Moxie's Grill & Bar - London

Given the current pandemic we had a very nice dining experience at Moxies.

Food was cold.

It was a great dining experience and the service was fantastic. I can’t remember the waiter’s name but kudo’s to him and the team at Moxie’s!

Great service and very polite staff

We really enjoyed our evening and our server Angus was great. Our entrees were delicious. I was able to have the Chipotle Mango Chicken without cilantro which I appreciated.

We both had pasta. And it tastes like noodles and chicken broth with cheese on top. It wasn’t great.
Server didn’t come and ask us how it was until we had set it aside.

Drinks were fantastic and the patio heaters were on, making it comfortable to be outside . Great atmosphere

outstanding atmosphere was perfect two thumbs up for staff and management in this difficult time we are al going through we will definitely be returning.

The staff were wonderful, service was fast. Good gluten free options and understanding of cross contamination. The kids were treated very respectfully and had a great special dessert! We’ll be back.

We went for our daughters 18th birthday. Love the atmosphere. Food was great. Servers were super. Calamari was really fresh and a hit for an appetizer. When we left you kindly sent our daughter with a huge brownie and ice cream. That was really nice. Thank-you! We are coming back for my birthday next month.

Took my mom for Father’s Day. We were told we would be seated under the awning if we moved our reservation from 630 to 730PM. We were not seated under the awning. We also booked at Moxie’s because we love the guac and chips- we got there to find out they didn’t have any. We were pretty disappointed with both of the above considering we had pushed our dinner to 730 at the recommendation of the manager (I believe that’s who I spoke to). Drinks were mediocre at best. I understand everyone is trying their best given our current situation. It was just disappointing.

Food was great and our server was lovely.

My husband and our two boys had an amazing dining experience. We all loved the environment, the friendly staff, the food and the drinks. I would buy bottles of that pineapple basil margarita if I could! Yum!! Thank you for making my hubby’s Father’s Day special and for taking such good care of our family.

Great Service

Was easy to make a reservation for the patio, as the restaurants start to come back to life.
Server was extremely friendly...food was great...beer was cold and it was really nice to feel a bit of “normalcy” again.

Staff very professional while dealing with COVID. Very satisfied with the food. Dustin made our dining experience a pleasant one. Going back.

We always enjoy dinner at Moxies. The food is consistently good and the ambiance is great. A little quieter than usual this time around but that was likely on account of fewer people dining out due to Covid 19. We had a great time.

Great spot for a pre-knights game meal and drinks. Plus they reduce your bill by $7.50 if you park in the lot the rear of their building!

Mother/daughter outing

George was an excellent waiter. It’s a beautiful restaurant and well kept. Should have some sort of dress code to keep up with its upscale ambiance.

The reason for my rating is due to ordering the fish tacos and discovering how small the portions were. Granted, I did ask the server how many tacos came to the order (2), I expected them to be a decent size. They are appetizer side, hardly big enough to warrant $16.50 for 2 little tacos with a sliver of fish and nacho chips on the side. The margin on this dish must be massive for Moxies. I upgraded to sweet potato fries, so now my dish was close to $20 ... I was not happy with the portion whatsoever and would never order this again.

We had a wonderful server. And a great experience.
