The Old Flour Mill (1873) of Euroa has recently been restored as Northern Republic and offers a new dining, drinking and live music destination for north-east Victoria in the historical town of Euroa.

We have two amazing spaces. The old wine hall provides a warm welcome hug as soon as guests enter. Outside is a beautifullly shaded garden space with room to relax.

Our food offering is Mediterranean in origin with a woodfired oven producing a delicious selection of pizzas. Complimenting our pizzas are our array of spuntini dishes perfect for sharing with friends and family.

We have an extensive range of local wines on offer supporting many of the reputable north-east wine makers of the region.

From weddings, to cocktail parties, to intimate dinners, to corporate events, we are here to make your experience with us one to remember.

Please note Sunday night is pizza night. Dine in or takeaway pizza only, every Sunday night from 5-8pm.

Delicious food and pizza. Absolutely love the cocktails, so many great ones to choose. Enjoy how the menu always has something different to try!

Excellent pizzas, I think I tried 3 of the 4 we had and they were ALL delicious! Arancini, calamari, chips, all great. Good service, staff were all lovely. We'll definitely be back. 😍

We have eaten here a few times and have always absolutely loved both the food and the customer service, in particular the waitress who went above and beyond in terms of getting to know us, asking if we needed more drinks etc. This time, however, while the food was fantastic, the service was not. Our water jug which we emptied quite early on was not refilled and we were not offered further drinks after our first round (which we would have ordered if we had had the opportunity to catch a wait staff member for long enough - previously this would have been proactively done anyway). The staff seemed to have blinkers on and were just doing their job without looking at what was needed. To order dessert we had to flag someone down and she took the order and quickly ran off before we could ask for more water and drinks. Dessert took 45 minutes and we had just cancelled for one of us who had to leave just before it arrived. So disappointed as we always look to go here when visiting from Melbourne to see family. We had brought our daughter here for the first time expecting to have the same experience we usually have. Food fantastic, service not. We didn’t see the waitress we have had previously and missed her.

I came back with friends after enjoying your Mother's Day Luncheon, both visits exceeded my expectations. Food was fantastic and staff assisted with food intolerances. The venue is something different and kind of special. Next time I will book for a large group. Thank you Geraldine

Excellent venue with good atmosphere, however table service was a bit slow at times. At one point I had to stand at the counter to order desserts as our waitress seemed to go missing in action?

Saturday night dinner, Everything was absolutely awesome! If fact it was so good, we are back today, for a Sunday arvo session!
