Music played far to loud, made conversation difficult, also acoustics very poor when restaurant busy, to noisy.

Lovely freshly cooked Italian food in a nice setting. The three of us enjoyed our meals, chicken and lamb and recommend to other diners

Great atmosphere. Lively but you can still have a conversation without struggling. The food is delicious and well worth the price (not that its overly expensive). Fish dishes are especially good; Seafood linguine is a must! Great for both parties and cozy date nights as the restaurant has a few little nooks as well as a big open plan conservatory. Been a number of times with the family, children and just the two of us. Excellent every time! I would go as far as to say that it is the gem of Colnbrook.

Great quality food, fresh, a bit expensive but excellent and not the usual pub food you can get in most places. The service is very friendly Always enjoy their music selection. We normally have a great time there. Starters are amazing. Desserts wise the tiramisu is delicious.

Always a pleasure eating in this establishment. We’re so regular that if we were allowed we would be hugging the staff

The food here is awesome, though a little on the expensive side (but not too bad)
my only criticism would be that it was a bit noisy inside but probably due to where our table was inside and the fact that it was very busy. But that is really only a minor criticism and it would not put me off going back there again. Portion sizes were very generous.

Steaks were excellent. Highly recommended. We've been several times.

great place to eat. makes you feel like your abroad. food lovely and settings. with the home grown grapes hanging from the ceiling gives it a lovely mediterranean feel.

Booked table was not ready for time asked left in garden for 25 minutes after booked time. When seated only brought 3 of the 4 drinks and has to ask again. Nearly an hour after reserved time and only just got a drink. Food was ok standard Italian service was poor no checking. Very little thought out into covid19 with customers wandering around by our table all night. Restaurant overly rowdy rather than a buzz. Extremely disappointing overall

This was our second visit here. We came back for the good food. But the service was not up to standard. From the moment we walked though the door I found the staff rude and not attentive. Everything we asked seemed to be too much of an effort. Like Requesting a different table and asking for the wine menu.
The Mains were very good but the garlic bread was burnt. When mentioning this to the waitress all we got was shrugged shoulders. Unlikely to be visiting again

I only live in Stanwell and if it wasn’t for the eat out to help out scheme I would never of known about this restaurant being so local, everything was spot on from the staff to the food and we will be back 100%

The whole meal was fantastic. I ate the tuna steak , it was the best tuna I had ever eaten. My husband has the veal and absolutely loved it.
Cocktails go down a treat as well!

Confusing welcome, but that was fine, especially with Corona about. But the food was average, we tried the pizza and carbonara. But it was ok, nothing that was amazing compared to other Italian restaurants I have been to. The service was slow and surprised how pricy it all was. Though it’s a south Italian restaurant didn’t try any of the southern known dishes to know if they they would of been better to have.

Delicious food, lovely staff, nice atmosphere. Looking forward to go again.

Amazing lovely lunch will be going again

From the moment we arrived the service was great we were seated in the extension with a view if the garden and the beautiful grape vine our drinks order was taken straight away.
I ordered Sardines to start very nice followed by rib eye steak. I must say one of the best I have ever had. My wife ordered veal as a main and that look fabulous my brother in law had the hand made pizza cooked in their pizza oven. We had 2 bottles of wine coffees desert and all at a very reasonable price. They even gave us a lemon cello for free

Lovely meals. All of us had mains & puddings and the meals were delicious. The cocktails were great too. Service was a little slow, but they were very busy.
Very surprised that no one wore masks and there was very little social distancing.

We were very pleased with servis on this day. Our little boys loved their pizza, same as us. Perfect as always. I ordered pizza with smoked salomon, heaven in mouth, never ate better prepared before. I would recommend New Bettola to anyone, worth spending every penny.

Amazing food and service. The ambience might not be to everyone’s taste as it’s very close to Heathrow but we actually watching the planes go over. Would highly recommend.
