Great food, good value. The service was ok, they never would linger long enough to ask for more than one thing at a time. Too much of a hurry to get to the next table, should slow it down enough to ask if anyone needs anything else

We arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation and they still were not ready almost 45 minutes later. When we were brought to our table, both it and the chairs were still wet from being wiped down. We ordered food - salsa, queso, and enchiladas - and it came fairly quickly. The food was good, but not as spectacular as expected. As we were getting ready to leave, we inquired about buying a t-shirt and were told that the cabinet was locked and the hostess would grab a manager to open it. Ten minutes later, we were still standing there as the hostess and two others stood talking to the manager less then ten yards from us. When it became clear that they were in no hurry coming back, we left.
We ordered nachos and a pitcher of peach margaritas. It was all ok, but not amazing. I expected more quantity of ingredients with the nachos, based on the name of the place. The margs were also just ok but nothing spectacular. That said, I think it was the only sit-down meal we had on the strip for under $100 so there’s that!
My buddy and I chose to eat lunch here based on several good reviews. Overall, my experience was just average. We started with the chips and queso, which were good, but nothing special. From there, he ordered Flaming Shrimp Tacos and liked them a lot. I ordered the Signature Soft Tacos w/ Filet Mignon and they were good, but again nothing special. I thought the tortilla was a little on the greasy side which didn't help. Our server was very attentive and quick to respond...all good there. That said, I'm not sure I would be eager to return.
Great service and food! Perfect place to watch the game. They are following all Covid procedures. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone.
Great service by Leo, only order the Cadillac margarita on the rocks, frozen is not very favorable.

Wonderful lunch spot. Great vibe and energetic atmosphere. Starters- triple dipper. Meal- fajita nachos. Drink- Spicy Cucumber Margarita.

The food was not good. We ordered Filet Mignon Fajitas, I’m not sure what type of meat we received but it was not Filet Mignon.

Been to Nach Daddy numerous times over the years, this was only the second time I've gone for breakfast. Ordered the Bacon and cheese enchiladas rancheros and a bloody mary. While nothing beats their nachos, the breakfast was a great option too. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for options!
THE best nachos you’ll ever eat and the variety is amazing. Ever had seafood nachos?? So good!! Steak, chicken, vegetarian, so many choices and all sooo good. The cocktails are top notch and you have to do a scorpion shot. Not only is it unique it’s some really good tequila too! Mark Evensvold is a genius! A must stop for any Vegas trip.

My husband loves nachos... so we keep a blog of his thoughts and reactions. Here’s our Nacho Daddy entry: Nacho Daddy: $20: cool day in Las Vegas: the meat tastes like Wendy’s chili mixed with melted velveeta. The cheese needed salt. Keep searching for a better bite. I thought it was impossible to make bacon taste bland. 5 out of 10 chips. Maybe need to get a different cheese.
Great food, vegan options. Chips and salsa are not complimentary.
Loved the nachos and the ceviche! The coffee you ask?? The best I have ever had! If you are a coffee lover like myself, you’ll thank me for this!
