I made a reservation online the night before for a table on July 4th. An hour before the reservation I got a voice mail message saying they weren’t open on the 4th. I the had to scramble to find another restaurant to go to. It would have been nice if they knew when they were open.

Hi Karen, thank you for booking with us. We are guilty of this and accept full responsibility. We do apologize for your inconvenience during your 4th and hope that it turned out well. We only enrolled on to Open Table a few days before you booked with us. In fact, you were the first customer to book with us. We were still learning the software and definitely dropped the ball on your reservation, our first reservation. Please accept our sincere apology and give us another try.
