Oak & Vine at Springside Inn features the finest cuts of beef in the Finger Lakes Region. Our Prime steaks are hand cut in house & aged in their own tallow for 7-10 days. Our chefs source as many items locally from our regional farmers and growers. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Oak & Vine offers delicious craft cocktails, local craft beer, and wine from all over the world. Happy Hour Specials Daily!!

Info
Reservation and cancellation policy: a deposit equal to the first nights stay plus 13% is requested within one month of making a reservation. Payment equal to one night deposit will be charged 10 days prior to reservation date. Deposits are refundable in full if cancellation is made 10 days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. You will be refunded 10% per day, for each day in advance of scheduled arrival. (example: if cancelling 6 days in advance, you will receive a 60% refund). Check in is at 3pm. Check out is 11am.

Springside has a new chef and the food is delicious and well prepared with a great presentation. Wait staff has always been terrific. The Oak and Vine dining room has a beautiful fireplace and is very cozy.

The quality of the meat is questionable. We took our teams to a nice steak dinner and left dissapointed. Ribeye, Filet Mignon and New York strip steaks were awful. The quaity of all meat does not justify the price($40 to $50). Service was ok, one waitres bused, waited, and ran the table. We will never return.

Lovely little restarting at the north end of Owasco lake. Established in an old Inn that still has 8 charming rooms for lodging with a view of the lake. We ordered specials, a delicious scallop soup and a grilled scallop salad which were excellent. The server, Jackie, was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend trying this out. It's about a mile from Auburn with a beautiful park (Emerson Park) just a short walk down the road.
