Service was outstanding but food was very mediocre. And they have these casino games right up front which cheapens the overall experience.

Fun place and love the decor. First time there and will definitely return!

The food has gotten better over the past CPL years. I would definitely recommend the bao buns. Louie was a great server. We'll be back soon.

The service and food was excellent. Also, doing a fantastic job at keeping everyone social distanced and environment clean.

The food was pretty good, the biggest issue we had with our experience was the the waitress that asked us to get up and leave. There is a time limit due to covid, which we had no issues with. After ordering our main meal (prior to receiving our dinner) we asked our waiter to bring out a dessert as soon as we were done eating in order to not go over the time limit. Spoons were brought but no dessert was brought to the table. After the waiter realized he forgot our dessert we swiftly began to eat dessert and ask for the check. Seconds after receiving the check a different waitress asked me if I could get up as the new guests for the table were already here. I understand the time limit- which we felt we were being proactive with but her approach and delivery was extremely brash. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending nor returning.

Food was good but some room for Improvement (4/5) our appetizers (sliders) were a bit salty and my Pablo Chicken was a bit undercooked to my liking.

First time for dinner here and the place was full the food ,as always, was very good. The tacos hit the spot! Lunch is always a go-to for me it is very nicely decorated inside with a sizable bar and currently they have accommodated for Covid with a tent and outdoor high tops with heaters. Good place to go to with friends

Ate dinner in the outdoor tent - no heaters although I had been told they had heaters when I called to make reservation great food- blackened chicken sandwich, salmon entree, Brussel sprouts side is fabulous- carmelized. Good value hope they get heaters so we can return w cooler weather

My husband and I sat at the bar and Emma was our bartender/server. She was phenomenal. So attentive, friendly and made AMAZING cocktails. The food is great and they have the BEST TRUFFLE FRIES. It is such an inviting atmosphere. The owner came around and treated everyone as if they were family. We can’t wait to go back!

Love this place! First time here. Good,service and ambiance were all fantastic.

We made a reservation for a party of three. We arrived on-time, and were told that it would be a "few minutes" they were waiting on a couple of tables to clear. 15" passes - no update; 20" no update. I inquired and was told a table was being cleared, and we were next in line. 10" later, a waiter comes and invites another party to be seated. We were finally taken to our table 40 mins after our reservation, but not seated as they "didn't know if it had been cleaned". Then standing there, someone came over and cleaned it off with a wet rag. Later saw other tables being cleaned off with a rag. Not clear to us if they reuse those rags or not. They didn't explain where/how to look up menu. Waitress came over 5" after we were seated and apologized - she did her best to do service recovery, and at the very end of the meal reduced our bill by 20%, but frankly it was too late. Food was good, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

This is my new favorite restaurant! They modify whatever dish I like and make it vegetarian or whatever! The servers are always friendly and I love how it’s just the right amount of upscale. You must visit this place!!

Was great just a little confusing at first about the seating but then it all worked out in the end!

This was our second time here and we have salute Lee love the unique menu! The food is fantastic drinks are reasonable and the music on occasional Friday night was fantastic. It’s our new favorite place.

The food was very good. We had fried chicken sandwich, Nah I tacos and short ribs. All very good. Drink prices good. Service slow with water but I drink slot of water. I’ll be back again for sure

Our 13 year old chose this for her birthday dinner. David, our amazing server, unbeknownst to us, went to the store to get desserts to accommodate her peanut allergies. He was genuine, attentive, and just over all, over the top outstanding. We will forever remember this. Great service tops everything. That said, the food and cocktails are well priced, prepared and poured. Their menu is very diverse. We are happy to support an establishment that cultivates great service. EVERYTHING tastes better when you have incredible service. Hats off to David and the management team at Neat Kitchen. You made my daughter's night by going the extra mile and have loyal customers from here on out. Cheers

I have dined here on many different occasions and had excellent food, drink and service.
We had a table for two the other night and the drinks were watered down, the food was cold and lesser quality than before and the wait staff was less than enthusiastic.
I go out to dinner with my sister very frequently and as I have said we went to eat at Neat Kitchen because of super drinks , great food and super service BUT those three things did not happen the other night. (actually my food was gross_)

Consistently good food, friendly staff, and they put up with us bringing our small kids every time!

We applaud Neat for their accommodation to social distancing with customers spaced out both inside and out. The food was delicious, the drinks tasty.

Went to Neat in Saturday with a party of 6 & it was awesome! Food, staff, service was all top notch. They are doing a great job following all the new rules due to Covid-19 as well. I highly recommend!
