El servicio fue medio lento, pero la comida es ESPECTACULAR; vale la pena totalmente

Buen servicio y alimentos pero podría mejorar la coctelería.

Excelente servicio y atención. He ido a desayunar, comer y cenar a este lugar por que de verdad todo lo que pidas está delicioso. Siempre es una buena idea para comer en San Miguel. Que lastima que el bar en estos momentos por la contingencia no está prestando servicio en la parte de arriba.

Pésimo lugar. Excesivamente caro para la porqueria de comida que sirven, carne de mala calidad, pescado de mala calidad. Servicio muy lento y mala atención. He comido en lugares mucho mejores que tienen mejor relación calidad/precio. Simplemente me estropearon un día de comida.

Paso de ser la opción para una comida espectacular a un restaurante cualquiera.
Por la relación precio/beneficio hay muchas mejores opciones en SMA.

Les recomiendo el pan francés de desayuno. La atención excelente, el lugar super bonito.

Fuimos a probar el rammen y fue una decepción total, solamente éramos 2 mesas y el servicio fue extremadamente lento, la comida súper insípida, de verdad esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Hicimos y confirmamos la reservación, incluso nos comunicamos al hotel y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había un evento privado y no nos podían recibir. Terminamos en The Restaurant y fue una gran experiencia

Deficiencia en sabor de los platillos. Lamentablemente esperé más del lugar por ser del Chef Enrique Olvera.
Pocos platillos. Sin gran sabor. Atención regular. Muy mala experiencia sobre la sanitización en estos tiempos de pandemia.
En general, esperaba más del lugar.

El lugar bonito pero pretencioso, comida sin mucho sabor y servicio x

It’s a nice place with generally outstanding food and service. I went there once, maybe 3 years ago. And I recalled a crowded place, noisy, with outstanding food. This time I’d say that there were few customers, very low ambient noise, which I like. I was not particularly impressed by the main courses we ordered, my wife’s order (rib) wasn’t very tender. And my fish with beans was so so (mostly beans, they looked like just broiled beans).

The ambience and setting were superb though the table set up was a bit shoddy. I had a party of five and three inside tables needed to be placed together. Two of which were uneven.

This was THE WORST experience of our entire lives. We have eaten all over from street food to Michelin and this is the worst food/experience we have ever had. I have never in my life left a review for anything (food or other), and would gladly warn anyone coming here from coming here. Worst service, worse food, and I would comment a hundred times over on the service. Ruined our night.

Desde la llegada nos trataron con prisa ? , mesa solicitada no lista , acabamos en una esquina no grata , servicio para el nivel de restaurante y ni el de hotel deja mucho que desear !! , la comida buena pero a destiempo ! Botella de champagne envinagrada , y caliente , tuvieron que tirarla y hacer un cambio , en fin detalles que realmente te quedan en la mente para no regresar , teniendo tantas opciones culinarias en San Miguel !

Outstanding, creative food in an attractive dining space. This is an excellent restaurant.

We found Moxi on our last night in SMA and it was a total delight. We weren’t hungry enough for the tasting menu so we ordered ala carte. We shared 2 appetizers and one entree and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive. We had a wonderful time.

Magnific experience, top notch dishes and outstanding service. Don’t miss out on the tatemado avocado.

Por el precio y su reputacion no fue nada original ni interesante. Comi puerco con frijol y guacamole por casi 500 peso. Los frijoles fueren medio crudo y el puerco faltaba sabor. Por un Plato principal yo esperaba mas. No es que la comida fue mal. Sencillamente fue demasido caro por comida aburrida y tipica. No tengo nada en contra comida topica, de hecho hay comida tipica que es mas un arte de lo que comimos.

A second occasion to dine here. Beautiful, hip setting. Creative menu - some dishes a hit, some ok. A limited cocktail menu - bartender didn't seem capable of preparing common drinks such as "A Lemon Drop Martini," or "Manhattan." Fortunately, the restaurant wasn't busy so the service was ok. We had four different service people check in with us upon arrival - not sure if this was to determine if they were going to serve us or if we had given a drink order. At one point, two arrived and there were words exchanged. I can see why, if the restaurant was busy, service would not be well executed - as they all seemed to rush around - without clear responsibility for assigned tables or guests. I think we'd dine there again, but would be prepared to order wine. SMA has many outstanding restaurants that are superior to Moxi - albeit, it is a beautiful setting and some dishes are good.

Excelente comida, y el servicio por parte de nuestro mesero. El cangrejo sobresaliente! Las cantidades son pequeñas lo cual te permite probar varios tiempos. La reservacion no la pudimos hacer a la hr deseada a pesar que el restaurante estaba muy vacio

Long wait
Red snapper was well cooked but everything else was very amateur. Without flavor. Champagne was flat. Waited a very long time for entre , dessert was singularly awful

Excellent food, decor, service and ambience. Certainly one of the best meals that I have ever eaten in Mexico and we are frequent visitors.

Creo que el menu de degustación es muy bueno excepto por el nivel picante en alguno de sus tiempos y creo que la selección de los vinos blancos al inicio puede mejorarse.

Terrible! Worse meal we had in SMA. AVOID! So awful all I wanted to do was brush my teeth after.

Realmente desastroso! Servicio terrible! Es un restaurante con 1 estrella Michelin???? Pues se les había acabado el pan, no habían los platos..... no había tequila tuvieron que ir a comprar.... muy caro y malo!

Because of the exquisite meal we enjoyed at Pujol in Mexico City, we decided to try its affiliated restaurant Moxi. Dining room was gorgeous. Service was very efficient but without personality or enthusiasm. We ordered the tasting menu and every dingle course was bland. Void of taste and interesting flavor. We couldn’t believe it. How could this executive chef, formerly of Pujol, dilute his dishes to nothing. The red mole was good but the accompanying Cornish hen wing and pork belly needed to just get off of the plate. All and all, it was the most boring upscale meals I have had.
