I had already taken bites of, back on the grill. I know this because the steak had the same cuts I put in it (I wanted med rare and it was rare so I ended up with medium). I don’t know if that’s even sanitary. Food tasted OK but definitely not Morton level quality. Also, somebody messed up because the couple sitting next to us at the bar got their food first even though we were there well before them. They got salads and still got their food first whereas we did not have salads or apps. Very disappointing experience.
Great dinner with customers celebrating a new contract! Service and food were great! Fully enjoyed the experience.
Celebrating my wife’s birthday. From the time we walked into the restaurant we were pleasantly greeted. Our server was excellent and seemed genuinely interested in giving us a very pleasant experience. The food was great as expected as wall as the service. Always exceeds are expectation. We will be back for our anniversary.
Birthday dinner for my husband. Service fabulous. My only disappointment was my filet was overcooked. Otherwise, a great experience.
Mara was the best waitress. I loved the atmosphere and the food was so fulfilling. They took my date and I’s picture and brought out the tastiest cake with a lit candle for him. Thankyou Mortons will be back
A night out
Food was good. Service was terrible. Waited 5 minutes to see wait person. Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Service was very slow. Waited about 40 minutes after finishing salad for entrees, after we complained about the inordinately long time. Manager came over after we requested to see him and all he did was apologize, without offering any type of compensation. Also, I was celebrating my birthday, and a picture, which is usually taken at such an occasion, was not taken. As we were leaving, the photographer said she was coming over . That was a little late. For long time customers as we are,the experience was totally unsatisfactory.
Well we usually go to Ruth’s Chris but we wanted to try Morton’s. Reservation was 530, didn’t get out of there till almost 830. Our server was great, very knowledgeable, but seemed overwhelmed. She kept apologizing for everything taking too long. She did bring us shrimp cocktail on the house for the long wait. Steak was overcooked. Potatoes were hard. Maybe we just caught things on an off night but probably won’t go back. I did overtip because i felt it wasn’t the servers fault, i just feel she was overwhelmed. Or maybe we were being ignored but i would hope that wasn’t the case.
The welcoming committee needs to revise their approach. We arrived at 7 minutes before 5:00 and were told we couldn’t be seated because the restaurant didn’t open until 5:00 and were directed to the bar. Really? Other diners had the same thing and pretty soon there was a waiting line to be seated and it was well after 5:00. Then it was as anyone’s guess who got seated when.
I don’t feel that the hostess was very accommodating and certainly not what one expects in a restaurant of this caliber.
Everything was wonderful. Server, Jerry, was top notch as usual! Had dinner with husband & sisters-in -law. Mortons’s did not disappoint! Food was great-filet mignonette with lobster, excellent!

The service was as usual impeccable and the food delicious and well prepared. Matt the manager arranged for us to surprise a special friend and he made the experience unforgettable.
Morton's is extremely very pricey but the food is excellent.
It was a horrible experience the food was sitting under the burner while we were eating our appetizers try to force us out of there just a real horrible experience I would go to Ruth Chris across the street food disgusting bedtime been there always try to give it a try management needs to be fired
Morton’s has a great restaurant with great staff and exceptional service. Everyone greets you upon arrival even the valet staff! Loved it
Server Liz was great. Food great. Only bad thing was the greeter at checkin . She was rude and made us wait while she chatted it up with a man. Never volunteered to take our coats either
35 year anniversary and the meal and service was great
