Service and food is amazing!! Always a friendly face!

Had a one man band playing in the main bar and while having a meal you had to yell to talk to the person next to you. Pity because everything else was excellent. No non alcoholic beer available.

Normally the service is really good, sadly left waiting for over 15 minutes. One of the main meals came out 10 mins late, probably longer.

Food was great. Kids enjoyed their fish and chips.

The staff were Courteous and friendly. The meal came out in an acceptable time, and it was hot and very tasty.

My friend and I both ordered the lunch rump, hers medium-well, mine rare. ( The previous three times I've ordered this, I've been very impressed). On this occasion, my rump was very disappointing ... grissly, tough edges and ok in little parts ... but certainly not enjoyable. My friend's steak was quite satisfactory.

Our waitress was (I think) Kayla? When she enquired about our meals, I told her and showed her my steak. To her credit, Kayla spoke to her supervisor who also checked my meal. I was impressed that the cost was removed from my bill. I was offered another steak, but wasn't really interested in that option. I must also say that the chips were not up to the normal yummy standard and the coleslaw (which I ordered for the first time) was very bland and uninteresting. I don't know whether there was someone new in the kitchen, but this was a very disappointing meal. My friend ordered the Idaho potato and green veg. which looked great, and she said tasted great.

Ordered the Chicken Supreme @$25 nothing very special and definitely not worth $25 Chicken was over cooked bordering on being dry, 3 Prawns on a skewer slightly undercooked, Broccolini was barely blanched as still quite raw and sauce was very bland lacking any seasoning. 👎🏻

The service was prompt and friendly. Ordered pork tapes for entree which was dry. Steak and pork main meals were really nice but on the smaller side considering the price. The restaurant is very busy and loud.

Service is great, the children love the kids club.

We go every week as they do a good job clean the tables after someone leaves and it is full table service.

Delicious restaurant food with fantastic happy service. We enjoyed our evening.

Not quite as good as last time. A bit disappointed that whatever drinks we order, one of them is not available, whether it is one of the beers on tap, or more oddly one of the wines. There were only half a dozen reds available by the glass, it shouldn't be that hard to keep a couple of bottles of each stocked up.

Really enjoyable experience. Best dining area and upmarket menu in a club have ever seen ( and that is over 50 years ).

THE LUNCH STEAK WAS SOGGY & OVER COOKED. PORK BELLY WAS VERY HARD & DRY,ALSO OVER COOKED, YOUR COOKS NEED IMPROVE, ALSO CHANGE THE MENU.

My wife had the barramundi with Mango Chile. Pathetically small portion with a disagreeable taste.
Had to share my very nice parmi so she had something to eat.
Have found overall their signature dishes to be miniscule and overpriced.
Stick to their lunch menu or classic mains.

We love coming to north lakes sports club it’s good food fair price and good for kids

The food, drinks and service were all great, but the live music noise from the adjacent bar area was a little bit too intrusive for our liking.

Table service was great. Bit confusing when staff cleaning tables and asking for drinks and they need to send someone else to take order. Fabulous food. Reasonable price. Definitely go back.

Poor service had to ask for second round of drinks when drink was well and triply empty before meal arrived. Food was nice t the quality you pay for. Not the standard usually. Lack of entertainment

Good selection on menu & food is excellent. Staff are noticeably trained to very high standards. A great dining experience.

Good food and service, we also found that it was quieter than other times, probably due to reduced numbers with COVID restrictions.

The only one thing that was an issue at our table was we were positioned near a table of 12 which was placed in an acoustically enhancing wedge shaped part of the dinning area. No fault of the table of 12 persons. Perhaps the manager should reconsider the position so other patrons can hear themselves. Otherwise the food was delicious and the service excellent.

First time a dining here. Even though masks had to be worn while moving about, we were welcomed and treated very well by your efficient staff.

Great place to take the children to lunch or dinner. They can have their meal with you or before you. The childrens play area is super, allowing you to enjoy your own meal knowing the children are having fun.

It was the first time I've attended a sports club after my father died (he was a war veteran with life membership of the RSL) and the first time I've been told I can't go anymore without paying for membership to a sports club or an RSL. Unfortunately as a single parent it's too expensive. Another cost to add to my budget. The waitress was uninterested in her job and took down my order wrong. Before we finished eating she wanted us to pay for our meal. We weren't given a very good table either. I didn't like sitting near the entrance. We went to the North Lakes Sports Club to celebrate my birthday. My eldest son chose the venue.

Great place to eat or sit and have a chat with friends and family.

We found our dining experience was very good, we both enjoyed table service and not having to queue up at the bar for drinks, overall the North Lakes Sports Club is a good value good taste good dining experience.

Service was lacking during and after meal.
Ravioli meal was too small for $28. Both family member were left hungry following that meal. Otherwise it was nice.

Service was terrible, had to ask to order food, ask to order drinks and ask for desert menu and then ask for bill. Way over priced for service we did not receive.

I recommend North lakes sport club to all the families, as its so clean, food is amazing and for their great service!

Was there 2 days in a row had Emily serving on both occasions, has wonderful nature and only to happy to serve us.

The meal was outstanding. It was perfectly cooked. It was delicious and so enjoyable. The service we received was brilliant. It was our first time at the restaurant but it definitely will not be our last

Special mention about Leigh who went above and beyond to help us out on New Year’s Eve. Amazing customer service.
