Very friendly and great service
Very accommodating to our unexpected delay! Potato side too salty. Brought Lobster mac (side)out ahead of meal. Over all a great time!
Very good food. Steaks could have been a little more flavorful. Dessert was expensive for basically a cupcake with a little gelato.
I keep going back for two simple reasons - quality of the food and the excellent service. This time sitting at the bar but alone was a joy allowing me to meet and talk with others.
Mr. B’s steakhouse is a great restaurant with great seafood and steak options. There really isn’t a better choice in the Mequon area. All wait staff and kitchen help are pros.
Great food and service as always. Very nice servers and hostess as well. Steak was outstanding.
Perfect steakhouse restaurant to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.
Seems to be very over priced.
Our server Shawn (not sure of the spelling) was OUTSTANDING. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Not as good as before the pandemic
Wonderful experience, impressive ssrvice. Love the ambiance. Will be back again!
We always celebrate our anniversary at Bartolotta and this time did not disappoint! Mr. B’s in Mequon was the perfect choice. Food was excellent, service was outstanding! Thanks for a special evening.
It took over an hour to be served. Clearly a mess in the kitchen. Server was sweet but clearly inexperienced. She tried very hard. Our past experiences were far better at this restaurant
An amazing dinner & service! Moving from Chicago… this is one of my top steak houses!!!!
Not anything less of what I expected!! Awesome time!
Very nicely prepared fish dishes; nicely seared and tasty. As in previous visits, the price points for comparable dishes... is high by at least 10.
We had people in town from a business partner and wanted to take them to a great place on the Northshore. Not even a second thought that it would be Mr. B’s. While the food is incredible, the staff is what makes it an unique and wonderful dining experience.
Everything was wonderful, from a very personable server to a delicious meal.
Excellent Food service atmosphere awesomeness!!
Service from getting cocktails, to receiving food was extremely slow.
Printer problems for the cocktails, uncertain why it took so long to get food.
Dining experience over 2 hours. While I hate being rushed (something I've never experienced at any of the Bartolatta's restaurants) it took forever to obtain the food.
Having said that, Matt and Jake, awesome as always. Newer server was just ok, wrong dressing order on one of the salads. Was a[pologetic for the delays But...
Food was great, especially the Mushroom soup, but steak prices are through the roof, even given the supply problems. I'm assuming that this was a one-off kind of night!!
Bartender Jake is INCREDIBLE! He made my birthday so special!
Amazing! Everything was wonderful, Heather, Jake, Jake and Tyler provided seriously the best service we had every had.
Food was beyond delicious and we will definitely continue going!
The food and service were great
The food was great. My wife and I had steaks and the bacon appetizer. We also had a Pink Squirrel. The steaks had a great wood smoke flavor and the drinks were great. My wife's potato was the biggest one she ever seen. The staff were the nicest ever.
The prices were a little stiff, but it's a top-end place. We will be back for special occasions!
Excellent service, food quality, atmosphere. Celebrated our anniversary and they surprised us with glasses of champagne. A wonderful dinner experience!
Food was excellent as usual, steaks were great and service was awesome
Our wait staff was superb.
Waiter was very friendly and accommodating however the service was VERY slow. We had to keep asking repeatedly for a 4th set of silverware, napkin and water refill. Potatoes came out with no butter or sour cream and had to wait quite awhile for those. They are clearly understaffed due to our nations current staffing issues, we understand this and expect service to take somewhat longer just like everywhere else. We don't blame the waitstaff. However the place was packed so if management knows they are short staffed they should take less reservations based on their ability to serve. We waited two long for the waiter to first come to the table, for our drinks and for all our food. We've been here many times before and this was a disappointing experience.
We enjoyed excellent service and top notch dining. The beet salad with goat cheese was amazing and the steaks cooked to perfection. Were celebrating a birthday and even had a special celebratory treat delivered by staff. Opt for the tables over booth for more intimate feel out of the bar area. Highly recommend.
Bartenders took turns ignoring us.
Our table servers, Sean and Hayley, were outstanding!
It was a $70 meal that cost $200. We were disappointed by the steaks; the creme brûlée was bland and couldn’t break through the hard sugar top.
No need for us to go back. Very disappointing as we were celebrating a special occasion.
We had a party of 6 and were celebrating my parents anniversary. The wait staff was attentive, but food and drinks were slow in coming to the table. Not sure if they were understaffed, but they had a full house of tables. The quality of the food was incredible and worth the wait.
Service outstanding. Ask to not be seated in the bar area if you're trying to have a special, quiet dinner and don't want to be in the high traffic area and/or facing televisions.
Wait staff was excellent! The food was full of flavor and fantastic. Outstanding dinner event.
Couldn’t get drinks for over 10 minutes, the prices compared to 18 months ago almost doubled and they don’t cook steaks to the temperature you request.
We had a gift card and my husband, college aged son and I went on a Friday night. This is a steakhouse with few other options. My husband and I had steaks and enjoyed them. I don’t eat red meat so had the butternut squash pasta dish which was disappointing. Overall we had a nice time but are unlikely to return given the prices.
I sat at a booth in the bar area and it was nice and cozy. The waiter was knowledgeable and very attentive. I would definitely go back
It wasn’t clear if our son would get a dessert. The waiter implied it but then it became uncomfortable and we asked outright. It was strange.
We wanted to go to Lake Park Bistro but couldn't get a reservation so we tried Mr B's. Glad we did. Very enjoyable experience. We went in October and it perfect for fall ambience.
Our bread came out with cold butter but the bread wasn’t warm to spread it. When we brought it up to the waiter it was reheated and still not warm. Our steak was supposed to be medium and was rare. We had an amazing time at the Mr.B’s in Brookfield and will never go back to Mequon.
