Outback Steakhouse - Aspley

The Blooming onion was too oily. O ordered it as a Starter. It created an unimpressive image for the food that was about to come.

The steaks were amazing, a bit expensive though.

Service is usually faster may have been due to public holiday and not having as many staff. Overall happy with visit and enjoyed the meal. Love that you get unlimited refills on soft drinks.

Surf and Turf was awesome, sweet potato rocked. Garlic bread and salsa was a great way to start. Staff courteous and very helpful as well as efficient.

Best meal I’ve had here in a long time. Have been dining here since it opened its doors. It sadly went down hill when Peggy left, but we continued to go because it’s still the best steak local to North Lakes. The menu changed, portion sizes, accompaniments were often missing from the meal etc and staff appeared disinterested and the bathrooms are a bit of a mess. However, we popped in for an early dinner Sunday and was pleasantly surprised in the improvements with our meals. The salad still arrived before our drinks, but it’s progress and we will go again soon.

Food was good but we sat at table for 20 minutes before we had to go up to the bar and ask for someone to come take our order. And had to track down waitstaff for a second time to get drink refills. Service used to be good, don’t know what happened.
Would recommend to friends reluctantly.

Our steaks was cooked perfectly and it came out fairly quickly. The service from all the staff was excellent.

Our first time at restaurant. It was very good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant very clean and inviting. Food was good, maybe too large portions. Overall very pleasant lunch.

We absolutely love the food here, we come lord and lots. However the past few times they have included bacon in various dishes of ours after asking for it without as I’m vegetarian. One of the times our meal was replaced and another the guy insinuated that we just pick it out. However the lovely manager there took the meals off our bill each time which he didn’t have to do so that was outstanding service to us. Will definitely be back and would recommend as it’s amazing food

A good return to form. There's been the occasional hiccup as we've gone here in the years, but this is a return to what it does best. Good hearty food.

Steaks were well cooked, kids loved their meals, appetisers were tasty (though a bit small for the price).

Overall, quite happy and will return.

I spent 250 in a family dinner , can’t believe I paid 89 dollars for my meat , 40% bond and 60 burned beef ! Drinks were good ! I honestly expected much more.

Outback steakhouse is my wife and I fave place to eat. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic.

We went here for dinner as a double date- was a great night! Staff are super on the ball and always checking in....
Only thing I would say is prices are quite high

Excellent service during the mandatory mask wearing period in Greater Brisbane. Food was hot, delicious and fresh. Generous serving size and enough to take some home too. Always a fabulous experience at the Aspley restaurant.

The food was delicious, cocktails were amazing and ALL the staff were super friendly with good customer service skills - ESPECIALLY the young girl with the black, curly hair. The food came out super fast, my ONLY “complaint” was that the baked potato that I ordered as a side with my steak was slightly burnt on the outside. The inside and toppings were still delicious though.

New York Strip Steak ordered medium was cut thin, cooked to well done, consequently a bit tough and not up to the standard I have previously experienced at this establishment.

For place that relies on the quality of its steaks I would have to say that both mine and my partners steaks were cheap fatty cuts .
Good baked potato though.

Really good food but the menu has changed and the prices went up and the quantity went down since our visit late last year. However steak was cooked exactly as ordered.

Steak was cold. 25 mins to get drinks. Ceaser salad was pretty ordinary.

4 of us had a great night, nice booth and the steak was very tasty....Would’ve been better if for a noisy group a few tables from us, there were 3 young ladies with a couple of kids that were a little loud for my liking

The steaks were over cooked, plain, and tasteless. The potatoes were mediocre. The service was abysmal.

Have taken the family mid week on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.

Friendly staff, great kids options and perfect steaks. Enough said.

The food was excellent and I would highly recommend. It isn't the cheapest venue but then again I've wasted loads of money in the past on slightly less expensive venues but couldn't eat the food!

Initially the service was very bad as it took almost 15 mins before anyone took our drink or food order. Once we caught the eye of a waiter we were on our way and the service was delivered from that point on promptly and in a genuinely friendly manner.

Been coming to this restaurant for 3 years and it has unfortunately gone down hill. Steak used to be amazing so you didn't mind paying for it but now it's just a pub lunch with a much larger price tag. Disappointed:(

We are regulars but were disappointed this time. Our meal was not fresh and ribs were very dry. We were very disappointed especially since the bill was over $200. We had bought friends along with us too this time but was not very enjoyable.

Staff were great, food was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Steak was amazing here and plenty to choice from for the kids meals.

Lunch time meal was ok. Pork ribs had no feet on them. We received our entree then 2 minutes later received our main, there wasn’t enough time to enjoy our entree before mains.
