Moxie's Grill & Bar - Richmond British Columbia

Food was fairly good - had to send one dish back (lettuce wrapped burger) but otherwise very good

Went there on New Years Eve, seated at the heated patio. Quite comfy. Food was OK as usual. It seems the menu has much fewer items than before, they probably have reduced the menu. Got the bellini, the ice is a bit coarse, not as smooth as the ones at Cactus Club. The real downside was the service. Our server was probably new, missed a few points here and there. We waited a long time to order food after our drinks have arrived. Took 30 minutes to bring our water mid dinner. When we asked for a take-out box, she came back with 2 containers without lids. But overall, we enjoyed our dinner. And hey, it's new year's eve!

There were not a lot of people in the restaurant. Food was delicious and came out very fast. Only complaint was that the waitress seemed to be in a rush to get us out asap which we didn't appreciate.

In these difficult times its so nice to find a restaurant that it clean and welcoming.
We were a party of 3 and seated quickly. Service was very good and Jess was an excellent server, suggested food and was very knowledgeable.
we all enjoyed our food very much.
We shall be back.

Although it wasn’t that busy, our server was quite slow in attending to us. The renovation is nice but it seems like the restaurant is noisier. Also, the smaller booths in the centre have no table lighting. When the house lights were turned down, it was quite dark without any table lighting.

It was a bit noisier than we thought it would be - had to talk rather loudly across the table to be heard; the service took a bit longer than ideal - we waited after ordering, to ask for dessert and then to ask for the bill - granted, it seemed a very busy night. Overall, the service was friendly, accurate, helpful; the food was quite good ranging from a couple appetizers (smashed guac is great!), to the kid's menu meals (full sized burger!) to the tasty ramen! Bonus that we got parking just outside the entrance! Thanks for a very good first experience for my Family, Moxie's!

First time here in this location but everything was great. The place was a bit dark compared to other Moxie locations. We loved everything, Broccoli and Cheese Soup, Salmon Cob Salad and the White Brownie. We’ll be back. Thanks to our server Jessica too, she was great!

Our server was wonderful. We stayed at the hotel as we were flying out early the next morning.

We had the Cajun Chicken burgers which were nicely spiced with just the right amount of fries. Nick looked after us but we noticed the other servers also checked in with us when Nick was busy. Just made it under the wire for happy hour so great value.

Enjoyed the fish tacos! Found the lighting far too dim and the background noise level (bass track) quite intrusive.

Four of us met, two from Chilliwack two from Protection Island. It was a bit cold in the restaurant. Our server was good but did not know what he was saying some of the times. I answered all on one charge card because we were paying and My husband said he was asking about water!!?

The food was good but only one choose the taste of Vancouver deal for lunch, beer or wine, with a choice of three things for $15. I was able to five the wine to the non driver.

Pretty much identical to other locations, decent menu and good quality food and service. Blackened chicken sandwich is rock solid.

Best nachos in Richmond! Alcoholic drinks are a little weak on alcohol with lots of ice, but kids love the fancy ice-cream dessert that comes with the kids meal. Would visit again!

I have been to this location for a quick bite while waiting to pick up someone at the airport, but didn't know about their fantastic brunch...It was delicious..great service and quiet enough that my party could have a conversation without yelling:)

Everything are fine, if the noise is reduced should be better.

Always consistent the food and service were great. It was pretty busy but we got everything served in good time which is good for the young kids. Food was on point.

Their servers were pretty friendly and accomodating. My friends and i had a great time celebrating :) the ambience was grea, they gave us a nice spot to enjoy ourselves. We had so much fun!

We were a group of 7 and we got in at 11am on a Saturday. No host/hostess was at the front to greet us until 10 mins later even though the restaurant was pretty much empty (only one table of 10 that consisted of 3-4 young children and two other tables of 4 were present). 10 mins after we got seated, a male server comes over and identifies himself as our server and took our drink orders. Only 10 mins after that, a female server (manager on the floor? She had keys around her arm.) identifies herself as our server. (So we get two servers for our table???) She lets us know that the bartender doesn't get in until 12 noon...(You are a Grill and BAR...how do you not have a bartender on shift ready to go by the start of the lunch hour on a Sat?) Ok, fine we waited and got our drinks. When we were ready to order food, there's no server in sight on the floor. The male server was nowhere to be found and the female one was M.I.A as well. After about 15 mins of waiting, I walked over to the washroom only to see the female server in the back kitchen wiping cutlery. We were eventually able to get food ordered and the food was decent. However, I would never come back again as service was not great. You had a group of 7 guys that were hungry and was willing to order drinks at prime lunch hour on a Sat. Yes, we came in early at 11am instead of our reservation time at 11:30am but if the bar was open, we could have ordered more rounds of drinks (which means that you could have earned more sales).

Just wanted to say thank you for the champagne and strawberries that were delivered to us in our room. My boyfriend, as it was his birthday, was surprised and we enjoyed them very much. We chose to dine at moxies for his birthday dinner as well. It was perfect. Our server was exceptional and our meals were fantastic!

We sat at the patio area. Service was friendly and the food was tasty.
