    The server was extremely inattentive and lacking compared to previous visits. She forgot my beverage and didn’t ask for the temperature of the steak. We even had items on the bill that we did not order.

    The food is always superb and so is the service. My wife has a garlic allergy, and the chef came out of the kitchen to talk to her about her options. Also, just when you decide you are going to have your same favorite dishes every time, the chef comes up with something new that you absolutely need to try!

    This was our 1st time eating here. My husband and I (along with our son) were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. We were seated immediately (we had a reservation). Our waitress was attentive. My son and I had steaks and my husband had the scallops. We had lobster Mac-N-Cheese and au gratin potatoes for sides. All of the food was great but the risotto that came with the scallops was PHENOMENAL. We were seated near the bar and it was lively but not bothersome. Overall we had a great experience and will go back again.

    Had dinner last night. Ordered the scallops with risotto and sea bass; Everything was great and the chocolate ganache dessert was AMAZING! Our server Keith was also really good! All the servers were well informed on menu items and the service was top notch! Will definitely be back. Thanks a lot

    Always a great experience at Ocean Prime. Delightful greeting. Charming server, although on the leisurely side. One of the better side dishes I have run across: try the jalapeño potatoes.

    My partner and I happened to be in DC and was looking for a seafood restaurant. So happy we stumbled upon this place. The food, ambiance, and service was top notch. Our server name is Jessica.     Booked a party for 6, for my mom’s birthday. We were seated in the window off to the side in the bar area. Orders were mixed up. And waitress was moving at a fast pace which made us feel rushed and they weren’t busy.

    Everything was Wonderful! The drinks , appetizers and food✨✨✨ Our waiter Briyan was very knowledgeable of the menu his opinions about the menu were spot on!😋 His attitude and professionalism was also top notch which is rare these days. BTW we were celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday 🥳

    This is of course my favorite restaurant because of the teriyaki salmon which I alway get. I also wanted to try the red snapper and Tiana made it happen! We had friends in tow and the service and food was absolutely amazing. Anytime we have friends in town, we bring them here and they are never disappointed. I love this place! Noting compares!

    The server Dazhia was amazing as well as the server assistant. The issue was security ogling everyone at the table because of their dress code & inappropriately staring at her “twins” because she is more.. “blessed” than the average person. Security even went as far as to give her a blazer. When we spoke with Derrick, the manager he quickly resolved our issue & apologized as there was nothing wrong with her outfit and it was following dress code. I will be returning for Derrick and Dazhia. Hopefully, there is a new security guard that isn’t misogynistic but also a creep.

    Very good restaurant, great food and atmosphere. We had the raw oysters and chilled crab meat for appetizers. They were both excellent! We also had filet mignon. The filet was served with a cabernet reduction. The filet was great and delicious! We finished with warm butter cake and creme brule. Both were fantastic!

    Absolutely amazing from the second we walked in the door…Taryn greeted us with a great smile and engaging attitude. Then we met Lakeif as our waiter and he too was incredible from the moment we met him…so knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. The food was amazing and Lakeif and Taryn made the night even better! We will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to see Taryn and Lakeif again…we will be requesting Lakeif for sure!!

    The only thing that I didnt like was they brought sparkling bottled water to table and we didn't open it.--it sat there entire meal--then at the very end she opened it and poured it our glasses and charged us for it. She did it before we realized what happened and i tasted it thinking it was regular water.

    Just ok. We picked Ocean Prime because of a wonderful dinner at another location earlier this year. Unfortunately, the DC location didn’t measure up. Expensive with uninspiring food and just adequate service. Fish was served warm but not hot whereas the salad was obviously premade and refrigerated as it was quite cold. Had a much better dinner the next night at another restaurant in neighborhood.

    Everything was 5 Stars Ambiance Food Lighting Service Second time going here. If you like Calamari you have to try It. It’s the best here. Steaks are all prime cut and Delicious. Drinks are very strong and tasteful And if you don’t get the warm butter cake for dessert with the Raspberry drizzle and ice cream on top. Your missing out.
