Our server was A+! Food was excellent as well.

Even though they had a limited menu due to COVID, the food was exceptional. Best burger I think I've ever had. Staff was always checking on you, while keeping a mask on and social distancing as well. We were very happy with our experience.

Sad to see how covid is affecting restaurants now. Glad to see that the staff is staying upbeat & positive. Good food, drinks & weekday spot!

It’s me and my wife’s first time at old town pour house. We were seated quickly and everyone was very attentive to us great place good food

Sat on patio it was a bit chilly and they offered hospital style blankets for your use. Food was great and service as well. We sat for hours felt almost normal.

The food and covid precautions great, but my biggest takeaway from my experience was the awesome service we received.

Overall the food took too long and wasn’t up to par. Waitress had too many tables and wasn’t around as often . Food was cold

On the patio, lunch with old friends traveling through in their RV along with one well behaved golden doodle. Our waiter brought treats for the dog and a bowl of water. Great service, love the fish tacos! I’m meeting another friend for lunch on Friday and just booked again! Love the Pour House- one of the few spots to get Dragons Milk!

Amish was our server and he was amazing. The food was so good. Definitely will go there again!

Made reservation for outdoor dining. Even though it was cold raining very hard, they had a table for us under a roof near an outdoor fireplace. We were the only people eating outside for most of the two hours we were there, but the staff came out often to make sure everything was okay, and we received the same kind of service that people inside the restaurant were receiving. Under the conditions, I was impressed by the staff.

took my mother and my aunt for their first time. They loved the burgers! said they were fantastic! I had the pork chop with chipotle sauce. the flavors were very tasteful.

The waiter took forever to serve us. I think they were backed up a little but he really was bad. The food was good but over priced. They wanted to charge my wife $4 for Brussels sprouts. We were outside and a little close to the dumpster. That sucked.

We arrived promptly for 7 pm reservation. I was told, at time of reservation days earlier, that outside seating cannot be reserved it is first come, first serve. I asked if the two of us could sit outside. I was told there were people ahead of us so we sat just inside where I faced the patio looking at two open two-tops for our entire 2 hour meal which was fine but nothing special. I thought maybe they were leaving the tables open for social distancing but they sat a couple at one of the tables as we were leaving.

It was a a lot of fun! Great beer selection and great beer flights. Didn’t realize how easy it was to rack up the tab. Oh well. Totally worth it.

They have a large selections of beer on tap. The food is great pub fare. The service was excellent.

The team was kind, helpful, and wanted to ensure that we had an optimal dining experience. Our serving Amish (sp) provided superior personalized service.

Sitting out in that patio was nice. 3 of us sat in the shade and had brunch, server was friendly and funny. Enjoyed the bellinis there compared to the pinstripes ones lol. Overall a great experience to catch up with old friends.

First time there and took a friend for birthday brunch. Our server was charming, the food was delicious. We chose the two healthiest items on the menu and they were both so delicious that you didn't feel deprived. Treated ourselves to Bloody Marys and they were very well done! I will definitely go back!

Service, food was excellent! There was some outdoor construction etc near the patio that was a bit noisy but that’s hard to avoid in the mall.

Old Town Pour House is back in action, albeit the pathetic and pointless imposition of capacity limits and mask-wearing requirements it places largely on the hard-working servers who can barely breathe let alone be understood by customers. But China-virus inconveniences aside, OTPH delivered our group some mighty tasting hamburgers all arriving at the table perfectly cooked to the requested temperature. We had a ball tasting the many different craft beers this spot has on tap. I believe the server said they had 91 on tap! We love the patio and the outdoor vibe at Oakbrook Center and were happy to see this spot re-emerge after months of being order closed by insensitive bureaucrats in Springfield.

Waitress couldn’t get our order right and waited 2 hours for our food. Not a good experience and won’t be dining back.

Music not appropriate for afternoon crowd. Waiter friendly but over worked because he didn’t come back to check on us often. Food good.

Wine choice was bad, and the wine they sold did not taste good... Food was ok but for the price not great.
