We made a reservation because it was within walking distance of our hotel. When we walked in, the place looked run-down and unclean. The smell was very bad and our feet stuck to the floor. They took us to a table that was also sticky and gave us a plate that had dried food stuck on it. I excused myself to go the men’s restroom to wash my hands. There was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor from a leaky drainpipe below the sink that is a 15-minute replacement job. They knew it was leaking because they had tied a plastic sandwich bag around the pipe where the leak was. The whole place smelled really bad. When I left the bathroom (as quickly as possible), the stink by the kitchen was unbearable. I glanced through the open doorway into the kitchen area and it was very unkempt and looked dirty. I went back to the table and told my son we were leaving. I wasn’t risking stomach problems on vacation and I felt sure that’s what would’ve resulted if we had stayed.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Oishi may or may not serve acceptable food, but between the dingy atmosphere, rude staff, and inability to follow through on agreements it is not a restaurant that is worth my time or money. We made a reservation days in advance to celebrate a special occasion, and when we arrived at Oishi a truly unpleasant hostess told us we would have to wait an hour to be seated. It is understandable to run out of tables; however, it is unacceptable to take reservations and then refuse to attempt to follow through on the commitment. Adding insult to injury, as we were waiting to be turned away from our reservation, the hostess assigned a shorter wait time than ours to a larger party that arrived with no reservation.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

I reserved the table via open table for 730. When I got there at 730 they told me that i had to wait another 20 mins because “ having a reservation does not mean that i will get a table” We waited and we got the table 20 mins later. Then we ordered the food. They started to bringing the plates at different times. The last two plate which one was a very simple spicy tuna took 40 mins. Service was fine but a terrible Hibachi experience. Hibachi chef seemed inexperienced and a bit absent minded. Fried rice damp and salty. All the meats were too salty. 18% gratuity automatically included in the bill, which is written on small print on the menu, so take your chances.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
