   It was cool and we went late so we had the restaurant to ourselves, but all the things the waiter recommended they were out of so we had to settle. They didn’t have everything they displayed on the menu. And the wine wasn’t chilled. Other than that our waiter was nice and the environment was great. The food was average.

   Wonderful ambiance. Not very busy on a Sunday early dinner. The menu is full of Mediterranean classics and everything we had was expertly seasoned and prepared. Would be a great date or special occasion restaurant too. Very impressed.

   Our appetizer was forgotten and it was served on last moment, just before the main course was served. We had to remind our server of it. We had to rush to finish eating our appetizer to make sure the main course was not served cold. At the end it was assumed that we would not have a dessert...only to prove our server wrong. The food quality was excellent, but our expectations are higher on the service side, given the prices paid and the overall expectation. Hope the next time we will not have a similar issue

    My friend and I went for lunch. It was empty at 11:30, this is when it opens! What was most annoying to me was being given a dinner menu, when they had a lunch menu and we were there for lunch. Don't do that!

    Service was okay, our server forgot salt and pepper, lemon, and I asked the server to make vegetables without oil ( for health reasons) and the dish came out swimming in oil. It was disappointing because we also called ahead and the person who answered assured us we would have no problems with this request.

    Lovely restaurant, great food and service. Quite expensive for entrees, but great appetizers. Very generous portions. Great for special occasions. One of our party had some food allergy issues and the executive chef came out to give her information.

    Made a Valentine’s Day reservation at Ouzo Bay. This was our first time visiting this restaurant and sadly it will be our last. The menu seemed promising, but we never even got to try the main courses because the service was so terrible that we left after our appetizers. It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to our table, 30 minutes for our appetizer and then 45 minutes to receive our first drink so we had food before our cocktails. We spent an hour and a half at this restaurant and never got the chance to order our main course. I could have lived with slow service, but what caused us to leave was the lack of respect we received from our server. He explained nothing from the menu, gave no suggestions and when we asked for information on items he answered abruptly and appeared annoyed. Never once apologized for the slow service. For the prices this restaurant charges, I expect a much higher level of service and to be treated as a customer, not an inconvenience.

    Really a very nice place. Lovely interior. Amazing food. Have to recommend the Grilled Octopus and the Wagyu Grape Leaves. Those are amazing. We had a large table, and it was really fun. The music kept getting louder as the night wore on, but we had a great time and meal.

    The place looks very nice inside. Service was really good some of the time then non existent. Drinks were slow. Main course was quick. The food, like the service, was sometimes very good and sometimes just bad. Fish was good but expensive. Soup was tasty. Mussels were tiny. Huge bowl of little more than shells. If it’s a seasonal issue why not remove from the menu? Meat balls dish had 3 massive meatballs, grape leaves dish only 3 very small. Both were good. Baklava dessert was big enough to feed 8 but dried out and hard, not crispy and no syrup. Neopolitan dessert on the other hand was delicious.

    Food was amazing! Best date night decision, and probably the best Greek/Mediterranean food I've had in ages. We had the ceviche, Wagyu, the spread, the Pacific-something fish (forgot the name), and a dessert. So yum!

    Our server, Paul, helped us plan an amazing dinner from drinks to dessert. We started with the tenderest octopus served over hummus it was so flavorful. For entrees the branzino was fresh and seasoned just enough so the branzino flavor was the forefront of the dish. The lobster pasta was rich, filled with chunks of tender lobster meat served with a buttery tomato sauce. But my favorite part of the meal were the exotic mushrooms. Indescribably delicious. We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner creating an exceptional dining experience.

    The food was excellent! For appetizers, I had the meatball (5.5/5), the octopus (5/5), and the hummus/spicy hummus/tzatziki spread trio (5/5). The entrees were the crab cake (5/5) and the Dover sole (5.5/5). I highly recommend Ouzo Bay; this visit was a delight.

    Food is amazing and I enjoyed the ambiance and the service. Food was very slow to come out but maybe they were short staffed. The only major flaw was that our bill was over DOUBLE what we were suooosed to be charged. Over $400! My husband doesn’t notice much so he just signed it and I only found out after we left. Luckily I was able to call and get it rectified. Still - I have to wonder how the waiter managed to overlook such a massive miscalculation.
