    I had a bad experience with waiter. I came in before 11 am and they refused at first to sit me down and left me standing for 10 minutes. Even though I called in before and told them I am running late and they told me that its fine as long as i come in before the kitchen closes. The waiter was rude with us and disrespectful and called the manager for no apparent reason. Would not recommend.

    The food was very good. However the service was not really good. The server brought us a cup of Tea without plate and spoon. We had to ask Several times for that. Server was also no very attentive.

    Very beautiful location but the food was so bland. I got a bowl with salmon and it had no flavor, and the heirloom tomato appetizer was so cold it felt like it came straight from the freezer. The service took forever, and the prices, for what we got, were too high. I would not return.

    Beautiful! However, can barely hear the server due to noise insulation. The food was great; drinks could be improved. If you want to talk, request to be outside of the glass room -- but you'll miss out on how it feels to be immersed in it.

    Every dish we tasted was superb with a wonderful mi x of flavors: spices and herbs. Even deserts were top notch. Service.waitress was very attentive. Feel the atmosphere at night was good but will go back for brunch during the day. Only drawback is the noise level is somewhat high since it’s a glass structure where sound does more bouncing than being absorbed.

    Do not come here during the summer, the glass traps heat and it’s uncomfortable even with the ac on. Service was great minus the hostesses who stared up and down me and my sister in a wheelchair. Food was overpriced for what it was.

    Food was at best average. The service was so slow and they never came over to check on us. I kept having to flag someone down for water, more coffee, salt and pepper. Everyone seemed disorganized even though the place was not that busy.

    Took my friend who lives out of town. We both had a great experience! We had reservations, but showed up earlier and they were still able to accommodate. We shared the French toast and the steak and eggs with kimchi fried rice. Both were delicious. She had a cocktail while I had one of their mocktails. While I can't remember the names of our drinks, they were both refreshing. We paid over $100 for just those 4 items so be prepared to spend some $$$ The interior is stunning and we took a bunch of pictures. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. I thought the whole experience was with the price and I will definitely be back.

    The food was extremely tasty. Despite being a little pricey, I found the ambiance and quality of dishes to be worth it. Only downsides: 1) Automatic "health" fare charged (~3-4% of the bill) without being pre-warned; this fare is not required to be paid though the restaurant includes automatically. 2) They have Sparkling Water, Still Water, and then Tap Water as options. When I asked for Still, assuming this would not cost anything additional (it's merely filtered water), the server failed to mention it would cost $. It was my first time having to pay for filtered water; keep in mind I'm from Florida so things may be widely different in CA; or it can be a personal business matter. Despite these 2 items, amazing restaurant - I just hope all quality businesses could avoid simple shortfalls and turn them into opportunities.

    We were seated outside, and it was very sunny/hot. Our group had to keep moving around to stay in the shade. We were offered a seat inside but were told it would not be any cooler. The food did take a long time to arrive,. Everything tasted really good, but for the small portions it was very pricey. On the other hand, we had an outstanding server that really went above and beyond, he got us and extra umbrella, and fulfilled any requests we had.

    Everything was excellent! Only "con" was that the music (which was a great vibe) was a bit too loud -- we had to literally shout at each other and limited our conversation. Other than that, everything was great. Would come back!

    We made reservations at 10:45 am not knowing they closed from 11 - 11:30 a.m. they said we only had 5 minutes to order food before they stop the kitchen or we need to wait for 11:30 & since it was our first time eating there 5 minutes was not enough time to look at the menu and decide so we said we would wait until 11:30 … it was really not waiting outside so we asked if we can sit inside & we felt like it was a bother & they didn’t want to let us sit inside but we sat anyways because it was too hot. We asked for something to drink but the waitress named Jennelle was rude & said the kitchen was COMPLETELY CLOSED until 11:30 .. but very rude! I would not go back.

    Our brunch was a rip off. Food was fine but not for the price. Fortunately our 2 special guests had no idea of my disappointment or with the value issues. My top of mind comments: - Yes, it's a unique atmosphere but not worth it - Poor value - Food was fine but very overpriced - Snooty for no good reason - Emperor is wearing no clothes - Too big for their britches - Nickel and diming ($12 parking, 4% healthcare, $4 for extra chips) When the restaurant tab comes to $300 for brunch for 4 people, one would expect the restaurant would be a bit more generous. I asked the server if we could have a few extra chips to go with the tuna/guac appetizer, he said OK but then came back and told me the few extra chips would cost $4 extra. Really? Why nickel and dime customers who are already spending hundreds of dollars for a brunch? Extra gouging. 4% for health care. It's BS. Go look it up. The hotel has to pay healthcare anyway, per Federal Law. This 4% is just extra profit. The hotel charges to and makes it sound like customers can support workers, like a go-fund-me. What callous customer is going to argue? But the hotel has to pay anyway as it's Federal law "for larger employers, with 50 employees or more full-time employees, the employer is required to offer healthcare benefits to those workers working at least 30 hours a week, or at least 130 hours a month, or pay a tax penalty." If you don't care about value but snobbery and trendiness appeal to you, and all you want to do is impress your friends with a glass greenhouse restaurant, go here.
