Roman Pizza by The Slice / Pizza al Taglio

Teglia Romana is a crispy base and soft crumb which melts in every bite. The dough is made with high water-absorbing dough, little yeast and salt, long maturation (around 72 hours) in a cold room. It is cooked for about 15 minutes at 280-330 degrees Celsius in a specialised metal tray. The romans have identified the product as the most digestible and healthiest type of pizza. The roman bakers designed the pizza to sit at counter top for hours to bring the fragrance of all flavours to life, with a final reheat to crunch the product to perfection

What a fabulous new restaurant! We had so much fun. Awesome vibe and atmosphere, great food and drink selection and incredibly friendly staff.

I'm in a wheelchair and their wheelchair access was blocked by a table. That had to move the table. When we arrived they put the table back. The place really needs a hand being more accessible and inclusive. Put a real down on my evening.

Fantastic dinner experience! Staff were friendly, fun and efficient. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for our first dinner out of lockdown. Will be coming here again, even if just for that mouth-watering garlic focaccia.
