   The variety of the menu is great and we were surprised by the very reasonable prices. Service was very good and the beer selection is large. Ok, the noise level is very loud. It’s a sports bar/nice restaurant crossover so 2/3 of the customers are there for sports on TV, which we weren’t. If you want to go there for a more relaxed noise level, wait until the weather is nice and eat at the patio. But one huge negative: they require a credit card for reservations and charge $15 per person for no-shows. Come on: this is not a hotel and they have plenty of walk-ins to cover any no shows. We would consider not going back to this nice place because of this policy.

   Food was delicious and drinks/cocktails selection was very good. However, a bit loud for us. I guess, this is what sport-bar has to offer.

   We had a very nice time here for an average Friday night! The food and drinks were wonderful. Our server was very nice but she wasn’t as attentive as we would have liked. As a result, we had to flag down other servers to help us refill drinks or get dessert. They were very attentive so we got what we needed. Overall a nice time!

    Came in to watch College Basketball game. Food and service is good. The plus is my team won. This is a great place to watch sports. Can’t wait for March Madness.

    Made a last minute reservation in Valentine’s Day; we were seated quickly but then waiting 15 minutes before the host finally came over and apologized that no one had come to our table. He took our order and brought us water. Another server came by about ten minutes later and apologized again, saying she also had tables on the other side of the restaurant. She never returned to our table, so the host was our server for the remainder of the evening. Food was very good! There was one server who looked like she was lost the whole time we were there -LOL

    Terrible service. We waited 25 minutes before the server finally came to the table. 15 minutes after that we got our drinks. Ordered appetizers that were slow to arrive. Finally ordered mains after another long wait. Server never cleared appetizer dishes. Ordered second drinks when meals arrived which showed up once we were finished eating. No apologies, no interaction, no class! If you have time to waste and don’t expect much then this is the place for you.

    Food and drinks were great, as always. But the service was truly atrocious. Some of the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant in recent memory. Had to wait 45 minutes to even get the check so we could pay and leave. Without refills or being checked on. Disappointing because we do like this place.

    The service was horrible. I asked if they served a certain brand of ginger ale and was told yes. When it arrived there was more ice in the glass than soda and it was not the brand I requested. I then ordered a cranberry juice and again there was more ice than juice. I asked for a cranberry juice with no ice, it appeared that the ice was just removed from the same glass. The color was light pink and cranberry juice is not light pink. It tasted like water. Our server was very slow and did not check on us often. At one point we saw her in the galley in the rear eating. The food was lukewarm and had no seasoning. I will not visit this establishment again! I would not recommend this place to anyone, but it is forcing me to choose something.

    Very understaffed. Took 40 min before a server came to table, then continued to be slow every step of the way. Food was good though. Ladies room had no toilet paper and was a mess.

    We made a reservation for New Year's Day brunch, and were promptly seated by the host. The restaurant was mostly empty at 11:30 am. Upon meeting our waitress itwas obvoius that she was nervous and unprepared for her role. When taking our order, and asking about whether we could sub one side for another due to an allergy, she was unsure of whether it was permissible and told us that this was only her second day working there. She agreed to check with her manager. After waiting 40+ min. for our food, it arrived ice cold. We requested to speak with a manager but only the host was available. He offered to remake the food but told us we would have to wait 15-20 more minutes. There was no indication that the meal would be discounted or comped and we didn't want to wait any longer. Instead, we chose to just leave and find our meal eslewhere. No one seemed to care much whether we stayed or left. We will not be returning in the future.

    Food was simply OK. Drinks weren’t very good (some beers on draft list were not available despite being on the board).. my wife did not like the Flapjack Old Fashioned so she ordered wine which was not good. There are better choices out there for that amount of money.

    The servers couldn’t be bothered to take people’s orders because they were actively avoiding the diners. Our server was actually helpful and pleasant, but she did us a “favor” taking a table not in her section. As we left there were at least 4 staff members at the host stand, buried in their cell phones. Do better Pour House!!

    Pour house is usually really good but on this particular night, the kitchen was running behind. Our servers were very nice and apologized for the long wait for the orders to come out. The food was fine, just took much longer
