The food is extremely good with fresh veggies.

Lovely outdoor hut! Great set up! Just need to make sure you keep the door closed, it gets cold fast!

Had a birthday celebration here on Sunday afternoon it wasn’t very busy so the waitress was very nice and was able to attend to our needs. We did reserve for six seating outside but apparently you can’t sit people outside. The little huts are very small. Not much room. 3 or less to fit comfortable. Drinks were OK food was Very good. I’ll come back another time during the summer hoping to have a better experience

We sat outside in one of the Tikis and though there was a small heater , it was cold. My fried chicken sandwich came out burnt as if it was cooked in the bad/excess oil so it was taken off the bill. The service was OK and the waitress was cheerful.

It's not my intention to bash this place, but I've received a couple of emails asking me how I liked OEJ,, what would you do... We arrived at 5:15p Saturday, for our 5:30p reservation, got sat right away, ordered a beer and a mud slide, after we received our drinks, we didn't see our waitress until 6p, when she asked if we wanted another round. We declined, and asked about our meals. We were in formed that a big Grub Hub order came in right before our order was placed. We waited until 6:25, still no food, or waitress, so we left $20 for our drinks, and left. Restaurant was empty, maybe 4 tiki huts being used, Can't rate the food, next time ( who am I kiddin ) we'll order thru Grub Hub! Just a suggestion, had we been offered a round of drinks for our wait, we probably would have stayed, but that's not my call.

Asked for tiki hut - when we got there they did not have anything even though I made a reservation.

I will definitely return and I recommend this location.

The food was very poor. Burgers were not cooked correctly, the bacon was weird and rubbery, steak tips were too salty and dry to eat and we sent them back. The place was empty too! Drinks were weak. We asked for a dark rum float on top of the mai tai (which tasted like pineapple juice) they said they couldn’t because the had a 2 shot max of alcohol in each drink. What a waste of $175 and it was my husbands birthday.

Fun atmosphere, great staff. Awesome drink list and good food.

Ate in one of their green houses on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Great to not have to worry about distance from others. Drinks are amazing and appetizers did the trick for us!

Great food. Getting drinks was like pulling teeth. It would take the server two times checking us to get a water or alcoholic beverage. Food was great!

Love to give a real review unlike the fake review below--I sat in a hut tonight 4 of us, I'm 6'0 225 and I was not the biggest male sitting in it. If someone can't fit 4, you should be at Jenny Craig's not 1eyedJacks. I had Isabel as a server, everything including the food/drinks were fantastic. This place is a fresh fresh breath of air in Worcester. We certainly wish them the best, as it is phenomenal.

The food and the service were great. We had not been here before. This was a great surprise. We sat in one of the outdoor huts. It is a small greenhouse with a table and chairs for four. Great idea, use of space, and social distancing. We highly recommend One Eyed Jacks!

Service was not good. We waited over 20 min to get acknowledged to even get our drinks.. You can clearly see the lack of communication between waitresses and Bartender and or management. There were alot of fruit flies near the food and my husband found a hair on his plate. We waiting several minutes for the bill. Not happy that nothing was being managed..

The tiki huts were too small for 4 people... when we were told they could fit max of 5 people... .. so all in all it wasn't a great experience for us and we will not be returning..

Hands down my favorite restaurant currently. Food is great. Menu has something for everyone. Service is fantastic. Drinks are phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of fun on their night out.

This was our first time there and it was amazing! The menu choices were inventive and delicious. The waitress was welcoming and charming. Looking forward to going back soon.

Service was great in the new pods they have setup. Even though it was busy our server Joel seemed to always be ready with a drink, napkin, or good conversation. The Broccoli Tempura app was delicious and the Buffalo Egg Rolls were creative and yummy as well. Seemed like a very safe place to eat during the pandemic. We will back during the winter!

Celebrated anniversary was a nice date night food was good. Drinks were delicious! Will most likely return.

All I can say is WOW! Incredible experience. The sunhouse was amazing. What a great idea! I saw the staff clean the one before mine for 5 minutes. Felt totally safe!! Food was super good. I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich special! Husband had the burger which was delicious. Totally amazing place!!!

Great not aware soda refills were not free but otherwise loved it.

Service was a little slow especially with the fact that it was not busy at all. Waitress forgot to bring the water that I asked for. We also sat for a bit before she brought our check. It was a bit disappointing that the only beverages for kids other than water is soda as my daughter does not like soda. Food was good but nothing exceptional. Glad we tried it but probably won’t go back.

What a great place!! Staff is incredibly friendly. The theming is AWESOME! Food is yummy and the drinks are even better. Honestly, how could you go wrong?!

We were seated right away outside at a table and the staff was very friendly and personable. Our server came over right away and we asked for drink recommendations, which we ordered along with an appetizer of the cannonball tots with pizza dust- incredible! We then received our drinks and appetizer and placed our food order. I got veggie tacos with rice, and my boyfriend got the steak tips and he said his food was great! My tacos and drinks were incredible as well. We will definitely be back!
